Relax and enjoy your stay at this spacious and beautiful private home, located at the 4th hole of Prospector Golf Course. With an abundance of living space, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests, there’s plenty of room for family and friends! The home is ideally positioned for direct fairway views while being surrounded by trees for excellent privacy, and offers a sprawling acre of level grounds for year-round activities.

This stunning home offers the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a house with the luxury of a high-end hotel. We have carefully provided luxurious furnishings and amenities to make it one of the most desirable vacation homes at Suncadia!

The home offers many amenities, including a full kitchen with professional-grade appliances, a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace, a large patio and deck, toys and games for the whole family, 6 large HDTV's with DirectTV, apps, and FireTV's, and complimentary 100MB internet. Also we have just recently added a Golf Simulator for year round Golf. It’s all you could want for your next getaway!

• Kitchen: the spacious kitchen features all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals—or you can cook outdoors on our gas barbeque. Enjoy your culinary creations at the spacious 10-seat dining room table, kitchen bar, or even outside on our 8-person patio set and enormous outdoor sectional. This home was built for entertaining!

• Activities: there are many ways to spend a fun afternoon or evening around the property, from relaxing in the 8-person hot tub, to enjoying lawn games, to watching your favorite sports in the spacious living room on our 65” 4K curved TV. The living room accommodates intimate gatherings as well as large parties: curl up with a book beside the stone fireplace, or enjoy the evening with a large group of family and friends.

• Bedrooms: each of the 4 bedrooms are fully furnished for your group and uniquely designed with their own themes, and the bathrooms are stocked with complimentary essentials. The master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, gas fireplace, TV, and ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The lower level features two more bedroom suites with king sized beds, each with televisions and their own private bathrooms—if you’d prefer, one of the beds can be converted to two twins. The 4th bedroom features 6 bunk beds with sleeping for 7.

Guests have private access to the entire house and property. A portable crib, high chair, and child safety gates are available by request.

Please note that we charge a $100 fee per pet. Well-behaved and trained dogs only, please!

Must climb stairs - There is a small flight of stairs at the entrance, and a full flight of stairs down to the lower level.

SUNCADIA is a vacation destination for every season. Two golf courses will challenge your swing while miles of walking and biing trails provide hours of adventure. The winter months are filled with sledding and snowmen and Snoqualmie Pass is a short 25 minute drive. The summer months are exciting with lakes, rivers and sunshine all around. Fine dining and casual fares are plentiful within the community and of course just outside of Suncadia in Cle Elum and Roslyn. Visit the Swift Water Winery for some wine tasting or venture over to Roslyn to the historic Brick Saloon. There is something for everyone.

We had a lovely time at the cabin with our big family. A group of all ages. Everyone loved the hills out back for sledding! Beautiful place for a little winter getaway. Cabin was well stocked with all the essential items and functional for what everyone needed. Communication was great if we needed anything addressed, with quick responses. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our long weekend golf getaway in Suncadia. The house was perfect for our family, so close to the greens but privately located on Larkspur Loop with room to feel secluded. The house was warm well equipped very clean and open. Simple and beautiful decor in the kitchen, dining space and master bedroom/bath on main level and awesome bunk room and 2 bedrooms on the lower level for kids. The golf simulator was fun to practice on. We brought our golden retriever Mae who adored walking thru the chilly air on trails. We can’t wait to return in the snowy season.

Had a great stay at Rick's house. Our daughter got married at Swiftwater and we used the house as our central command post! Bride and bridesmaids all got ready here. The huge family room was perfect. for this. We then had a brunch for the bridal party. The back yard was perfect for it. Very private and a nice flat yard. Rick was very helpful in our planning and communicated quickly. to any questions we had. The only issue was the freezer door on the fridge was tricky / broken, but I think that was on the list to fix. I would highly recommend this house. Pets and events are aok! Not many in the Suncadia Resort have these options.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and easy to reach the owner with our questions. Kitchen was well stocked and had multiple coffee maker options. Great house if you have a Dog. Not a great option for anyone who elderly or can’t navigate a lot of stairs. Perfect for 2 families. A few things could use some maintenance. The Hot Tub was 104 degrees and there was some issues getting it the correct temperature. The Firetable on the back deck didn’t stay lit and there are some broken rails on the deck and the lights/lighting in the Master Bedroom and dining area were difficult to gage. These are just small things that didn’t impact our experience...but should be looked at. We would stay there again.

The layout works particularly well for a family with smaller kids as it's easy to all gather together in the open floor plan, and to also keep an eye on what older kids are doing downstairs! We loved this house! The kids had fun sledding in the backyard on the hills at the golf course and spending the evenings in the giant hot tub! Lots of games and toys for everyone at the house. Love the open concept upstairs and how "homey" the whole house felt. Rick, the owner, was great! He kept in touch through the whole stay and anything we needed, he sent someone out right away for it. He even let us have a late check out to enjoy the resort with no extra charge - we feel so lucky!! We will definitely be back again to stay at this place. It was perfect!

Beautiful area! The house was great! Had extra things we may have needed like paper towel and garbage bags. The golf simulator, fusbol, and ping pong were a huge hit! Awesome time away from screens!Also ... worth noting it's got four actual-bedrooms *including the bunkroom* with queen bed... and the "bonus room" is a room with pullout couch, foosball table and TV/Xbox... not a separate bedroom.Overall... great experience, highly recommend!
