View is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Furniture, decor, cookware all a bit dingy but fine. Did not feel super clean- but I think that was more due to old, cluttered space and stuff and not actual lack of cleanliness. Kids were a bit bored. Host did not provide children’s life jackets which meant if the kind neighbor hadn’t lended us life jackets, kids could not have gone on the one lake toy (paddle boards) provided.

Very nice property and not overpriced. Amazing views, an excellent little hot tub that was comfortable for 4 adults, and a quiet setting nestled in the woods on a lake.

Those who used the hot tub got a rash from dirty hot tub water.
Gross!
Should be grateful we only got to use the hot tub once with good heat. Other times it was not hot so didn't dwell.

Our stay was wonderful.
- House was clean & matches the photos in the listing.
- The owner was quick to respond.
- Lake was clean & calm.
- Neighbors & other boaters were super friendly. Always waving when going by the dock.
- Wild strawberries were growing all around the property.
- Great place to get away from the city & relax.
So happy that this home was available for us to use.

Thank you for sharing your special place with us again this year. The rhodies were in full bloom & in every color imaginable. We also enjoyed seeing a duck with seven ducklings swim by the dock on a daily basis. Even though it's still May, we also got in a daily swim, followed by a warm up in the cedar hot tub. :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lake house and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and serene surroundings. The house itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a wood burning stove, and comfortable bedrooms. We already booked our next stay and can’t wait to return!

Great place with lots of room for activities! Warm and inviting. This place will be our new go to when family and friends come from out of town. Altho we didn’t use the bbq or fire pit, they will be enjoyed on our next stay.

Home is comfy and clean. Two bedrooms, open concept dining/living and kitchen downstairs loft and open concept room upstairs. House has a beautiful grassy area that opens to your own private dock. There’s a BBQ grill on the patio and a gas fire pit out by the dock. Convenient 30 min drive to many fun things to do with the family to get out for a few days before returning to the house for lake swimming and s’mores by the fire! The WiFi works well, and we were able to get the upstairs TV to work, but not the downstairs… but really who cares when you have a view like that!!! Will for sure rent this house in the future!

We were very happy with the overall experience. It’s a great place in a great location. We found everything we needed to prepare meals and appreciated that it felt like home away from home.

My husband booked this Lakefront home in Snohomish on Lake Roesiger as a trip for our family before I have a bone marrow transplant in October. He was wanting a week of relaxation, no worries, and some time reconnect with our teens.
The Host Bruce was always quick to reply to our questions. He was also very kind.
The kids absolutely loved paddleboarding on the Lake, fishing off the dock. We caught so many (mostly smaller) bass, perch, and blue gill.
The small 2 person Hot Tub is made of cedar so smells amazing when sitting and relaxing. There is no A/C so when visiting in the Summer, you just need to improvise by opening up the windows and turning on the fans! Didn't change the enjoyment of our vacation whatsoever!
We are already thinking about a winter stay here sometime after my transplant!! 🤗
Book this Lake Home!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Our family returned to this property for a third time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves yet again. We remembered to bring a sufficient amount of beach towels and extra swimsuits so we always had one dry. We enjoyed diving off the dock, swimming, floating, paddling the stand up paddle boards that we brought, and warming up in the hot tub. A young family member also notably caught her first fish right off the dock--a memory that will likely last a lifetime. We also brought our fire stick and Xbox and enjoyed watching movies and playing Just Dance in the upstairs loft in the evening. My personal favorite was simply having my coffee out on the deck or dock in the morning before anyone else was up and listening to the melodies of the various songbirds that reside around the lake.

The property itself is beautiful. My family really
Enjoyed it. I wish the weather would have cooperated better. Also wish we had some fishing poles so we could have enjoyed the lake since we couldn’t swim.

