The decorating of this condo is beautiful! Beds are so comfortable. I have stayed here repeatedly and I love it!

I had to track down a phone number for the manager to get the entry code after check in time had passed. Not sure why it was delayed. Seemed quite amateurish. Otherwise nice comfortable spot.

It needed hand soap at the sinks. We found some in a closet but not enough. Only had one roll of toilet paper. Contacted the host and she brought us more. Had trouble locking most of the doors. The apartment was very nice and decorated to be very inviting.

This isn’t the property we wanted. There were plumbing issues with the one we wanted. While the upgrade of two bathrooms was nice, we weren’t aware that you could not flush any toilet paper. We actually came home a day early.

Cute place, loved the decor! Only qualms were that the sheets were not comfortable and got hot. Would prefer cotton sheets. Waterproof mattress pad on back bedroom bed was uncomfortable. And train woke us up all night, since we aren't used to it. Other than that, it was a sweet place. We did go home and not stay the second night, so we could get better sleep.

This place is very pretty and comfortable. The beds are great and the outside spaces are wonderful.
We had issues with accessing the residence. We did not receive instructions and had to ask for them after promised check in time. Additionally wifi code was not provided nor regular cable TV which interfered with watching college football. Upon requested wifi from the host we received that but would have appreciated this being part of the included instructions.
Also, wine glasses were not usable. Since only 3 of us stayed here we were provided with exactly 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 mugs, etc. which was annoyed to have to wash dishes for each meal. I would love to stay here again but the host should attend to some of these items.

Had a nice stay. Nice property- a few items need attention and had to run to the store for a few things, but overall we had a nice stay:)

Very comfortable beds, beautifully furnished, great location, quiet safe and super charming from the inside out. Wonderful recommendations from the host. I feel like we experienced Abilene instead of a stuffy hotel. I was traveling with my son for a long weekend of baseball tournaments. I will stay here again!

This is such an adorable condo in Abilene. Apparently there is 4 units connected but we did not hear a peep from any other people so the privacy was very nice. Very comfy beds and bedding and decorated so nicely. Contained everything we needed for our 4 day stay. If you find yourself going to Abilene, I would recommend this rental and would stay there again. Dalia is wonderful to work with and flexible, which was extremely helpful. Thank you so much Dalia.

We had my grandson graduation.
The place was very nice, but only street side parking. Very nice area , we loved it. But next time I wouldn’t like the place with the stairs up to our apartment.

Nice Apartment
Nicely decorated, good kitchen. Nice layout. Charming balcony area. As other reviewers have noted, the kitchen and bathroom faucets need a fix. We did not notice noise being an issue. I was concerned about the West facing bedroom getting too hot, but the A/C handled it fine.

Amazing location
It was our first trip to Abilene and there is so much to do! This rental is right in the heart of the action. I loved the balcony eating area.

The vintage townhouse
The townhouse was clean and decorated well. Hosts were very accommodating! A few repairs need to be addressed (leaking faucet in tub/shower, slow draining bathroom sink, and broken kitchen faucet. Also broken toilet paper holder. Nothing big just needs small repairs. Also it would b helpful to mention all the stairs going in. We are older and they were an issue for us. All in all it was a great weekend anyway!!

Historic House on Sayles
The area was super nice and having the balconies was really cool. The space was very comfortable. It was a very relaxing stay.
Only issues we had was some of the dishes were dirty when we pulled them out of the cabinet and there were some things that were broken in the house (kitchen sink handle fell off, closet door in the guest bedroom wasn’t attached on the top, bath tub faucet leaked)
Overall it was a really good stay and the amenities were great.

Nice house apartment in Abilene
We stayed on the second floor of this vintage home on Sayles Blvd because it was less expensive than a hotel room and much more private. Very nicely decorated, super-soft towels in the bathroom, comfy bed. Two balconies to sip coffee or wine and a courtyard in back, although we didn't use that. A storm had moved through the night before, so the back landing and front stoop could've used sweeping. TV had Netflix and smart apps but no local channels. Couldn't locate extra toilet paper, so just went a couple blocks to discount store for some. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Abilene who likes more privacy and their own kitchen.

Great place in Abilene
This is a really cute place and a good value option for a family for a long weekend. The only thing to be aware of is street noise, but it seemed to be a safe neighborhood and great proximity to downtown and not far from ACU. We appreciated the great decor. Overall it was an easy transaction and good experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay for graduation weekend
Pros:
- Great location
- Overall a clean and comfortable place; beds were great, A/C worked well, sitting areas were comforatble.
- Enjoyed the backyard patio area for our graduation .gathering and the veranda for morning coffee and Mother's Day brunch
- Property manager was very responsive and helpful
Cons
- The coffee maker is a small 4-cup machine; Requires multiple brews if you have more than 1 or 2 coffee drinkers. Might want to bring you own, esp if you're a Keurig user.
- Kitchen is sparsely equipped for prepping/serving a meal. - - -
- Nonstick cookware is old, and I had to scrape off someone else's burned on something before using the pan to make eggs. Again, might want to bring your own cookware, mixing bowls etc if you plan on cooking/serving brunch.
- Kitchen drawers need to be wiped out - crumbs, coffee grounds, etc were a little gross.
- We had 4 adults in the unit for 2 nights with a few more guests Sat afternoon for our grad party, so the bathroom got some use, and the 2 rolls of tp that were left for us weren't enough. We didn't realize that there wasn't more until late Sat night, so I had to go out early Sun morning and get more.
- The patio area is rented out separately and may not be available for your use. Be sure to check with the property manager before your trip, esp if you plan to have some people over. It's an extra $200 to reserve the space for your event - thought that was a little excessive when it's advertised as as amenity of the property.
We would definitely stay here again - we would just be more prepared for some of the things mentioned above next time.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed the location and the place was very clean. We had some issues with the cable but I understand it was during a transition time. The property contact Dalia was great. We arrived early and she was very accommodating in letting us check in early.

Perfect for our needs
One week stay for my wife and I with my parents to welcome the birth of our granddaughter (and great granddaughter). The two bedrooms were nice, and nicely separated, and we were able to balance the use of the one bathroom, even with two families. Great central location and nice outdoor space. My wife stayed behind for the weekdays to work her job and the table in the kitchen and the kitchen area worked well as a desk and an office! She even worked out on the patio for a few hours in the morning before it became too hot. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
