Super!

Camerele spatioase, personalul amabil si locatia relativ aproape de mare.Este un magazin chiar langa locatie.Sejurul a fost unul reusit! Apa din piscina calda

Colsetul infundat la unul dintre apartamentele rezervate dar ma gandesc ca se va remedia in timp.

İyi insanlar güzel otel . Herkes tercih etmeli burayı .

Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi bir otel . İlgili insanlar butik bir otel . Herşey hakkından yardımcı oluyorlar . Daha iyisi yok bence seneye tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

Tesis ile alakalı değil ama Sunny beachte sular kesikti zorlandık biraz . Fön makinası bozuktu . Yenilenmedi . Ama bu olumsuzluklara rağmen çok çok iyi insanlar çok iyi otel .

Good valie for money

Apartment, garden and a swimming pool ares are spotless clean and well kept. Apartment was pretty big with a terrace towards swimming pool. Equipped kitchen, free guest parking. As we are travelling with kids, playground near the pool was a grear bonus. Good money for value, actually we got more than I expected. Staff was friendly and smiling (uncommon in Bulgaria). We enjoyed our stay.

No room service. Kitchen utensil could be improved (by adding a small pot, better quality frying pan). 13-15 min walk to the beach.

Wery disappointed about the stay

I did like the location

Ok for starters their a lot about the property that was wrong. The owner or receptionist was newer around to ask questions or help or pick up the phone. When I called from air port there was no one to answer the phone. I had to walk to the bus station and get a bust to get to the location no fee air port transport either what I found out later what a surprise. On the reservation free WiFi was only limited to a lobby downstairs no internet in the apartments I had to by my own internet card to use so I can have basic internet service. The free bikes in the booking was not free I had to pay per bike or lumps sum to use the bikes I was every much disappointed by the lies and deception. If I known that this word happens I would choose another location we’re disappointed.

We have received all we expected, definitely worth the price.

Nice clean pool at the hotel, shop 15 meters from it. Very nice receptionist willing to help with anything we asked. Room was clean with more than enough space. Air Con was working perfectly. We have received all we expected. Only disadvantage was 10 mins walk to beach but it is well announced in the accommodation description.

Excellent location, everything is clean and tidy, suitable for an overnight stay. The kitchen has everything for cooking. the hotel is very quiet.

Internet works notwell. on a single bed there are two mattresses that move apart

We found there our summer paradise and we will come back.

Hotel owners doing everything to make hotel guests feeling special. We have found all we needed. Nice, clean, fully equipped apartment. Clean swimming pool with areas both for children and for adults. Hotel is well located, close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop. Walking distance from beautyful Old Nassebar

Good value for money

Good value for money, professional staff, nice balcony with pool view, books in different languages available in the lobby

Some broken equipment, but it was fixed or changed quickly, poor WiFi in the room

I highly recommend visitorsuu to book a room of a room at this hotel. The hotel is clean, all facilities are in place

The hotel staff (María and Stoyan) are very friendly and helpful.

WiFi was slow on the 4th floor.

The hotel is perfect and the price is great!

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the pool is amazing. The host was very helpful as well. When it comes to how cheap the hotel is, we really have nothing bad to say.

The only thing we were a little concerned about was the shower situation. There was no shower curtain and the floor was really slippery so we had to be super careful not to fall. This is the only reason for giving the hotel 9/10.

Nice pool, bad beds

The pool. The hosts are keeping clean the pool and the common area. The balcony is nice. We had ok wi-fi in the room. The airco works well. Truth to be told, we didn't have to use it often.

The bathroom is terrible. No shower cabin, just a drain in the floor, so the whole bathroom is wet after shower. There's nothing but a mop to dry it off, so it stays wet till early morning. Really, really irritating. A few times there was no hot water in the evening. The beds are awful, matress and pillow super unconfortable and the bed squeeks whenever moving in it. I had a little sleep for a week. Couldn't wait to leave. The room was sold as for 3 adults, but one persob sofa was too small even for a 10yo child (156cm tall), and it squeeked terribly. The sheets were rough and coming off the bed easily, so you had to put it back many times and still they would slip of. The road is not paved, full of dust and holes. 15 minute walk to the beach was not fun. For some reason I expected a fensed parking, but it was just a spot in front of the hotel. I've seen so many good reviews, but they must have been from guests staying at big apartments. We had change of towels on the second day, and then were offered another change the day before leaving, which didn't make much sense.

Good location, close to the sunny beach. The apartment is very comfortable, there was everything we need: air conditioning, a swimming pool, billiard, and so on for a pleasant stay.

The pool is acceptable.

There is no housekeeping during the stay. Wifi isn't actually operational.The bed linen is synthetic and extremely uncomfortable. The arrangement of furniture and sockets was generated by a neural network. Maybe this is normal for Sunny Beach, but in any other resort for the same money you will get a much higher service.

Exceptional

I liked everything. The room is clean and cozy, quiet after midnight, close to the beach. Nearby is the ancient city of Nessebar. The girl Maria at the reception was hospitable and friendly, always went to the meeting and immediately helped to solve minor problems.
