About this house rental

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ as well as a golf community.

Our guest pass gives you access to The Villages’ 40 executive golf courses. Our home is located between Nancy Lopez CC & Arnold Palmer CC, just a short cart ride away.

Dance the night away to live entertainment every night at one of the three Villages town squares 365 nights a year from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, with happy hour from 5:00 to 6:00.

This spacious, fully-furnished, and beautifully-decorated home is ideally located between Spanish Springs town square and Lake Sumter Landing town square.

Our included guest pass gives you access to the recreation centers and swimming pools, where you can play pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, card games and billiards and more.

Recreation centers, pools, restaurants, grocery and retail stores, movie theaters, bowling alleys, golf courses, and libraries are within easy walking and/or golf cart distance.

Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, beaches, and other major popular attractions are only 1 and 1/2 hours away by car.

Our home features a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space and the 3rd bedroom has a pull out sofa bed and closet as well. It is fully furnished with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a microwave, coffee maker, dishes & utensils. The kitchen island provides seating for three and the dining room provides seating for four.

For lunch & dinner enjoy your meals outside in the screened Lanai. After a day of golf or one of the many other activities The Villages offers, relax in your screened Lanai and enjoy the outdoor living you came to Florida for.

The two car garage comfortably houses your vehicle and our complimentary two seater gas golf cart. The laundry room is conveniently located inside the residence.

All linens, pillows and towels, everything that you need is there. Starting supply of household requirements is provided, (dishwasher & clothes washer detergent, coffee filters, paper towels. garbage bags and recycle bags, bathroom soap and toilet tissue.

we were there just a short time giving a baby shower for my granddaughter. There was shrubbery in front that was overgrown and covering a portion of the sidewalk to front door that we had to walk around to unload and load car. Doesn't seem like much but it was an annoyance. We did not have time but anyone staying for a visit would not sit on furniture on front porch as it was pretty rusted. Toilet holder is master bath was broken off and porcelain in masterbath was chipped in several places and grab handle in shower was chipped up. Was very clean but did have a cockroach in master bath that we chased around. Some type of map showing where pools were located would have helped also. Just little things that might make this home a little more enjoyable.

A large property with a nice kitchen and big island. The dog friendly house was perfect for our stay. The extra bump out for the dining table in the sun room was a nice place to eat. Overall you can’t beat the price!

We selected this house because it was a very reasonably priced and was pet friendly. The owners provided everything you can think of that you would need to prepare meals, laundry, towels etc. It was very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely select this home again for future visits.

Loved our stay here! Central to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter squares. Close to Glenview and Lopez Legacy. Home was very nice. Only thing I would say is overall communication with the owners wasn’t great. First, guest passes weren’t left for us, nor were directions on how to get them. I had to ask and didn’t get them until week 2. Sent a couple messages with questions and home owners were on their own trip so therefore were not responsive. Also we had a package delivered (were were there over 2 weeks) and were supposed to get access to their box to get our package on the 1st and that didn’t happen, so never got my package.

This was our 2nd annual stay and my daughter with multiple disabilities was able to navigate her wheelchair in the house with just a few furniture moves. Didn’t get to use the golf cart this visit but will the next time just to ride thru the neighborhood. We had a nice time but could have done without the sudden downpours while at the Squares but I guess that is FL!! Thanks for keeping the decor so cheerful and clean.

It is a nice place in a great area but the 36 golf courses in not free like they say in line. You will need to pay the temporairy resident card for 50$ us if you want to play free executive golf courses. So I spended my time to talk with the owner to explain how to get the temporairy card because they have to fill a form. They didn't want to pay the 50$ US.

We had a great time visiting family and friends in The Villages. Barbara’s property was exactly as described, and very close to our other traveling friends. The property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We had no issues during our stay, and would gladly rent again.

The house was beautiful - clean inside, spacious and well decorated. Supplies adequate. Only drawback was the Lanai needed cleaned from mold and mildew - table and siding were green. But overall, ,we'd definitely return there. We loved the neighborhood and it was great driving the new golf cart everywhere!

We chose this property because of the great location and it was accessible for my daughter who uses a wheelchair..open concept…hardwood floors and she enjoyed riding thru the neighborhood in the golf cart…the sofa bed worked great because it was low and made for a much easier transfer. All of us really enjoyed the time we spent in the rental and of course the three Squares and pickleball.

This property is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need to make yourself feel right at home. Plenty of space, pleasant neighborhood, and surprisingly peaceful considering all of the activities that are available in The Villages. The property was very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent!

Very clean, spacious 3 bedroom home with nice eating areas, and all the nessesities needed in the kitchen, towels, sheets, owners had good communication, and was able to extend our stay twice, luckily dates were available.

This house was great for my family and I. It was clean and the neighborhood was very cute with plenty to do and enjoy! The air conditioner stopped working towards the end of our trip which was a bummer for us northerners but a repair company was set to come after our checkout time.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The cupboards were full of anything you might need like baggies, foil, coffee filters, laundry soap etc. It was like staying in a friends home. Air conditioning ran nice and cold, ceiling fans and TV's in every room. Did not have a chance to use the golf cart but it looked like a very nice one. Will definitely rent this home again.

We needed a place to stay while we visited our parents nearby. We wanted a place that would be comfortable to meet as a family and this place served that purpose. It was clean, and had what we needed. The beds were a little firmer than we like, but we still slept pretty well. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very friendly.

The VRBO rental process was easy to do and the owners were responsive and easy to deal with, but since we didn't have any issues with the place we really didn't have to bother them much. The home was beautiful and in a good neighborhood. Would stay there again if the opportunity comes up.

We had a very nice stay. The house was clean and well equipped. Since everyone staying was an adult and no children, it would have been nice to have an actual bed in the 3rd bedroom rather than the sleeper sofa, but my sister said the mattress wasn't too bad.🙂 Thank you for sharing your nice home!

The house has a lot of space and the kitchen is well equipped for what we needed. Pet friendly so that’s a plus! Close to pools, shopping and restaurants/town squares. Barbara was very helpful with everything. Will recommend to family and friends!
