Best say this summer. Thank you Kostas.

The Host: Could not ask for more kind, considerate, and friendly hosts. Had to teach a summer class on Zoom but the WiFi had a slow upload speed. Kostas purchased and installed a new WiFi to accommodate me within 24 hours. The WiFi was fine for casual use and he did not have to upgrade. Who else would have paid to replace the WiFi to accommodate a special guest need? The Apartment: Clean, comfortable, well located. We received a welcome gift with jam, 2 small bottles of home made liquor, and local herbs. The Village: Lively with many dinning and entertainment choices. Good beaches and umbrellas are free with purchase.

A very good apartment for a small family in an excellent location

A quiet, pleasant guest apartment with 2 bedrooms and a common living area. The owners of the place live on the floor above and are kind, attentive and supportive. The woman speaks good English. The settlement (Kala Nera) is excellently located for trips in Pelion. The apartment is right next to the beach and the esplanade of the settlement, which has many taverns and restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. Parking spaces are easily available on the street adjacent to the building.

Two minor comments that almost did not detract from the experience but should be taken into account: 1. Only one room with toilet and shower is well suited for one couple, maybe with children, but less so for two couples of friends as we were. 2. The bedrooms are a bit small and cramped, in our opinion.

Great quality at reasonable price

Spacious apartment with 2 separated bedrooms and large kitchen and living room with all amenities. Very clean and comfy. High quality of mattresses and linings. Friendly staff always there to help. Location is central and close to the beach and all the cafés and shops.

We didn't have any problem as it was end of October, but it could be noisy as it is located at a crossing with windows next to the roads.

Perfect stay at friendly host! Great apartment, on fantastic location, equipped with all you would need at holidays.

Nadine’s apartment is perfect for longer stays. Everything is at walking distance, shops, bakery, restaurants, coffees, beach. Apartment itself is nicely decorated, with a lot of space and with all amenities you would need on summer holidays. Simply, it is above expectations and standards. Nadine is a great host: we got all information timely, she was there for any help we need. A big thanks! At the end, I would recommend this apartment to anybody, and I would surely come again.

Great location near the beach. Very clean and the host was very kind & responsive, she handaled everything we needed.

As one room is closed to a road, sometimes in the evening there was little bit noise.

Superb

Nadine is a wonderful host. She was extremely flexible and was there to greet us with the house keys. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped. The beach was less than 100m away with loads of wonderful restaurants, bars, small supermarkets. Nadine was available and easily reachable by phone to answer all our questions, even later in the evening. We had a wonderful stay.

The mattress was a little hard in our room. But the duvet and the pillow were fluffy and soooo comfortable. So it kind of made up for a little too hard mattress. :)

Exceptional

Just want to say:” THANK YOU, Nadine and Kostas, for all goodwill and warm reception.” This was a very nice and clean apartment which fulfilled our expectations. Everything was clean and maintain every few days. All that was described is true and everything was working properly. A/C, and WiFi, towels, and good equipment in the kitchen. I one-word excellent. Also, there was a delay in our holiday because of Covid 19 restrictions, and that issue was solved by Nadine in a friendly and honest way in mutual interest.

A very restful & comfortable stay.

Unexpectedly we had to find alternative accomodation in Kala Nera at short notice - & Evgenias House was an excellent choice.The property is well equipped & the beds very comfortable. The AC was a welcome bonus, especially at night and the little patio area perfect for meals and sitting & wasting away the hours. Plenty of hot water for showers too. Its only a 3-4 minute walk to the front, with all the lovely tavernas with sunbeds on the beach, so a perfect location. Nadine & Kostas were so friendly & helpful, whilst also leaving us to our own devices. Highly recommended :)

Just a very minor thing - there is some traffic noise but we soon got used to it.

Well equipped apartament close to the sea with best host.

Nice place to stay, nearly to the sea. A very good base for touring the Pelion peninsula. Apartment is well equipped. Host is very friendly and helpful with best tips where to go. I really recommend this beautiful place. Thank u Nadin :)

Great place, great hosts

Great place, great hosts. Very clean. Very well equipped kitchen. Loved the balcony and the small trees and flowers around. Good Wifi coverage, no interruptions in the Internet connection. Even it's not in the exact center of the village, the place is on literally few moments walk to anywhere. The village is quite compact and everything is easily reachable. Definitely would love to visit it again.
