Urlaub auf der Schwelle zwischen Stadt und Land

Man soll sich nicht wie in einem Hotel, sondern wie in einem Zuhause fühlen Es ist wie eine eigene kleine Wohnung auf Zeit. Die Lage mitten in einem Wohngebiet mit viel Natur darum herum, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür verstärkt das. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum und alle üblichen Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden (Spülmaschine, großer Kühl- Gefrierschrank, Bügeleisen). In einem Raum neben der Rezeption findet man auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Man bucht sich einen Slot, bezahlt einmalig 5€ und kann dann in 5 Stunden so viel Wäsche waschen wie man möchte. Das Personal ist freundlich, effektiv und zuvorkommen.

Die Hygiene könnte verbessert werden. Dicke Staubflusen auf allen Ablagen und auf dem Boden. Eigentlich würden sich diese Apartments sehr gut reinigen lassen, man müsste es eben nur tun. Während des Aufenthaltes ist man selbst verantwortlich, jedoch werden auch keine Reinigungsutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. Schon ein Besen könnte helfen.

Parfait pour un couple !

Le lit était particulièrement confortable, nous l’avons bien aimer avec ma femme. Il y une salle avec quelques machines de musculation ! Four, frigo, congélateur ! Et la salle d’eau au top !

Sängen va superskön. Planlösningen gillade jag.

Det va slitet och det fattades muggar, mattan innanför dörren, små handukar, papperskorg på toaletten och tvål. Sopen va trasig. Höjden va stoppet i handfatet. Knappen till spisfläkten fattades så den gick inte att använda.

Dirty and below any acceptable hygiene standard

Amazing location for visiting family in landsnora. Great space and nice with a balcony and how quiet it was. Great amount of room for a single traveller!

The cleaning was horrendous. First room I seitched from and it smelled like a sewer and was beyond dirty, very sub par even compared to cheap hostels. The second one was “cleaner” but still there was food residue in the sink, stove not wiped and dust on kitchen counter. The dishes were all dirty and had to be rewashed. No tea towels were provided or cooking essentials. The floor had dust in the corners, the carpet by the bed had not been vacuumed, sheets didn’t fit the pillows and duvet! Table had not been wiped and all nooks and crannies had so much dirt on them. In all the place would have been great if the cleaning hadnt been a 0/10.

Disappointing

The room was decorated nicely and felt cosy. The internet was very good. Property is close to grocery stores. Spacious balcony was also a nice addition.

After arriving at the property I saw that almost all of the kitchen utensils were dirty - many had dried up food stains on them. The dishwasher had an unbearable odour and the amount of dish soap we received was about 1/4 of the bottle. Our "neighbours" were loud not only during the day but during nighttime as well. That's why we avoided opening the windows, despite the room being quite warm.

We had all that we needed in one unit! Staff helped with whatever we needed.

Sofa bed is not the most comfortable, could do with some padding. Do note that the air-conditioning unit mentioned is an electric fan not an actual air-conditioning in the room.

No frying pan that worked as they didn’t work with the cooking stove. All kitchenware was dirty so had to clean myself before using.

Poor

The room was clean although quite suffocating.

The room was very suffocating. We tried to open the balcony doors to get some air but the whole room would fill up with cigarette smoke and smell within minutes. It was not a great experience.

Hoom’s location in Sollentuna is excellent dor bus transport and proximity of local shops. Attractive and well deaigned

Beautiful modern building with courtyard, parking and rooms with balconies.

The shower cubicle is a disgrace. There is a shower curtain that clings to you when you shower and on top of that, NO SHOWER MAT IS PROVIDED, so there’s NOTHING but the wet floor to step onto!! Cheap unhygienic shower curtains instead of a shower door and no shower mat display a shocking disregard for basic hygienic principles. Furthermore, no kitchen towel was provided - a repeat of the lack of attention to basic hygienic provisions.

Room wasn't ready on arrival, the bedding is disgusting. We lifted the sheet and there were marks

Couldn't use the freezer. Room wasn't ready on arrival, the bedding is disgusting. We lifted the sheet and there were stains all over the topper. One looked like blood other a big green nasty patch. That's amongst the others.

Overheated room and late check-in

The location was good and suited the purpose of our visit. The rooms were clean.

We had booked two rooms for four people. However we got checked in late because one of our rooms wasn't ready and disappointedly once ready we were told it was in a different building to our other room rather than next door. This gave us no time to actually review or check the room when it was ready as we were in a hurry to get ready for our afternoon/evening plans. So all four of us got ready in the first room. When we returned to sleep in our respective rooms, the second room that was ready late had the radiator on full blast. There was no reason for it to be on as the temperature outside was already 19 degrees during the day, totally inappropriate for it to be on this high this time of year. There was no way to turn the radiator off or down, no control panel or anything so we were forced to sleep through it as we had returned to the hotel quite late. Very very uncomfortable.
