We spent a very nice week in August at ‚La petite maison‘. Our hosts were very friendly and replied quickly to any requests. We even got a pick up at the train station as we arrived by train which our tired kids and us appreciated very much. The house had just the right size for us with the two older kids staying in the basement room and the youngest sharing a bed with us. The basement room was a bit moist, but with airing out every morning and evening it worked out fine. We very much enjoyed sitting on the terrace for breakfast and dinner and that the house was so close to shops, town and the small town beach. Larger beaches are also easy to reach. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would like to thank our two hosts for their hospitality.

The property is located in a quiet residential street near to some local shops and about a mile on foot to the Vieux Port - a lovely tree lined stroll. The house is small but perfect for two people. We only used the ground floor - bedroom, shower, wc, kitchen and a nice sunny sitting room leading out into a small garden. NB Access to the basement accommodation is via very steep stairs. Only practical for the young and nimble! The house is a good base from which to explore the wonderful port town of La Rochelle.

This property was good for my wife and I. Everything we needed was available. The location is good with a lovely stroll along the water into the town centre. Parking outside on the road was not ideal and it was our 3rd day before we could park directly outside of the house. Only downside was the based bedroom, this is not suitable for use. It is noisy due to hum of fans and dehumidifer that was needed to keep the damp smell down. Great house if you are looking for one bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Maison. The house is in a great location for walking into town and we only used the car to drive over to the Ile de Ré. Lots of green areas in close proximity to walk the dog as well as the sunny and secure garden at the back of the house which was also dog friendly.

Très bien situé, la voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour aller au centre ville. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. A noter cependant que la propreté de l'ensemble est toute relative, et que la chambre avec 2 lits 1 personne est située dans l'ancienne cave de la maison.

Vaisselle pas très propre housse de drap tachée. La cave construite en chambre pour enfants dégageait une odeur de moisi très désagréable. Location cependant assez bien située. Je n’y retournerai pas.

Très bonne semaine en famille dans cette maison très bien équipée. Le jardin est très agréable, avec tout le mobilier nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien équipée également. Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeants pour les modalités de départ et d'arrivée. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis la maison, plusieurs commerces de proximité de qualité, stationnement facile juste en face ou quasiment de la maison. Une très bonne adresse à recommander

La maison est idéalement placée et le propriétaire sympathique et souple sur le départ et l'arrivée. Cependant le prix nous a semblé élevé au vu des prestations ( propreté aléatoire, pas de fond de roulement, etc).

Petite maison très lumineuse,une partie aurait besoin d un coup de "jeune",mais agreable et bien équipée, avec son petit jardin tres appréciable surtout pour notre chien .tout à proximité, petit bémol pour un stationnement pas facile devant la maison mais place sur le mail facile côté mer et gratuit . Peut être moins facile l été.

L’emplacement idéal, la petite maison avec son petit jardin située à côté des supers jardins était parfait pour nous qui avons 2 chiens. Un petit désagrément, l’électricité est à régler au propriétaire, ce que nous n’avions pas vu au moment de la réservation car cette information est très mal placée, et il n’a y aucune information pour le ménage avant de rendre la maison. Propriétaire très agréable, on a été très bien accueilli.
