What a great house! The location was convenient for us as we were visiting family that lives nearby. The pool was very nice, the living space was open and comfortable, the kitchen was easy to use and well stocked with everything you would ever need, the bedrooms were spacious and cozy, the bathrooms were extremely clean, and we felt right at home. The staff were also very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this home for a vacation rental!

The house was just as advertised. It was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the games to play, the foosball table and the pool. There was plenty of space for the entire family and it was close to everything we wanted to do. I am very pleased. All communication i had with the host were answered quickly.

Location worked perfect for our family flying in from various parts of the country for a memorial service. Great house to gather in and be together with the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Very responsive hosts.

When you go in house, there’s wallpaper falling off, no clocks in house, very small bathroom in the queen master, sink is not appropriate for that bathroom, hardly get your hands to wash. Needs more cookware and bakeware, Now for the back porch, in picture it has a nice rug under the furniture, no rug and the porch was very dirty. When you stage a house to rent it should be that way when your renters come. The sectional couch is not very comfy and also why do all these house have them, not really appropriate for 7 or 8 people. Next time I guess I’ll look for a house with comfortable furniture.. No entrance light, can’t see anything until you walk either in kitchen or over in corner by the TV. Doesn’t make sense..

We spent a few nights here with our young kids and their grandparents. Great house, had everything we needed and a nice backyard to boot. Kids loved the foosball table :)

We stayed at this property as our company was working an event nearby. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay immensely. The host was responsive, kind, and thoughtful. We had to move around our dates a few times and she was accommodating and helped us out quickly when needed. The pool was still a little too cool for our March stay, but it the backyard was lovely. We look forward to staying again if our company heads back to Tucson. Oh and the Orange tree in the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

There were electrical safety items that needs to be addressed. Photos of the house did not reflect some of the rooms or the landscaping. Kitchen could be stocked better. Neighborhood is very quiet and parking is good for two cars.

I've stayed in lots of vacation rentals and it's hard to find one that really hits all the marks but this one does. It's nicely remodeled, spacious, clean, well stocked and well decorated, and easy to get to. We had plenty of space to be by ourselves or socialize and the kitchen was great. The owner is easy to work with and highly organized. Choose this one!

Everything pictured was as advertised. The house was clean and well-stocked with paper goods and a Keurig and coffee. The pool and back yard were very inviting, but it was too cold for us to utilize them in January. We appreciated the open layout and there were enough places for our family to gather and be comfortable. My grandchildren loved the foosball table! The location was close to restaurants and stores and not far from the airport. However, there were things that needed attention. The wallpaper in the entryway was peeling away from the wall. There was a huge brown stain in the carpet in the entrance to the master bedroom that turned my stomach. I received communication from the host when I first booked, and we had the information we needed to check in, but in between, when I had questions, I had to threaten to cancel to get a response. I have given this information to the host, and hope that she will address these issues so that the house can be fully enjoyable.

This house had plenty of space for our group to hang out. Beds were comfortable. The front yard could use some work as well as the outdoor space around the pool and the back porch. Ceiling fan and some nice cushions on the outdoor furniture would do wonders out there. Kitchen was nice and well stocked except we could not locate a baking sheet. Living room furniture was older and a new sectional would also be a nice addition. Overall, we had a nice stay in Tucson.

The location of this house was ideal for the family we were visiting; it was also in what seemed to be a very safe neighborhood. My expectations of the house were a bit more than what we got based on the pictures; cabinets were original to the house and did not roll well, dishwasher fell forward when using it, couch was not that comfortable (but beds were!), wallpaper was peeling.

This house was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and it is close to stores, restaurants etc. the neighborhood is quiet and nice. The pool was the main reason we booked the house and it was wonderful. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

My family and I travel to Tucson for my brother's wedding. The house was the perfect place to come back and unwind after a long day. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We have 2 small children and the house was very safe for them to wander around. I didn't have to constantly worry about them getting into trouble. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. Tanya was such a wonderful host. She answered all my questions before our stay. I would recommend her house to anyone. I know I'll be back!

We were very impressed by the interior design and the accuracy of the pictures from the listing! The foosball table was a hit, and the huge kitchen island was awesome! We loved our stay and would recommend hiking at Sabino Canyon!

Nice spot to stay loved the Lanai with the TV. The house is close to the attractions we wanted to see. The neighbourhood was very quiet. A block or so to the grocery stores, and restaurants. Airforce base is close by so A-10, F-16, c-130’s can be seen flying overhead throughout the day.

The home was in an older neighborhood; easy to find and good location. We utilized the nearby bike paths a lot. The backyard is lovely but we didn’t use the pool since it was not heated and too cold and windy. Tanya was very attentive to the few items that needed fixing. There was plenty of hot water for the four of us.

The property was clean accommodating and plenty of room, the "Bars" on the windows made you feel like you were staying in a prison compound . Only one problem the lighting had to be figured out and the Bed in the garage conversion was a safety issue if you could not figure the lighting out.

We really enjoyed our stay! Me and my married friends had a women's getaway..we had other friends stop by to hang out..it was so spacious and clean! My fav was the coffee bar and we loved the farmhouse decor! No complaints!!

Really was drawn to the style when I saw the pictures it seemed very cute and cozy. It did not disappoint! The interior was spacious and well furnished. Two of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms which was great for a group of all women! The pool was clean as was the pool area although we didn’t get a chance to actually take a dip. Kitchen was adequately stocked but we would have appreciated having wine glasses. All bedrooms were spacious and had comfy beds everyone reported they were cozy and slept well. I was a little put off by the bars on the windows but never had and disturbances.