Very peaceful area on the lake a few weeks before Memorial Day weekend. There's a hot tub available for use and what looked like a 2-person paddle boat, but we chose not to use it as it seemed its better days had long passed. There's a lot of stairs from the parking area to enter the house on the mid-level then more stairs down to the backyard and the lake. This made it a challenge transporting luggage, groceries and a cooler down to the house. Thought I mention this as it may be an issue for the elderly. We also rented kayaks and a canoe from the nearby lake store that had to be carried down (and up) the flights of stairs. The website needs to be updated as it advertised a foosball table which wasn't there, and the owner didn't know about it. It was bummer because it was something that we were all looking forward to playing. The website also says it has big screen TV's which amounted to two 32 - 36" Flat screen TV's. The website states, No Cable (true statement) so bring your own DVDs as there is a DVD player available however, not Blu-Ray compatible. There was no internet connection and the WIFI was weak at best indoors and better out of the house. There was an oversite by the owner regarding a pet policy that he corrected, and our dog was allowed but new policy is no pets. The owner seemed like a nice gentleman that sincerely wanted the best stay for us. He even reimbursed some money back for the internet problem. The furniture, beds and TVs could use an upgrade but overall, the house was clean. I know I sound like I'm complaining about a lot of things, but I honestly feel a bit shorted for what we paid and what we got or didn't get. I believe if the owner puts a little more attention to his website and invest in some much needed upgrading the rental would be well worth it. It's a beautiful place on the lake.

Lovely house, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended! A few tips: The hot tub directions were a bit confusing, I think they leave it turned on sometimes. Also, the knob to turn the hot tub on/off is way down below the level of the deck, on the side of the heater (wasn't totally clear.) Finally, there are a lot of stairs to get to the house, and from the house to the hot tub / lawn. Wasn't a problem for us but not an ideal place for a toddler to run free.

Excellent property for a girls weekend! The hot tub comfortably sat 4 and you can take a refreshing jump in the lake to cool off. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans and other utensils; grill is available on the upper deck. Bruce was highly responsive and an excellent host. We are excited to come again in the summer and experience more of the lake!
**The Harry Potter puzzle is missing two pieces. This was our only heartbreak during the stay.

House is well stocked with linens and amenities. House was cleaned, though there were signs of pet hair on rugs and dirt in the bathroom. We were pleased with sleeping arrangements and the ease of connecting with the host with questions. Lovely house, perfect location, great get away. We will be coming back in the summer.

This rental is an absolute jewel. We were blessed with beautiful weather and the boys must have jumped in the lake 30 times during our stay. The house is immaculate, spacious and well- appointed. It was fun to take the paddle boat out, as well. Downtown Snohomish is a great day trip, as well. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Dont forget wood and your swimsuits for a relaxing stay away. Our families wisely said yes when the 3 unicorn moms wanted to get away for a few days. Like the story of Goldielocks, their was a perfect bed for each of our styles of firm and soft. We had looked at so many rentals, that I missed some details. I highly recommend renting, just don't want others to be surprised. Parking is in a rock lot, must work hard to get 2 cars in back to back and keep the road clear. Lots of stairs to get from Parking to the front door, and to the hottub/lake. Yes, typical lake house style, but I wasn't thinking about that when I booked it recently after hip repair. Totally worth it for the fireplace, hot tub, quiet views. We were planning on doing sewing, but lugging stuff up and down the stairs looked exhausting. Location was perfect. Close enough to Seattle's Eastside/Everett to be comfortable for our new mom away from baby for the first time. And far enough away that we had no desperate husbands issues. Loved the freshly clean and emptied hot tub that reminded us of Asian soaking tub. Figuring out what was needed to turn the temp up was easy in hindsight. Between the handbook and emails, we figured it out. It was easy to turn up and down to get optimal soaking temperature. Several of us have pet and fragrance allergies, and we had no issues. Would totally come again with more Mom's to enjoy the space and quiet. Being early May, there wasn't much noise or neighbors. I assume in the summer it would be different. Thanks for being a great host home!

I had an amazing stay at this hidden little gem located on Lake Roesiger. Everything was very clean and well put together. Communication was prompt and check-in was easy. All-in-all I would highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to get away from the city and relax on a nice quiet lake.

This was one of our favorite rental houses we've had! Very well appointed (except it seems you need to bring your own streaming equipment like a Roku to hook up to the TV) and cozy. The hot tub was fun and we were quite comfortable!

The house and property were clean and comfortable. The view from the deck was great! The hot tub was an added bonus. The description of the property didn't mention anything about the many steep steps. For older or less physically fit people, they could be an issue. All in all, it is a great place!

Wife and I had a great time. Really quiet place in the winter. Has an old school barrel hot tub, recessed so it’s easier to enter and exit. Very clean as well. Would love to go back again. Just be aware there are stairs leading down to the house! Gave me a little exercise carrying everything!!!

Could not be happier with our stay at this lakefront property. Hot tub was the selling point, but we ended up playing on the lake most of the time (even in the winter). Perfect covid-pod getaway
