We loved our stay this past week at the beach house. This beach house exceeded our expectations. The backyard was our favorite place. The pool was amazing. Ed was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We definitely will rent again!

We’re so happy that we rented this house for our week down the shore! The house has everything you could possibly need (e.g. pool, outdoor space, grill, games, fire pit, gym and more!). The owner is responsive, communicative and takes wonderful care of the house/property - the pool was cleaned before we arrived, house immaculate and very clean furniture/mattresses. There is a large driveway, so you don’t have to deal with finding parking. The location is also great because it’s a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and to town. We couldn’t get the kids out of the pool - they loved it! We would definitely rent this house again or another house owned by Ed.

Ed's house is awesome. We stayed with 2 other families and had 5 kids under the age of 6. Our favorite part was the back yard. It has a bar, a grill, a pool that lights up, a tv, seating for like 30 people, I think a Jenga set, a big Connect 4 set and so on. It was great because if it rained, the kids could still be entertained and we were not stuck in the house. It was also great for adults because when the kids went to bed, we could hang out at night instead of being stuck in the house with them. The location was great because you could walk to the main shopping area, liquor store, food store, local restaurants and bars. I highly recommend staying here especially with kids!

My wife and I rented the house for two weeks with our two kids (4 month old and 2 year old). It was exactly what we were looking for in a house. The house was a couple of blocks from the boardwalk so we could split the day with the kids at the beach/boardwalk and at the house pool. When the kids went to sleep, the house’s fire pit was great for my wife and I to relax at if we weren’t working out at the full gym in the garage. Ed, the owner, was very communicative throughout our stay, and we plan on renting this house again!

House was great in every way but the best feature is the covered outdoor patio and yard space. Our family had a wonderful vacation!

The house was immaculate upon arriving. Instructions left by owner were detailed and easy to understand. I walked in and immediately felt at home. Modern, comfortable seating in both the family room and living room. Kitchen very roomy. Nice having a bedroom on entry level. Upstairs all bedrooms are a very nice size and provide you the old beach house feel. Modern and beachy in one house.
NOW outside which is where all of us, including my goldendoodle, spent a major portion of our time is laid out perfectly. The TV, fire pit and a great unobstructed view for fireworks. Games were plentiful, grill easy to use.
3 block walk to the beach is not bad. After day 2 it was very easy to do, You are 2.5 blocks from the train but honestly you can hardly hear it. Plenty of parking. Quiet neighborhood. I can go on and on,
The most important was Ed (owner). He readily responded to the few questions we had and was detailed in his responses. Again, it was like I knew Ed already.
A comfortable, clean, efficient, close to beach, close to downtown. PERFECTION AT ITS BEST.
Thank you Ed and our family looks forward to many more years with you making memories at THE POINT.

First we were greeted with a Gestapo letter of do’s and don’ts and stating that we were expected to mop the floors, dust, scrub the bathrooms, vacuum etc. The cleaning supplies were heavy, outdated, broken and taped
including the vacuum. there was absolutely nothing in the house… not even salt and pepper. I did not know there would be no blankets, no sheets, no towels, no laundry supplies etc. not even hand soap. we had to purchase everything . The pots and pans were all beat up and rusty inside (tetanus). The mattresses and the pillows were the cheapest most uncomfortable and I could not sleep well. The first thing I noticed was the drain was clogged in the sink but it was repaired quickly . The bathrooms were very old and dated and smelled like my grandmothers house . We left early and I feel that I should get some of my money back . On a good note the yard was beautiful but there are a lot of stairs!!!

Needs Met, Beautiful Accommodations, Hometown Beach! Beautiful home with three showers and endless hot water. That's gold for young adult families. We really enjoyed our stay. The property owner/ manager was very nice and easy to work with. We highly recomend.

We had an amazing time, such a great property. The location was great as we could walk to the beach/boardwalk and also easily to the downtown area. The walk to the beach was a little too far for my 2 year old without a stroller but my 3 year old did it without a problem. The home was very comfortable for our group and the backyard area was amazing. There were yard games and the fire pit was great. Lots of parking. Ed was very easy to work and communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Ed was an excellent property manager, was always available to answer any questions. Back yard in beautiful and location is tough to beat. Walking distance to beach and to town. Less than 5 mins to train station as well.

It was a great family reunion for us - just our kids and us with a brother in law - we had a great time. We were able to have friends over for Labor Day, social distancing easy to do with the big back yard and games for the adults to play - the closeness to the beach was great - it made it easy to walk to it when we wanted. Love the house and the neighborhood!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this house. It was my husband and I with our 3 kids (6, 4, newborn), my mother and my brother and his wife. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was great for meal prep and the backyard was amazing for grilling and eating outside. We spent every night hanging out by the fire pit. A quick walk to the beach/boardwalk (Close enough that my kids didn’t even complain about the walk :)) and we’d walk to town for coffee in the morning which was equally as close. Ed was great to work with and extremely accommodating. I’d highly recommend this property.

Great house in a great location! The house is well kept and it had all the things we needed including a great back yard. It is just a few block walk to the beach in one direction and a few block walk from the downtown area with shops and restaurants in the other if you like to be in the action. (But we had no issues with noise and felt it was private/quiet when it needed to be.)

Overall good experience. The property is close to town and the boardwalk. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.
