Great spacious apartment, and friendly staff.
Fully stocked and functional kitchen with an oven
2 minutes from the bus station
The check in process wasn't ideal, I wasn't made aware we had to get keys from the hotel across town (not in the directions or check in info). All in all, a small hiccup and a short walk, but it would have been nice to know beforehand.
The power for the apartment went out while cooking at high on multiple elements, but that was an easy fix. We just turned them down a bit and it was fine.
If you are reading this, then there should be no surprises. I would stay here again!

Location is good. Besides absence of parking this place is tolerable.
There is no kettle in the kitchen. Parking is a huge problem, there is no space on the street nearby and limited availability in downtown parking. My advice - park 1 hour before lunch or dinner time otherwise it is going to be 10-15 min walk to the apartment.
We had to pick up key in different location that does not have parking.

Good Value for money, confortable
They should tell the guest that you need to get the key for the apartment at the Hotel

Apartment 2A. Spacious and light apartment with great views of the valley and hills south. Situated on quiet side street really close to main old town which is approached on sweet little lane with cool bars/restaurants.
Bigger and nicer bedroom is twin at the back with amazing views from huge windows. Double bedroom is adjacent. Decent wardrobe and drawer space.
Nice big lounge with table, TV and great views out the back.
This is re apartment 2A. Kitchen could do with a bit more cutlery, crockery, glasses etc as it’s pretty sparse. Wine from a random glass tumbler not ideal! Also walls mostly bare with empty picture hooks etc. A few cheap pics etc would be lovely. Also not sure when anyone vacuumed under beds (much dust/fluff!).
Balcony is off kitchen with slats/shutters (re sun) and a washing machine etc so more functional than somewhere you can sit out.
When collecting key from different hotel in centre suggest you just park in big main town car park and walk as hotel is up tiny cobbled pedestrian lane which makes for “interesting” drive/ride and nowhere to park!

Spacious apartment in excellent location and good value
Lack of sound proofing and doors in neighbouring apartments close with a bang. Velux window in loft room had no blind and apartment could do with a bit of a refresh.

Perhaps I missed their intructions, but after emailing them to notify them of our arrival time, we turned up with our luggage at the property but there was no-one there to greet us. After waiting 15 minutes we rang the contact number only to find we had to walk across town to pick the keys up from the sister hotel. Perhaps this should have been made clearer

Clean and fresh apartment, quite close to town center.
The room did not have a balcony or a sofa bed as the description said.

Good wifi, very friendly and helpful reception. Not too far from the centre of Potes. Quiet street.
In general the apartment was ok. Although there were long hairs on the bathroom floor, the double bed was very noisy, and the sofa bed not at all comfortable. The tv only had a handful of working channels.
