About this house rental
The Reunion features 4 bedrooms (two of which are primary ensuite bedrooms- both with King size beds) , three bathrooms total, a full laundry/mud room, and a 700 square foot great room.
This home sleeps 10 people and will be ideal for two families who want to vacation together and families who just want the additional space.
The two master suites each have a full bath and are very spacious. The Bunkroom will sleep four and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The great room in this house is very large with lots of windows. A gourmet kitchen with expansive granite counters and island, large dining table and stone fireplace complete this amazing room.
At over 2,200 square feet plus another 400 square feet of decking this home is perfect for your next beach getaway!
Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV parking. Plenty of parking!

This was probably the 20th time vacationing here. The location is fabulous with ever-changing views of the ocean and bay. The house is well-appointed, clean and comfy. The management company is very responsive. There’s plenty of room for kids to play in the yard and easy beach access. The fire pit was a delight for those cool evenings.

We have our annual family reunion in Netarts, OR and have gone through Shore Thing Vac Rentals for many, many years. So many activities in the area but we all enjoy hanging out together near the beach, playing games and having a camp fire. The homes are always set up perfectly with all you could need. Sarah is always so helpfully with any situation that may arise.

This home was immaculate and identical to the listing and description. The location is spectacular and the home was such a great hosting spot for 8 guests. The home had all the amenities and would 💯% recommend this house for a large family or a small group of people. Check-in and communication with the property host was seamless. Great property.

We have rented Shore Thing properties numerous times and they are always great- well maintained, super clean and well stocked. This particular reservation had a lot of moving pieces created by some medical issues and Shore Thing went above and beyond to accommodate us!

This is the best place if you have kids. Our two granddaughters love it and we can let them go on the beach watching from our deck. We have rented two different homes and love them both. Sarah and her crew are amazing. If you have an issue, they take care of it.

We have stayed at this house a few times now and love it. The location is fantastic. You can go clam digging and search for shells just steps from the house. We live to sit on the deck and soak in the sun while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. The house was clean and the staff at Shore Thing Vacation rentals is always welcoming and friendly! Our group had a wonderful stay at this house. The beds were all comfortable. The main room has a phenomenal view of Netarts Bay and great beach access. The kitchen is well stocked- everything we needed was there. The property manager contacted us upon arrival and was available anytime we had questions, responding immediately and generously to the few requests we made. It was the weekend getaway our group needed! Thank you!

The Shorething vacation rentals are always a pleasure to experience. We have stayed in many of them in Netarts for years. They are always just as advertised and often even better than expected. The property was well-maintained and things that we noted the previous year were attended to this year. They always provide prompt, helpful customer service and are a delight to interact with. We love the beach experience and would recommend any of the Shorething rentals to anyone. Because we have a large group of friends, we only rent properties that house 10 or more guests. Thus, we really enjoy The Reunion and Family Tides. You cannot miss with these properties.

Great house on stilts with direct access to the beach. On the mouth of the Netarts bay. Nice fire pit with a little bit of a wind break. Kitchen, dining, and great room across the front of the house, all with great views. Nice deck with several chairs.

We had another great stay in Netarts. We love renting on Happy Camp. The view is priceless! We had a small issue with hallway bathroom shower being basically unusable because impossible to control water temperature. Thankfully we had 2 other showers to double up on. Our weather was actually better then expected and we enjoyed beach walks. We will be back to our happy place ❤

I was apprehensive about booking a beach weekend in January due to coastal weather trends. We could not have had better weather. We were greeted with a beautiful sunset and the following morning a sunrise that took our breath away. While in the Tsunami warning we stayed warm and comfortable as we watched the crashing waves.

The week we spend in Netarts Bay is y favorite week of the year. It is off the beaten path and right on the bay. Sarah was so responsive and helpful during our stay. The house was cozy and idealy located, but could use a little updating. The linens were musty after one use, the king bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows needed replacing. There weren't very many extra blankets to use while sitting on the couch.
