Woorim is a hidden paradise only 1 hour from Brisbane.

The Beach House is ideally situated in a secluded part of Woorim and is adjacent to bushland.

Only a short stroll from The Beach House brings you onto Bribie's sandy white beaches that are ideal for relaxing, swimming, fishing and taking a stroll. The beach is quiet and has breath taking views to Caloundra and Moreton Island.

Also within walking distance is the local surf club and shops. For the younger members of the family, the adventure playground is a must for all that pent up energy.

Bribie Island is a fully self-contained island and has a shopping centre, movie theatre, medical centre, coffee shops, golf courses, bowls clubs and excellent local markets every Sunday.

Bribie Island is conveniently located for day trips to Australia Zoo, Malaney and Montville townships and has a number of historic locations. World War 2 relics, such as gun emplacements and observation posts are dotted along the Island.

The Beach House has it all.

A spacious, modern, four bedroom home located only minutes walk from Bribie Island's famous beaches. Relax in The Beach House's two generous sized living areas or large, covered outdoor entertaining area that is complete with a gas barbeque.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe and private access to the entertaining area. A second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the remaining two rooms have a double bed and two single beds respectively. The Beach House also contains an extra trundle bed for any extra guests.
The Beach House has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with all the items that are required for a stress-free stay.

The main living area adjoins the kitchen and has a TV and DVD player. The second living areas is an excellent retreat from the hustle and bustle and has a substantial supply of books and magazines. There are also puzzles, games, a foosball table, air hockey table and table tennis.

The Beach House also has a lock-up garage with room for one vehicle.

At night time, relax in The Beach House and enjoy drifting off to the sounds of crashing waves.

Big house lots of room for for everyone. The games room was a huge hit with the boys. Very quiet street. Beach was just a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Roomy house , everything we needed . Ceiling fans were good, but could do with air conditioning in at least one room. A little more greenery outside would have made the outdoor setting more appealing, all we could see was concrete , bare fence and bare shed walls. The price was excellent . And 3mins walk to the beach. Good stay.

The property was just as expected from the listing. Spacious, relatively well appointed, lots of fun for our 5yo daughter and a very short walk to the beach. It's not fancy but it was perfect for an unfussy family getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

We loved staying at this house. It was large enough to have space from the teenagers (and them from us) but also come together and play table tennis and air hockey. Short walk to pristine beach where I saw dolphins 6 out of 8 days.

Enjoyed our stay. Property has plenty of space inside and out. Comfortable, everything you need plus more. Close to the beach, quiet neighbourhood and nature over the back fence. Looking forward to staying again and definitely recommend. Great communication with owner and very helpful.

From a safe quiet street with only a few hundred meters walk to the beach and 4x4 access at the end of the street we found a gem of a house here on Bribie Island we were all so delighted. The layout of the home was comforting and fresh and after a busy day all family members young and old were beckoning to return home to this beautiful beach house retreat. Pricing was spot on and I would only return to stay longer.

Very good property for a large family. Well appointed and clean. Great outdoor area for family get together. Close to beach. Need a car to access shopping, surf club and hotel for meals. Quiet area.

Very good for the family, 2 mins to beach access, really enjoyed staying there, and my kids loved it. Highly recommended. The kitchen has got everything you need. I will definitely go back. Thank you, Sharon, for hosting us.

I was looking for a place for myself and my sister to spend a few days together and to do some business in Brisbane. This holiday home was perfect! Myself and my sister were able to take in Bribie and get our business done as well! Thankyou for the great experience, will definitely be returning!

We've stayed at the Woorim Beachhouse several times now and each time has been a great experience. The house has all the comforts of home. It's spacious. The locations is nice and quiet, walking distance to the beach and close to a 4WD Access point. The games room, although not used on this stay, is such a great idea. The hosts, Sharon & Kelvin, are easy to communicate with and were very helpful and understanding when we had to change the booking dates for our stay due to poor weather conditions several months ago. We are very grateful for their understanding. We had a great stay.

We booked this property as a spur of the moment for Easter and wasn't expecting anything as amazing as what we got. Location could not have been any better with a short walk to the beach or the shortest possible drive to the 4wd beach entry. It was such a beautiful home that our whole group enjoyed and we will definitely stay again! Thank you for such an amazing Easter!!

We enjoyed our stayed on Bribie Island! The house was very spacious and clean and had everything that a family could need. We appreciated a quick response from the agent Sharon after we messaged her with a minor issue. She was able to fix the problem within couple of hours. The kids really loved the play room with many games which came handy on a rainy day. The house is located on a quite street and within walking distance to the beach. We loved the house!

Excellent booking experience and communication with owners. Beautiful spacious home we could not fault. No air-con but it was not necessary for our January stay. Short 500mtr walk to the beach. Quiet street, lovely neighbours. So perfect we will definitely be back!

Large property in a lovely area. The only downside was that each of us complained about the mattresses on the beds. Very uncomfortable and all sink. Other than that, a fabulous stay in this older, but very clean and comfortable house.

The layout and style of this house is exactly what my husband and I love. It is quite old fashioned the brick and the L shape is unusual. But it feels warm and comfortable, with no rear neighbours. It would be a great place to stay for a week or more, but there were 2 inconveniences: 1. Having to pay extra for linen (bed & bath). Would prefer this is factored into cost of stay, similar to a motel; 2. THERE WAS NO SPARE TOILET PAPER!! Thank God it was only the 2 of us. We ran out late Sunday night (after local IGA closed). Also, there were no tissues at the house. As a Stayz guest, we would expect at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. If required, we would then buy more. The cleanliness was not quite there. The previous guest/s left crumbs of some sort on the lounge. We found them when we moved the cushions. Lol. If we were supplied the linen and not ran out of toilet paper, this property would be 5 stay for sure. Also, may we suggest a laminated A 4 sheet of paper showing how to get normal channels on the Foxtel box? Our issue was very minor and a simple oversight on which remote to use and which button/s to press, but it meant it we had no TV for our first 12 hours. Would love the opportunity to return to this property, but will remember to bring some extra toilet paper (just in case). :)
