Welcome to Baltimore! If you are a sports fan than you have found your vacation home, step out our front door and walk through the turnstiles at Camden Yards, go another 500 yards and you will be at Ravens Stadium. We are just 2 blocks away from the Convention Center. We are an 8 minute drive from BWI, a 5 minute cab ride from Penn Station (Train) and walking distance with your bags in tow from Camden Station (train) which is just on the opposite side of the stadium from our home.
Our home is located in Historic Ridgely's Delight, 1 block from Babe Ruths Birthplace. Our home maintains most of its original historic charm with all of today's modern upgrades. It is on a tree lined street in a quiet neighborhood yet so close to everything that a car is not necessary.
When you step through the front door you will find a dining room with a fireplace, Living room with flat screen HDTV/smartTV and a kitchen with all modern features. The rear courtyard is perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, the front bedroom with a queen bed and the rear bedroom with a full size bed. There is also a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is similar to a loft with a queen sized bed, and a futon which will pull out into a double bed, there is also a full bathroom on the 3rd floor.

This property was an outstanding location to take in a weekend of Orioles baseball. All that was missing was a guarantee of 3 wins (we took 2 out of 3). Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space given narrowness of the building, but it was perfect for our needs. Owner was easy to contact and set up our parking permissions for the neighborhood. It was a really enjoyable stay, and we'd be happy to stay again!

Our family had a nice stay here. It was right across from Camden Yards and about 20 min walk to Inner Harbor. My teens loved the house and the historic neighborhood. I planned ahead and used smaller suitcases because I know getting large suitcases to the upstairs bedrooms would be difficult. Larry was great to work with. We would definitely stay again when in Baltimore.

The location of this property was perfect if you’re catching a baseball or football game in the city. Cleanliness wasn’t the best and we did have some problems with ants mainly on the first floor.

My wife and 2 kids stayed here over a long weekend for a wedding and to catch an O's game. The location couldn't have been better and never did we feel unsafe. It was a great overall experience and much much nicer than staying a hotel with the 4 of us. We will be back again for sure.

Stayed with a small group of girlfriends while we were in town for a conference. The house is adorable & the location's proximity to the Baltimore Convention Center & ballpark is AMAZING. It's always hard to sleep somewhere that's "not home" and the house's beds are super comfy, so sleeping was no problem!
A couple notes for future travelers:
-The windy circular wood stairs are a little precarious if you're not terribly nimble or have a large bag.
- Make sure you bring your own soap

What a great find this house was!
I appreciate that we could walk everywhere! For all you Oriole fans, the stadium is right across the street!
An easy walk to the Inner Harbor and many other places in the area.
The owner, Larry is literally the BEST leaser I've ever worked with! And the fastest to reply to all questions. And resolve any issues; which really we had none.
The furniture is comfy. The air conditioning worked fantastically! Actually, every appliance, etc. etc. was in great-working order. LOTS of dishware, silverware, etc.
I loved how quiet the neighborhood is. Even the night the Orioles had a game! The neighbors were friendly and we never felt unsafe in the area.
The little patio out back is a nice bonus.
You will never have to worry if you stay here, because Larry explains everything thoroughly and ALWAYS returns calls or texts quickly.
I would absolutely lease the house again, if I were coming out to Baltimore again!

We had a guys reunion here and stayed for three nights. The place was very clean and modern with newer appliances and fixtures, nicely furnished, very comfortabel beds and flat screens in every room. Great backyard with large table and chairs. Right across from Camden Yards and M&T Stadium. Three floors and a narrow staircase so older folks might have a challenge. Would stay here again when in Baltimore!

Home was great. Perfect location for everything we wanted to explore in Baltimore.

We chose this home because of its distance to attractions: 12 minutes to Univ of Maryland, Inner Harbor, and if you are interested, the Orioles stadium and Ravens football. Once we chose it, Larry was incredibly helpful with questions and information. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware and utensils, dishwasher, micro, great fridge, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The third floor (King? Queen?) bedroom was luxurious w/ own bathroom, 2 stairwells to get to, but beautiful!! The backyard courtyard was lovely too, as we had an hour to rest outside for snacks. There was A/C, bedroom fans and a great TV in the bedrooms and Living Room. This rental is best for people who don't mind the narrow staircases going up from first to second floor, then second to third, as my elderly mom would never be able to maneuver, but that is the charm of this home, in a row with other homes. It is narrow, and winds, but Larry's description details this. We parents and adult children had no problems at all with this! There was a much used and appreciated parking pass that we used a lot. There were 5 in our party, and we never got into each other's way. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else on my daughter's first move-in day to the University (12 minute walk; 6 minute drive, easy!) while we explored the area. Thank you Larry for being so accommodating to us Rhode Islanders!

Location great for walking and exploring. Very close to both stadiums. Great coffee shop a quick walk away - Peace and a Cup of Joe. Skip the bistro and wine bar nearby.
Stairs are tight in the house but you expect that in these houses. Would stay here again.

Wonderful place, close to everything. We were there for the commissioning of the USS Zumwalt, so the location worked well for us. Stairs are a little wicked, but other than that, the place is wonderful.

The location was perfect for going to the baseball games (literally just across the street) and within brief walking distance to the Inner Harbor where you can do so many things. The house was perfect for us and Larry worked with us easily. And when we accidentally locked ourselves out he was quick to respond and get us back in. We loved our stay.
