My family, dogs, and I had a peaceful and comfortable stay at Deborah's property. The access to the porch and use of a private hot tub looking into the woods was particularly nice. The home was clean and had the essentials you would need (e.g., basic spices to cook, extra toilet paper, etc.). It is about a third mile from the community center and has six passes guests can use. Though we didn't make use of them on this particular occasion (just went once to see if they had any DVDs we could borrow), I know that six passes isn't common. It's great to have them in case you get a rainy day during your stay. We really appreciated being able to bring the dogs. I will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

We really enjoyed our ski weekend at this house. The location was 1/2 hr from both Cannon Mt and Loon, and we had fun at both mountains.

Great location and having access to the resort amenities was phenomenal!! Extremely responsive owner and the house had everything we needed, without question. The basement level is a little worn and the outside a bit untidy but the main floor and loft areas were perfect for our needs. Great, open, communal space and was wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us!!

We enjoyed our stay in this home, it was nicely appointed in a very secluded setting yet close to amenities and local skiing.

Deb's place was perfect for a ski weekend getaway. It had plenty of room/beds, was very warm and cozy, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Deb was very communicative throughout the process and gave us all the helpful info in advance. Would definitely go back. Thanks Deb!

The house had everything we needed. Communication was great with the property owners/managers. They were helpful and informative. We have been spending Thanksgiving on Campton Mountain for over 12 years and this house was surely one of our all time favorites!

We enjoyed our family celebration despite the rain. The pool and the Waterville Rec. Center (Gym time and Bear Making) were enjoyed by all. The foliage was spectacular! A nice weekend to spend with family.
Thank you!

I stayed with my family of 5 (age 9-12)and our medium sized pitbull. The kids loved their bedrooms, I loved the fact we could take our dog, the spaciousness of the house and the privacy. We were given great directions and some recommendations on restaurants and stores too. We did not end up using the hot tub but it was on and someone came the morning we left to take care of it. So it is being maintained. We did have a bear sighting, which was exciting! Just knocked over the trash can and left when it couldn't get into it. Nothing scary.
A few minor repairs could be done to upgrade (but whose house doesn't need that) and bathrooms did have water damage, especially the one downstairs.
I was a bit disappointed with the rec center (not the owners fault) but still thought I'd mention it. The pools were great but the arcade was small and half the games didn't work. By the pictures I thought they had kayaks there to use but you have to bring your own. Staff was friendly though!
Overall a great stay! I felt safe, comfortable (the beds were good!) and could easily reach Deb if needed.

Nice house in a very quiet wooded area.
Community has a nice set of amenities.
Nearby towns have many options and attractions to visit and explore.

The amenities of Waterville estates were great. The rec center kept the kids busy and the living area/kitchen of our house were fine. All the bedrooms and bathrooms could use some updates and specifically the bathrooms could have been better cleaned.
We had 2 full, stinky garbage bins upon arrival and a bear that like to knock them over every morning.
Overall we had a good stay, and if you calibrate your expectations you will too.

We thought that the house was perfect. We had our family of 6 there, and ate in both nights. Very convenient to skiing, and the place was very comfortable.

Pictures of property were deceiving. Hot tub pictures were not what was at the house. Stated there was a grill..which was a small, rusty camping grill.

This is a lovely house for people who like to hike, ski, or just relax. The hot tub was a huge plus. We loved it and will absolutely be coming back!

Fabulous Family Vacation
We loved the combination of a secluded home with easy access to many amenities! Plenty of space for 6 adults. Days were filled with hikes, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and relaxing at the pool. We enjoyed the private hot tub and fire pit in the evenings.

Overall good, could be better
0) House number on driveway needs to be clearly visible.
1) The trash bins and recycle bin were full when we reached, there was no way to discard trash in animal-safe bins
2) The kitchen needs additional wine glasses

Family Vacation
Nice layout of the house for our family group. Bedrooms on multi-levels, and a large open kitchen/living area for us to all hang out in. Private, but easy access to hiking/climbing.

Vacation
There was a lot to do for a early summer rainy vacation. Great location for younger kids with short hikes and the pools. Secluded location where you could not see neighbors. Fireplace was greatly appreciated because most of the stay was cold and rainy. For those that like consistent temperatures, the acs are windows and we’re not installed at the time. The weather became cooler and it worked out perfectly. I would stay there again.

