About this house rental

A very central semi-detached house only blocks away from the Bathurst CBD, Charles Sturt university, Mount Panorama and St Stanislaus College.
Walking distance to local clubs, pubs and restaurants or minutes drive in the car.
3 bedrooms, with a queen bed in the main room, 2 single beds in the 2nd room and a double bed in the 3rd room, spacious lounge room, all linen provided.
Ceiling fans in all rooms, central ducted heating throughout. Please note: there is no wifi;
Washing machine and clothesline available.
Outdoor table, BBQ, large grassed area outside.
Bread, milk, tea, coffee, will also be provided on arrival.
Note: there is 2 internal steps down into the kitchen/ bathroom and laundry area.
Also steps down into the backyard
Bus stop available right out the front
A lock box for your convenience to check in at any time after 3pm.

Enjoyed the time, the step down to the kitchen takes some getting used to. Eating around the high bench meant all 6 of us could not sit down at the same time. Overall it worked well for our 3 generation time away.

Loved the house. Its in a great location, very homey and warm. The heating in this place is fantastic. Sub zero temps overnight but beautifully warm inside. Kitchen was more than equipped for our stay. Host was very responsive with any queries we had. We will definitely look to stay here again when we need to be in town.

We loved our stay, it was very homely, the owner left biscuits, milk, bread. The accommodation was very clean, house had amazing heating throughout which was needed due to the cold weather. Owner was very easy to communicate, great location. Cannot fault our stay, highly recommend it. Nathan

The cottage had everything we needed during our stay and the central heating in each room kept us warm whilst the weather outside was wet & cold. Beds were very comfy and the cottage was spotlessly clean. I needed to change our reservation date several times and the owner Jasmine was very accommodating. The cottage is in a very convenient location close to the shops, restaurants and pubs. We will certainly be staying again if and when we are back in Bathurst.

Character filled house, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Bathurst. Location was great not far from anything. Kitchen well equipped and plenty of blankets and heating for a cold night in Bathurst. We would definitely stay there again.

Well situated for walking into the centre, reasonable space for a family - our kids are 6 and 2. We'll definitely be trying to book here again for future visits! (can be a little noisy on Saturday night with foot and car traffic in the wee hours)

Great little cottage with heaps of character. Jasmine was very easy to deal with. Only thing that needs changing/adding to the listing is the internal stairs - I was holidaying with elderly mother who is up several times during the evening

This is a nice old house in Bathurst. It is a very charming 3 star with character and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were large. The bathroom and Kitchen were clean and well stocked. We stayed during a cold snap yet the central heating kept the house very warm. It was excellent value and I would gladly stay again.

Stayed at 250 William Street, Bathurst with my wife and a couple of the team and found the house to be really nice. We had a team BBQ at the property on the Thursday night and walked to the club and restaurants the other nights. Close enough to the action without being too close. The house has some quirky character, just enough to make it interesting. Far better than staying at a modern motel. The off street parking was an unexpected bonus. We'd stay there again.
