Come and stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beachfront condo that is located on the 19th floor. Enjoy the fabulous view of the Gulf right from one of the LARGEST balconies on the beach!

Unit offers a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, maple cabinets and bar seating for 3. The dining room has seating for 6 and the balcony has a table that will seat 4. Living room has a queen size sofa bed, large flat screen LCD television, and access to the large 271 square foot balcony that overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. RECENT UPGRADE: ceramic tile replaces carpet in living/dining area. New carpet in both bedrooms.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen LCD television, private bathroom and access to the large balcony right from your bedroom. Guest bedroom has queen bed and bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, large flat screen LCD, with its own private full bathroom. All linens and iron/ironing board are provided for your convenience.

Condo is convenient to many attractions that Panama City has to offer. Fresh local seafood, Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripleys Believe It or Not, Shell Island, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park (Mini Golf & Gran Maze), and much more! Condo is also in walking distance to Pineapple Willy's.

**Take advantage of the reserved parking space located directly across from the elevator in the covered parking garage for easy loading/unloading.

I am a usual beach house vacationer, but this time around I decided to try a condo - and it was amazing! The location, ease of access to the beach and pool, the quality of the condo, and the fantastic beach itself were all great reasons I loved my stay. Parking was on the site and there were absolutely no issues with getting into the garage or the condo. I can't wait to come back!

This was an amazing property and the pictures of the rooms and view dont do this condo justice. Its so much nicer than the pictures. (Pictures were great too). The balcony has a picnic table and chairs that we enjoyed eating lunch at. The beds were really comfortable too.

This was my son’s first vacation for his 3rd birthday celebration. We had the absolute best time. The condo has a great location and atmosphere. While we were there the pool was almost always empty and the beach was not overly crowded. We enjoyed a great view from the balcony as well. Would definitely book again. With a toddler I wish the balcony doors would lock (which thankfully they were too heavy for him to open) and I wish the main door had a lock up top for safety reasons. But otherwise we had a wonderful time during our stay.

Place was as described. Has a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. It has everything you need. You will need beach towels but there are a few good beach chairs and lots of toys for the beach. We left an umbrella we bought for others to use. Walmart is very close for groceries and other needs. Great breakfast place across the street. I would stay in this unit again.

Beautiful property and an amazing view! Nice roomy bedrooms and living area. Definitely money well spent! Deck was spacious and we were blessed to see dolphins one day from the balcony. Parking was extremely convenient and property was within walking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay, and loved sitting on the balcony looking out to the water. Dolphins, stingrays, and plenty of bird watching. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the beach each day. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly as described. No issues at all. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Loved having a covered, reserved parking spot. Easy access to the beach. It was nice knowing gates were locked and only access was available with a code.

We had a great time at the condo- it was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool as the weather wasn't the best during our stay with double red flags keeping the ocean closed. Will definitely stay again!

Checking into the property was a bit challenging because I was unable to open the email containing the PDF attachments. The attachments included the gate codes and entrance into the condo. Tim the owner was quick to call me directly and resolve the issue. Once into the condo, the cleaning was a bit under scale. My guest feet were quickly turned black from the dirt on the floor. I did report the findings to Tim. Overall wonder stay!

This co do was perfect for our family of 5. The view from the huge balcony was breathtaking! The place was quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a closet full of beach chairs and toys. Having laundry on-site was convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The location was great, too!

Condo was just as pictured and described! Balcony was HUGE equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy the amazing view. The condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful week long family vacation.

Pros: Location, size, floor level, quiet, fast elevator, felt safe, clean beds, kitchen, baths, well equipped kitchen, great walk in shower, comfortable beds, nice decor, a whole closet of beach chairs, floats, sand toys etc., huge balcony and parking right across from elevator. Things that could have been better: communication before arrival date. We arrived about 2 hrs early but hadn't received any check in communication from the host. I had to message through VRBO upon arrival. However, after me reaching out commication was good and we were able to check in an hour early. Also, if you pull into the property, you need a code to access the garage. If you don't have that, like we didnt, there is no place to turn around. You have to back out around the building one lane. The garage is tight! Glad we decided to take a car and not our 2500 truck. The place was clean, free from sand etc. The one complaint about cleanliness is the furniture and it's not even all that bad, it's nit picky. The couch & pillows are a material that holds onto things, not the easiest material to clean unless you vacuum it, the fabric chair in the master bedroom needed a good vacuuming/wipe down as it was dusty. The TV was a bit of a pickle to figure out as there are like 6 remotes and none are labeled and there are no instructions. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again. I knocked 1 star off due to communication before arrival but that's it. All other VRBOs I've stayed at have provided checkin information atleast a day ahead of time if not more.

The condo was nice. The only issue I saw was there were no dishcloths and the condo was dusty. No, I didn't call housekeeping, I cleaned it myself. My phone charger cord accidently fell behind a piece of furniture in the living room. When I got it out it was Covered with "dust bunnies". Even the coffee pot was dusty. But I did like the condo. The shower was nice and there are plenty of beds.

We really enjoyed our stay, and I would likely rent this condo again if I ever return to PCB. The condo is nicely furnished both inside and outside. The views from the deck are amazing. The location is convenient, but there is definitely street noise in the second bedroom. The shower in the master is wonderful! The only con I would say is that the mattress in the master is not very comfortable. Other than that, this is a great condo.

Our family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed this condo. It is a side/corner unit, so there isn’t a bedroom window to the entrance way, which was great for our boys. It had all the amenities we needed, but there were a few minor issues that we brought up to the housekeeper. The elevator’s were fast and never an issue all week. The pool was clean and nice to use when the beach was rough.

We had a wonderful stay, only problem we had was they were doing construction in the unit above us all week and we could hear them breaking the tile and scraping the floor all day and the ice maker didn’t work in the freezer. Tim was a pleasure to work with.

Our stay at Twin Palms was wonderful! It was a great location and easy to get to. The walk to the beach was short, which is great when you have children and all their things! The condo was very clean and well stocked. I would recommend additional bathroom towels and washcloths, as well as some kitchen washcloths (to wash dishes and wipe down the counter). The decor was super cute too! We loved the rustic-beachy feel. We had a wonderful stay and will put this on our favorites list!
