About this house rental
Located on Orchard Island at Indian Lake Ohio. The home is fully furnished with all appliances including washer and dryer. The house sleeps 10 maximum (including children) with 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths; 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with bunk beds and 1 queen bedroom. There is plenty of outdoor seating along our more than 250 feet of lakefront perfect for swimming, fishing, or enjoying the sunsets. The house is on the corner of a cove with peninsula like views, one of the best views on the lake! There is a large firepit where you can cook hotdogs, s’mores or just relax and enjoy the views. There is a large gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is a 24’ private, covered boat slip. Daily/weekly boat rentals are within walking distance at Spend A Day Marina. Dishes and linens are provided, please ask if there is something specific you will need for your stay.
Exterior security cameras are located on each side of the property with complete views of all exterior activity (firepit, boat dock, front door, driveway and lake facing side) for safety purposes.

Our family had an amazing stay at this lake front property! It was perfect for us. (7 adults and 2 under the age of 2) The house was immaculate, and we felt we could allow the babies to play on the floor without any problem, and I am picky about cleanliness! The actual lake frontage makes it seem like you don't have neighbors, as it is on a corner lot. The yard area was great for playtime, boat watching, games, fishing off the sea wall, bonfires, and visiting. Everything was provided as stated in the information given. An excellent property which we are hoping to use again! Thank you for providing such a great experience!!

This property was just as described! My husband, kids, brother, parents, and I all enjoyed this home. All the amenities were there, plus lots of entertainment provided by the games, kayaks, and fire pit. The lake was extremely weedy, the worst they said in years, but we were still able to get the pontoon around to take the kids tubing and visit Cranberry Resort for lunch. We enjoyed fishing right off the lake wall, and the kids loved swimming by the wet steps.
Excellent communication with the host as well! Definitely would recommend this place!

Great Vacation Home
We had a short stay, but enjoyed it very much. The house is nice and has beautiful views of the lake. The yard was a great place for our kids to play and has some shade from the trees. Kimberly was very attentive and always responded promptly.

This is a lovely home on the lake in a perfect location for boating, fishing, kayaking and a whole lot of fun. Well kept home with everything you need for a great time. This was the third summer we have rented this home and definitely plan to return!

Excellent location and perfect spot to watch the fireworks… Easy checkin, checkout and the house had everything we needed. Great family vacation rental… would stay again!

We had a great family get away not too far from home so all our family could make it. The house is set up with great views on a corner lot with great privacy from other homes.

We had a nice weekend. Just hung out and got some work done too while we were able to relax doing it. We canceled our boat rental because of the weed problem but was still able to take the kayaks out. House was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. First class all the way... This was our second family vacation. The home is very comfortable and clean. The yard is lovely with a great view of beautiful sunsets. It is also very convenient to Spend a Day Marina, shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

This stay was the best we have ever had at any VRBO. The House was spotless and stocked with kitchen pots, pans, ....everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The fire pit is perfect for the family to gather around and make smores. The views are spectacular and as advertised. Our host contacted us to make sure everything was ready during our stay. Five stars for this Host!

This stay was the best we have ever had at any VRBO. The House was spotless and stocked as it should be. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. The views are spectacular and the covered boat dock fit our tri-tune perfectly. The fire pit (bring some wood with you) was perfect to make Pudge Pies and there were plenty of chairs! It is in a good location and close to grocery and restaurants by land or boat. Our host was very attentive to any of our needs and was very quick to respond to questions. A++ for this Host!

Priceless Lake views
We had a wonderful, relaxing few days at this lovely home. The views from the living room/dining area were outstanding, the living room couches/seating very comfortable and the large TV worked great (not that we used it much!). Most everything we needed was provided. Bedrooms and baths were comfortable, and overall the home was very well maintained and inviting. Warning - there are only 6 dining chairs at the table (and we had 8 adults) so you’ll have to use the not-as-comfortable bar stools. Also, a kitchen sponge or scrubber was on our wish list! But those were relatively small inconveniences that didn’t detract from the overall experience. Thank you for making your home so welcoming and easy to love!

wonderful winter stay
Our family stayed at Kim's place to celebrate Thanksgiving. It is such a beautiful home and stocked with everything we could need. Very clean and lovingly maintained. Views of the lake were simply amazing - gorgeous views from every window - walk right outside and there is the lake! We enjoyed the firepit so much. We would definitely return - hopefully next time when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy being on (and in) the lake!

Awesome! The perfect vacation home
A clean, welcoming, home away from home. VERY relaxing. Kimberly thought of everything in making this house the perfect destination on the lake. Patio and fire ring were just the extras that make this lake house beyond just good. It was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone. Plan on coming back again.
