This luxurious 4 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located in Orlando’s newest resort community of Vista Cay at Harbor Square. Tuscan themed Vista Cay offers spacious accommodations that are ideal for either the family wanting to be close to all the excitement of International Drive, couples getting away for a short break, as well as the discerning business traveler in town for a meeting or a big convention.

Lavishly furnished, this beautiful 2,097 square foot open plan home with tasteful interior design boasts a master bedroom featuring one king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the third bedroom has 2 full beds and 4rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. This impressive home sleeps a total of 10 guests. This layout has a spacious owner's suite and a covered lanai.

The comfortable living area has a Wide Screen TV, wireless internet access and cable services. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself ‘why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this condominium offering a generous layout, gorgeous furnishings and all it’s comforts of home is available’?
All TV's have Roku TV ! Enjoy live TV with the Spectrum TV app or enjoy one of the many streaming services using your own account.

Entertaining, cooking and being able to share private time together with friends and family is fun and enjoyable. There is no need to miss out on any of the conversation, when using the ‘open plan’ fully equipped kitchen and dining area!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils. Vista Cay is in a great location if you want to go to Universal but also have some space (condo and pool). Also, easy access to shops and restaurants.

Our specific condo was good and clean. Need more pillows if sleeping two people on double beds. Two of the rooms would not cool down properly. Hallways in building had bad odor and not clean. Had a taco feed for girls volleyball team one night, super calm and quite just some families eating. Yet were reprimanded for having over 10 people in the room. It advertises that it sleeps 10+? Owner also drives by daily to inspect and also reprimanded us for accidentally leaving 2 chairs on covered patio while raining. Have stayed at Vista Cay four times prior with no issues like this. Again nice layout of the condo and was clean. All appliances worked well.

This condo was perfect for our my wife and I and our 3 adult children + 2 SO’s. There were 7 of us, ages 20-56. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. Minutes from everything! The pool was very nice and relaxing. Check in and check out was very easy. Next time we are in Orlando we will definitely try to book this condo.

Very little supply of dishes and kitchen supply. Towels were not enough. Old dishwasher which makes so much noise. Beds are not comfortable The worst part is the smell of garbage in the hallways which was very strong.

Property is as pictured in large complex. Was quiet and clean. The unit is showing it's age and for the money you spend a few more of the necessities would be helpful, although there is a grocery store just down the road. Worked out great for a place to crash and hang out with family after a busy day.

This rental was great! Wonderful location to all Orlando attractions. 4 bedrooms was a great luxury and the condo was super clean. Pool at vista cay was nice, walking trail is great and proximity to grocery store etc was great.

Loved loved the location close to all the theme parks. The condo is very clean. First day was a little loud considering there’s construction going on. But after that everything went well. The kitchen faucet is backwards so cold is hot hot is cold. Need some new scissors they wouldn’t cut much. I was trying to cook bacon couldn’t cut the wrapper.But the managers were very nice and if we had any questions they addressed it. The things I’m saying is minor no big deal. I recommend staying here.

We LOVED this property so much. It was the perfect size for our family and there was so much space for everyone. The location was great as it was minutes away from the parks that we were visiting, as well as great restaurants near by. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The entire Vista Cay area was well maintained and clean. Also very quiet and relaxing. One issue was that the clothes washer knob is slightly broken but I was able to turn it w some manipulation. Additionally, only one of the 4 TVs had ok speaker systems. I’m guessing previous guests cranked up the volume and blew out the cheap tv speakers. It happens but it was a little annoying. Also the hot and cold water lines are switched on the kitchen faucet. Not a big deal but easily fixable in just a few minutes. Other than that it was great! And we would recommend for others to stay there as well.
