We escaped the Texas heat to stay at a super kid and family friendly home minutes away from the main village. Shuttle access was perfect and the entire family loved the pickleball courts directly across from the unit. The rooms were great for everyone! Matt and Christine were incredibly quick to respond to the few questions we had. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This house was perfect for our stay at Beaver Creek. It was very clean, cozy and had a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms/bedrooms with linens. The shuttle service was so convenient and easy to use. And most of all the communication with Matt and Christine was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. It was all as described and the location just couldn't be beat. We lucked out with good weather and snow conditions which truly enabled the ski in/ski out convenience! The kitchen was well stocked which made it super easy for us to cook for a family of 6 and enjoy cozy evenings inside. Our only regret is that we couldn't find any wood to enjoy the fireplace. Would love to come back - really enjoyed Beaver Creek and Colorado skiing!

Fantastic time, great location, and condo was on point. Matt and Christine communicated clearly and the check in and out process was seamless. The house was well appointed and very clean, comfortable for all 6 of us. 2 adults and 4 kids ranging 8-17. We like to cook in to maximize ski time and kitchen had all things needed. Appreciated pantry and nonperishables that were present, use some and leave extras, and was really helpful. Ski locker outside no problem for 6 pair of skis and equipment. Beds were comfortable, lots of blankets around the house, and fire place was ready to go. Location, Location, Location!! 5 min shuttle ride from Beaver Creek Village and Centennial lift. Ski in and out available but was easier with our novice skiers to take shuttle. Unless going of property, our rental vehicle was parked. Grocery stores w/in 5 min. Parking spot is assigned but short d/t fire hydrant. Parked in visitor spot because our vehicle stuck out into middle of road. Overall, great trip/property and would/will stay here again in the future!!

A great stay at a great property. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. The layout and space were perfect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the sleds as well. Skiing in and out were easy enough - slight walk involved, but the kids had no trouble. We enjoyed the whole week.

My wife, Connie, and I went to the rowing school offered by Fly Fishing Outfitters in Avon. The school was great. We were up early and back late for 5-days.
Matt and Christine's place was perfect. We cooked nearly all of our meals, and made our lunches for each day on the river. After the school, we hiked around Beaver Creek and Minturn. We also floated the upper Colorado River after the school the following weekend. We could have easily have stayed for another 10-days as there is so much to do either just out the front door, or after a short drive.
We look forward to visiting again sometime soon.

Amazing location, very clean and well equipped kitchen. This home is super practical for multiple families with older children (teens and young adults). The spa / pool , shuttle access and ample parking make it so convenient and of course being ski in/ ski out is magic. Home is well cared for an everything was as stated in the description. We'll be back!

Property is perfect for families. Plenty of sleeping space and ample room in the common areas. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked for cooking in, which we did often since we have younger children. Great experience, we would stay again :)

So this place is so warm and cozy. We just loved coming back here after a day of skiing and cooking, playing games, relaxing.
It is ideally located, far enough away from crowds but convenient for a ski in/out situation(a little bit of a trek, but worth the effort) or the local ride service (pickup/dropoff right out front of door).
The hosts are super friendly, helpful, engaged in your stay and their wonderful home.
Would stay here again without question.

Wonderful property! We especially loved the convenience of the door-to-door shuttle service that takes you everywhere in Beaver Creek. Property is very spacious with lots of room for big families. Great stay!

This spot was great. Shuttle was very convenient to take to mountain. Kitchen was well stocked and had the sharpest knives of any rental place I've ever stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

There was plenty of room for all of us. The check in process was very convenient and there was ample parking for our whole party. The home was comfort able and had everything we needed to cook, lounge around, play games and just enjoy being in such a beautiful area. It was nice to be able to ski in and ski out of the home. I would highly recommend this home and location.

This was a great place! Had everything we needed, comfortable, clean, plenty of space for our 2 families. We loved the Beaver Creek area and especially the shuttle service that would pick up/drop off at our door. The ski in/out was a little difficult compared to others we have stayed in but again, the shuttle service can take you wherever you need to go in Beaver Creek. We would definitely stay here again. Felt like a home away from home. Very nice owners!

The home was cozy, spacious, and conveniently located. We were able to ski in and ski out but after my daughter tore her ACL on day one, we still enjoyed hanging out, getting massages in town just a short drive away, and enjoying the breathtaking views. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked (except for coffee but nothing a quick run to the nearby Walmart didn’t fix). The supplied shampoo and conditioner was nice so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our own (one less thing to pack). The bathroom exhaust vent probably should be vacuumed/dusted but leave it to me to notice that. The games were great and it was a fantastic trip despite the injury!

Very nice. Only problem was a woodpecker banged a hole on the outside of the building up high. It was a little annoying. Another thing was it was the off season and ALL restaurants in Beaver Creek and Vail were closed. Did eat twice at Blue Moose Pizza. Very Good!

