Completely renovated 4 suite artist home. All high end finishes on private gated street. Private pool in backyard with huge gas BBQ, huge 14 person spa, granite kitchen and bar, access to steam room, sauna, full gym with latest equipment, massage, room service, daily garbage service, hotels huge pool and kiddy pool. Hotels bar restaurant and poolside bar. Short walking distance to over 20 restaurants and bars.
Pool is heated October 1 thru April 30th for an additional $45 per day. THe fee is automatically added to your booking.

We had four guys for an annual golf trip. The place was big, great location, clean and well stocked. There is a lot of very colorful interesting art, but it work there. Our only issue was the fourth bedroom seemed like a converted garage and the quality of the bed wasn't good. The master suite and lania were great! Overall a great place for a group or family.

Perfect home spacious, every room has it's own bath. Master and secondary rooms are HUGE. Wonderful Scottsdale location. Outdoor area was great for gatherings and meals. Well appointed & the decor was so fun, great art! We had the best stay.

I looked at a lot of hotels in the area and finally landed on this casita. We had 3 adult couples in and this was perfect. We shopped at Trader Joe’s across the street and there are tons of shops and restaurants close. Overall the house had everything we needed. Each room was very nice-and it was great to have en-suite’s in each room. Pool and hot tub were a bonus. We had some issues but honestly it may have just been user error. The host was more than helpful and amenable. Would definitely stay again.

Wow...Just Wow would sum it up. Look no further as the pictures don't do the place justice. It is huge. Three of the four bedrooms are very large especially the master bedroom. It is very tastefully decorated and comfortable for a group of 6 adults+. When you walk in it's a large living room with a couch and chair that is open to the Dining room and huge kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. We only grilled one meal and made breakfast during our stay. All the beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows on all the beds to go around. Outside is stocked with Jenga and connect four plus the pool and spa which are controlled via a remote control. We did visit in November and the water was perfect as the nights did get cool for people in AZ but not from Chicago. Late nights swim were a must. Also outside there are shutters to protect from the sun and security at night. Our only small complaint was the pool doesn't get a ton of sun this time of year. We had an empty propane tank and they changed it within hours. Great town, Great Place and Great hosts. It made the wedding we attended even more perfect. Thanks again.

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our trip to Scottsdale. We had 3 couples on a trip and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was perfect for during the day to relax. We went to the hotel every morning to get Starbucks and sometimes breakfast and a workout. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was very comfortable, clean and had a few nice amenities. The pool/spa were a great attraction, both for the relaxation next to the pool at the outdoor patio. And the water was warm. Each bedroom is an ensuite, adding to each member of the party privacy. If we come back to Scottsdale, this will be at the top of the list to book again.

The property was perfect for our group - the ensuite bathrooms were great. The location made getting into old town and Kierland equally accessible. We enjoyed the access to walking trails as well. Lots of space in the house to enjoy.

This property was an excellent choice for our family holiday gathering. Plenty of space, fun to be in. Comfortable bedding & furnishings. Especially love the semi circular sofa & round dining table. Well stocked, everything that is stated in description & more. Host is very responsive. Easy to recommend. Will definitely consider a return stay in warmer months.

A small group of old college buddies were celebrating our 60th birthday year with an extended golf weekend. The place was perfect with a large TV to watch World cup soccer and Sunday football. The weather was cold - so we did not use the outdoor area. But the place was close to FirstWatch for early breakfast before Golf and we found some nice restaurants and bars close by. Rooms and beds were nice - a perfect place for what we needed

Everything about this rental was first class and very enjoyable. The property is on the Hilton property which at one time was owned by Merv Griffin who used the casitas for his guests. Great location and experience.

We got the house because of the pool. We used it for a few hours only. Owner could care less to help with the situation. It took a day and half to get him to respond. I tried to get VRBO to help and they were worthless. I would not recommend this place at all.

This house is absolutely beautiful. The decor, furniture and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. All the room fit between 2-3 people comfortably. The pool was a saving grace during the days and sitting outside under the covered patio was our spot at night. The owner was great at not only communicating leading up to our arrival but he was accommodating as well.

Fabulous property. Plenty of privacy for all bedroom suites., loved the open areas and outdoor features - pool, lounge chairs, outdoor dining. The kitchen had all the amenities needed, although there were so many good restaurants nearby we didn’t take full advantage of it. The indoor decor was different than you would normally find in a rental property - very interesting artwork. And to top it off the location is ideal for serious golfers - 35 minutes to Carefree, 35 minutes to Chandler and numerous excellent golf courses in between. Perfect property for us 4 golfing brothers.

Great house! Lots of space and loved everyone having their own bathroom. Pool area was perfect with inside and outside seating. We were thrilled with everything provided….coffee, toiletries, paper products, seasonings, bike, scooters etc etc. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. We had excellent Mexican at Blanco’s. The homemade tortillas chips/salsa were outstanding and so were the margaritas. And best of, all the 7 people staying in our house said I would rent this house again :)

This property was immaculate! The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and upscale. The pool was great and the kitchen was overstocked with everything needed to cook/eat/drink with or on. The owner was super responsive to questions I had and even sent a pool cleaner when i asked how to clean out the leaves from the pool. Definitely coming back!!

Rented for Spring Training and start of our National Parks and first retirement trip. Siblings / couples. The space was exceptional! 4 master suites and phenomenal common areas to gather. Inside and out were extraordinary! It gave us great space to visit and enjoy each others company. Out of all the rentals we have had. This was by far our favorite. Thank you to a wonderful host!

We stayed with four adult couples and this place was perfect. The kitchen is large with incredible appliances. The separate bar area made it easy to fix drinks and serve appetizers. The decor is fun and definitely sparks the wow factor. The pool and hot tub both have plenty of room with lounge chairs and cushions everywhere and outdoor games. The bedrooms were comfy each with a bathroom and shower en-suite. The location is very convenient near all kinds of restaurants and shops and just a few blocks from Scottsdale Fashion Square and hiking on Camelback Mountain. The canal walk is just down Lincoln. We highly recommend this place.

We had the best stay at the artists Casita at the Scottsdale Hilton. The property is amazing. 4 beds and baths. All well appointed and equipped. Each bedroom had their own en-suite. Which was great we were there with friends who were house hunting in Phoenix. Both of our adult daughters joined and their fiancé’s. It was a good celebration house. We cooked breakfast everyday, and the kitchen had everything! Enjoyed the pool daily. Lots of floats, umbrellas and the outside living room was fantastic. Great for coffee and night caps! The place had extra towels, toiletries, and everything you could need. The amenities at the Hilton were lovely and available as well, but we didn’t want to leave this fun cozy space with our friends. No issues with check in, accessing g property. Instructions were clear and simple. Loved the central location as well. Can walk to many fine restuaunts, Trader Joe’s and AJ’s fine foods- which is a great grocer. Would stay again!