Such a good deal!
I was shocked by how amazing this place is, especially considering the nightly rate is one of the lowest I found for a pet friendly home with a private hot tub. The hot tub is in great condition and gets very hot, the downstairs bedrooms were cold despite the temp outside being 80, and the property was very relaxing and nice. We saw chipmunks all over which was a treat for me because I live in a city. The queen bed downstairs by the hot tub was nice and soft.

Wonderful Getaway
My family and I had a wonderful stay! Deb was an EXCELLENT host with amazing information before we even arrived. She was very detailed and made the trip easy. The house was perfect for all of us. The hot tub was used quite a bit and the outside fireplace was great on the cold nights, kids made a lot of s'mores. My kids also LOVED the rec center and we visited it 2x/day. The walking trails were perfect, esp if you have a dog with you. You can walk right out the door and be on a trail. So convenient! I highly recommend this house for anyone that need a little getaway! THANK YOU!

Birthday weekend
I rented this house for my 30th birthday party for 8 people. The house was very nice. It was clean, although a little buggy (summer in new england will do that though). Deb was easy to communicate and easy to get a hold of. The area is pretty, the hot tub was a nice addition, and the beds were plentiful. I recommend staying here for a relaxing time in the woods.

Fun family get away
We had a really fun time at the house. We were two families with young children (ages 1-4). They loved the pool and the rec center amenities! Very quiet and peaceful. House had the necessities and the host gave great information about the house.

Great New Hampshire Adventure
We all enjoyed our stay in the New Hampshire area. The property on Donovan Farm Rd. was very nice and accomodated all of us. Everyone enjoyed traveling to the mountains (Cannon and Mt. Washington) and entertainment centers (Funspot) and (Clark's.) We did not let the rain dampen our trip and give the trip an overall great rating!

Summer Kickoff
The property was as advertised, but smaller than it appears in photos. Note that the grill outdoors was charcoal and the stove had two burners that did not work, so pack patience for cooking. The Rec Center was very nice but only open limited hours which was disappointing, as there was not much to do in town. Overall, the trip was good. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub. Bring lots of bug repellent and watch out for bears-there was a mama and her cubs hanging out right at the end of the driveway.

Everything was pretty much just as described! The layout of the house was conducive to a group dynamic, but the rooms were spacious enough that we could each have our own space when necessary. The biggest bedroom has 2 single beds which reportedly were not very comfortable. However, the rest of the beds were all very comfortable! The hot tub is a 4 person hot tub and it was exactly as described. It was well cared for, but for 4 average sized adults it still felt small. Whenever 3 or 4 of us would get in the tub, it would need to be refilled. Deb, the owner, provided a super easy way for us to refill it, but it would take time after the refill to get hot enough to get in it again. So, we ended up only really being able to use the hot tub once/day, which was kind of unfortunate. The firepit was wonderful and the inside fire stove was great too! The kitchen was a little sparse. There was only 1 pan and 1 pot big enough to cook dinner in. But there were tons of smaller pans and pots we could use. There were tons of cups, plates, bowls, silverware, etc., and all the appliances worked really well! The house was in the middle of this wooded neighborhood, so there were some bugs, but that's inevitable when staying at this kind of a house. There was no sense of the house being dirty or anything like that to indicate the house wasn't being taken care of...just some ants in the kitchen and moths outside at dusk. Overall, the house was exactly as described and really amazing! We'd be happy to stay again the next chance we're up in NH!

We expected better but was average.
We booked our Memorial Day weekend at this property. The house is nice but unfortunately the pool was closed on the day when it was nice weather outside. The owner was not aware of this however the community pool guy said that notification was sent out way in advance. We got a $50 refund for the inconvenience. There was not much to do in the vicinity but there are some nice lakes in 40-50 minutes drive time. House could have been cleaned a little better and same goes for the hot tub. Communication was fair with the owner. Overall the experience was not what we thought it would be.

Awesome time
My friends and I had an awesome weekend here. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Probably the only problem we had was it took more than a day for the hot tub to heat up so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we hoped
