Good option for short stay with shopping at the huge mall below

It was easy to navigate to other locations outside of Osaka. The breakfast was great. If you arrive for a short business stay in Osaka and have a very short timeframe for shopping it might be a good solution. Multiple restaurants on the 8th floor. Every day the room was cleaned and we got new towels and water bottles which was nice.

The hotel is on the ninth floor of a huge mall that is at the exit of Osaka station. For us it was a bit overwhelming. The walking path from the station to the hotel was loud in terms of music. As a family we learned it’s not our preferred option for stay during a vacation. However, as mentioned above, others may find it a good option for short stay where you have all brands and multiple restaurants only a step away.

It’s great to have 4 beds in one room as this is not common. But it brings convenience as a family. The convenience due to its location is fantastic.

Comfortable stay and excellent location

Above a shopping mall with Uniqlo, Daiso, GU. There’s direct access to the metro via the basement (tap cardkey). Surrounded by 5 shopping malls.

The room was small but extremely functional.. we even had a bathtub!

Sehr gutes Hotel in Bahnhosnähe.

Die Lage am Bahnhof ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind eher etwas klein, aber immer noch ok. Das Zimmer im 34 Stockwerk bot einen super Blick über Osaka. Das Einchecken erfolgt per Automat, funktioniert aber recht gut. Ggg. hilft das Personal weiter. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Atmosphäre ist aufgrund der Größe eher wie in einer Kantine. Aber alles ist super organisiert. Wer einen Blick auf Osaka Richtung Bahnhof möchte, muß ggf. die Zuggeräusche in Kauf nehmen. Aber würde ich wieder so machen.

Eigentlich alles ok, am Fahrstuhl von außen ur Lobby muß manchmal gewartet werden

Gute Lage

Wie in Japan üblich sind die Zimmer eher klein, aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Super Aussicht aus dem 29. Stock. Sehr gute Lage am Bahnhof Osaka (nicht Shin Osaka, wo die Shinkansen fahren!).

Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das automatische Einschecken.

우메다역에 위치해 있어 교통이 편리했고 아래층에 쇼핑센터가 있어 이용할수있어 좋았어요.처음 역에서 내려 유니클로 우메다점쪽으로 들어가면 입구가 있어요

단체 관광객도 많은데 셀프체크인을 3시정각 부터 시작해서 사람이 너무 몰려서 힘들었어요

위치와 편리성.우메다역과 가깝고 호텔8층에는 늦은 밤에도 영업하는 많은 식당가와 지하에는 마트가 있어 편했어요.예약 어플 (중개)오류로 이름이 한글자 누락되어 예약되었는데 호텔지배인쯤 되시는 분의 능숙하고 친절한 응대가 인상깊었습니다.도심 한가운데 위치 했음에도 소음 없었고 조용했습니다

호텔방이 캐리어도 펼 수 없을만큼 좁은공간과 창문을 열 수 없는 구조가 아쉬웠습니다.

Location

Poor hotel/staff service. They charged customers for check in a few hours earlier despite after 1 pm and despite they have rooms available!!!! The hotel is greedy and forced everyone to queue at 3pm to check in!

Great! We will stay again next time we travel to Osaka.

Location is in transportation center. It’s very convenient although the route is a bit complicated. The self check-in and check-out service is very convenient, which greatly reduces the queuing time. The room is clean and tidy and has a view of Osaka. In addition, there is a department store downstairs of the hotel where we can go shopping and have a meal. It’s comfortable to stay.

**Review: Fantastic Stay in Osaka** I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Osaka, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the location was superb. Situated just a 5-minute walk from Osaka station, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience and left a lasting impression. Moreover, cleanliness is always a top priority for me when choosing accommodation, and this hotel certainly delivered. The rooms were immaculate, and the entire property was well-maintained throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was simply outstanding, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. Whether I was craving traditional Japanese cuisine or international fare, there was something for everyone. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From its prime location and friendly staff to its impeccable cleanliness and fantastic restaurant, it truly offers everything a traveler could ask for. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Osaka.

교통이 매우 편리했습니다. 또한 편의시설이 가까워서 좋았습니다. 청소 서비스도 좋았고 요구사항도 잘 들어줘서 만족했습니다. 또한 조망도 예뻐서 좋았습니다.

전자레인지가 9층로비에만 있는게 불편했습니다. 일일히 내려가서 음식을 데워오기가 힘들었습니다. 또한 로비를 거쳐서 다시 지하로 내려가는게 좀 불편했고 안되는 층도 많아 귀찮을때가 많았습니다.

- perfect location: close to shopping & train station - clean, modern room, separate toilet & shower

- waiting for lifts (the hotel is like a mini airport it is massive!) you have to get a lift to the lobby and then a separate lift to your room. Not a massive deal but I hate waiting! - people everywhere in reception (quite chaotic especially at usual check in and check out times) - self check in using computer (no interaction with anyone)

Decent value but very impersonal. Would only recommend if prices are cheap and you need to be close to the station.

Great location, good view and decent value for money

Way too many rooms, almost dystopic feel to the hotel with enormous impersonal lobby full of check in and out machines and very little staff, huge hordes of travellers lounging around lobby, large lines for elevators, have to pick up your own amenities.

Nice view, clean rooms.

The view was great, especially at night. Though the "landmark view" could only be enjoyed pressed up against the window looking at a very shallow angle. The room was very clean and pleasant. The shower was very good!

The sound proofing was virtually non-existent. If you're a light sleeper you'll require ear plugs as noises from the neighboring rooms can very easily be heard. The hard-bed-soft-pillow combination was very painful for me when waking up in the morning, sadly. Good only for people who sleep face up...

it was a great room for the price and i would definitely stay here again.

it was very centrally located and convenient to all the major train networks in Osaka. it was also right across the street from a bus that will take you to Itami or KIX airport. the room had a modern, sleek vibe, the bed was comfortable, and the showers and toilets were fantastic.