...is that we would stay longer!!! Beautiful home in perfect location. We enjoyed Vail, Aspen, Independence Pass and all that Beaver Creek resort had to offer. Wonderful stay!! We will be back!

We have been to Beaver Creek many times and it is a wonderful area to visit in both the summer and winter. We can’t recommend Beaver Creek enough as a place to visit and/or vacation.
The owners were easy to communicate with and were very accommodating to our requests and the communication was great.
The unit was very clean, well stocked with the normal accommodation (plates, utensils, glasses, linens, clothes washer/dryer, hair dryer, etc.), and comfortable furniture.
The living room and master bedroom were very comfortable, quiet, the internet worked without issue, the TV was a large flatscreen, BBQ grill was available, etc. The unit sleeps quite a few people although for just two of us we didn’t use any of the guest bedrooms, loft area, or guest bathrooms so can’t comment on their comfort. Overall it was a great experience staying here for two weeks and overall the unit felt huge to us for just two people.
The unit is older as are all Ridgepoint condos given they were all built 30+ years ago but #140 has had some nice updates such as the master bath has been remodeled and kitchen area has also been updated with newer appliances, etc.
The only two challenges we found is that there isn’t much of an outdoor patio area like many of the other Ridgepoint units have. So there isn't really any option to sit outside and have drinks or meals in the outdoor cool summer air other than the front porch or a very small alcove off the master bedroom.
The other logistics issue we ran into is that unit 140 has probably one of the smallest/shortest assigned parking spots at Ridgepoint given how the spots are designed to accommodate and curve around the grounds and landscaping. Unit 140s spot is also in front of a hydrant type installation with a concrete post further limiting its effective length. With my full length SUV with an attached trailer hitch cargo hauler on the back I had to park in one of the larger sized visitor spots farther away from the unit as my vehicle stuck out blocking a significant part of the road when parked in the assigned unit. Not a huge deal in the summer when many open visitor spots are available but could be an issue during high season when visitor spots are scarce.
Overall we had a great stay and would love to come back and stay at Ridgepoint 140 in Beaver Creek.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy mountain home. With family Jenga games, hikes around the area, a nice kitchen for cooking family meals and beautiful views, I would highly recommend this home for your Colorado stay.

Very comfortable and convenient
Very comfortable and clean property. Great location and access to slopes, although returning back to Ridgepoint Skyway can be tricky to find - maybe more detailed instructions would help.
Matt was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

We just spent the perfect long weekend at Ridgepoint Townhomes! We used the skiway to ski in and out, but we were also less than 2 miles from Beaver Creek’s city center, making ski school drop-off and après-ski super easy!
The unit is missing absolutely nothing, and Matt is a great host! We used the sleds and the facility’s hot tub.
Also, the location of the unit is on the outer ring, which is more desirable as the windows overlook incredible nature views.
Thank you so much for sharing your amazing mountain home!

Perfect for our family
My family really enjoyed staying here! We had 8 people and the size was perfect! The stairs were not a problem for us. Kitchen was well stocked. The village shuttle was so convenient that we never ended up using the ski-in ski-out feature. We rented skis from Epic rentals at the base of the mountain and kept our skis and boots there overnight. Matt and Christine were wonderful to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

First off, the communication with the hosts was excellent. We had several questions and they were quick & gracious with the answers. Compared to many other VRBO’s we have stayed at, it was the BEST stocked with supplies (garbage bags, toiletries, kitchen supplies, paper towel, TP, board games, etc.). Since we were flying to CO, that was HUGE as it would have been challenging to stay a week without those considerations. The layout was very good and the option to sky on/off was wonderful (although the shuttle option was very easy to use and came right to the front door :). Definitely would recommend to others.

Phenomenal home for our Christmas 2021 vacation
Our visit to the home was exceptional. The house is very spacious, neat, clean, and tidy. The dinnerware, coffee maker, and family games made our stay comfortable. We had dinner reservations set up for our stay at Beaver Creek, but the beautiful scenery from the many windows led us to cancel the reservations and dine from home. My family of six had plenty of room within the home to stretch out and, at times, became difficult to find my family members Although the village center is a short distance away, walking in mountain elevations is difficult for a coastal family. But the aid of the Beaver Creek shuttle makes reaching anywhere within Beaver Creek a quick shuffle. We stayed for a week for Christmas, but the shuttle service continued through heavy snowfall. We did not have any negative experiences during our stay, and the owners were quick to answer our questions over local grocery options. This home is a ski-in/out. We will save this home in the list of our favorite places; we will rebook and recommend it! You will not be disappointed.

Beaver creek retreat
We had a wonderful family holiday month. The townhome community is lovely and quiet with some nice amenities.
The townhouse itself was spacious, and cozy.
Everything was in order except for a few minor items, which the owners promptly helped try and resolve… they were very professional and responsive. The townhome was well equipped with lots of kitchen items, bedding, cleaning items etc.. did not need much of anything except our food!
We enjoyed our month long stay and would recommmend ;)
