Very disappointed with the quality of this condo.
On arrival we experienced the following
Upper kitchen cabinet was scotch taped shut and fell off when opened.
Many other cabinets in the condo were staying shut via velcro and in poor condition.
Dishwasher handle came when opening
Washer and dryer not working.
Both master bathroom faucets leaking onto vanity when using.
We've rented many condos in the Beaver Creek area and have never experienced this.
I will add that the owner did respond when she was contacted. She had fresh sheets and towels delivered to us and offered to do our laundry since we were there for 2 weeks.
A service person was never sent to fix the washer and dryer.

Great location and comfortable home

We just got back from 1 week at Kiva Condo in Beaver Creek. Very spacious apartment close to ski school and base area. We are family of 5 and the unit was very comfortable for us. The unit finishes are slightly dated but otherwise in good condition. Very easy and efficient check in and great communication from host and property manager. We had an excellent stay.

Great property, was perfect for our group

Good spot - a little walk from the village. Unfortunately the washing machine broke mid stay over Christmas. Made our stay a little harder as we hadn’t packed clothes for our entire stay and had to depend on the property mgr to clean our clothes for us which wasn’t ideal.

Myself, my wife and our 3 kids stayed here for a family ski/snowboard trip. Check in was a breeze, front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. Parking was tight for the suburban we rented but it fit. The ski lockers were wonderful, could have used a 2nd because we has so much gear. The ski in/out was very handy after sending all day on the mountain. Will definitely stay again.

You can’t beat the location of this property. The space in the actual condo is generous. The master bedroom has a lot of extra space and we loved the entry way — lots of coat and helmet hanging space. Also the hall closet is large. I often feel our ski equipment is everywhere but things actually felt tucked away here. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the community items kept in the pantry. The ski lockers were a bonus we forgot about and you are literally feet from skiing!
The only constructive feedback we had is it’s probably time to either replace the master bedroom mattress (or maybe just add a a pillow top) and pillows. Can’t speak to the second bedrooms but the kids didn’t say anything ;)

Perfect location, fully equipped kitchen, great living area and bedrooms. Ski lockers and ski bridge made it super convenient. Would 100% recommend!

We recently stayed here and had the absolute best time! We were greeted with friendly staff that was at the front desk and a great parking spot! We skied over the bridge and right where we needed to be for lifts! There were a couple of things missing but contacted the property manager and she was on top of it and had it to us the next day! We will def. be coming back! Thank you for a great trip!

Loved it

Condo was very nice, but depending on conditions, it was more "ski-in / walk-out" vs "ski-in / ski-out" since skiing from the garage & ski storage locker required walking across a bridge & up a slight hill before putting on your skiis.
We gave mgmt a 4/5 since upon arrival, the gate code initially didn't work & there was another car in our assigned space. The 800 # was somewhat helpful, but Heather, the property mgr took hrs to get back to us. We finally got the gate to work , but had to leave the car in front of the entrance. The on-site desk managers, Josh & ???? were very helpful.

My husband and I loved staying at Sharon’s condo! Very spacious, cozy, and relaxing space. Living room was perfect for a movie night with comfy couches and a fireplace. The condo was well stocked with necessities and amenities for a perfect stay!
The building that the condo is in, the Kiva, is so convenient to other condo complexes, the Hyatt and Village, as well as right on the bus route. The staff at the Kiva are so welcoming, kind, and helpful.

The condo is wonderfully situated in the heart of Beaver Creek. All of our favorite restaurants were just steps awa;y, as were all the great hiking trails.

Property was as advertised. Great location to mountain and village. Walked to dinner every evening. Unit could update pans in the kitchen and shower door in one of the bathrooms. I would consider staying here again.

This condo was truly ski in/out, as in you could ski practically to the front door of the building. The ski lockers are right at the exit of the garage, so again, you can basically ski right there. And the best part is that anyone can ski in/out from this condo as it's right off the Highlands lift trails, so no advanced skills needed. That location also makes it super easy to stop back for lunch/midday breaks as you don't need to go out of your way to get there and then can ski right back out to the Centennial lift. It's also a quick walk down to the village, which was great for evening trips to the skating rink or to pick up dinner and eat in the condo.
Condo itself had everything we needed for cooking, using the fireplace, bedding, etc. We arrived earlier than check in and the unit was being cleaned but they let us drop off our bags so we could head out for a late lunch without luggage in the car.
Overall we had a great trip and are already looking into our dates to rebook here next winter!

If anything, the condo was larger than it appeared on the listing. Everything was in order, very clean, and as advertised. I'd definitely stay at the same property again.

The condo is ski-in, ski-out and is only a short walk across the bridge to the slopes and down the road to town. Lots of space to spread out, and there were some board games we could use. Overall a great stay! Owner was quick to respond to email and very friendly.

This unit has an amazing location! We love being able to walk out the door, pop on skis, and go! It was also fun in the evenings to walk to the village to eat (about a five minute walk). Thank you so much for letting us use your unit!

We had a great stay in this BC condo. The unit has lots of space and is nicely furnished. There are lots of extra items in the unit available to use such as humidifiers, washer and dryer, fans,... The unit is easy to access from the parking garage and front lobby. We had a wonderful time in BC and staying in this condo.
