This designer decorated condo is on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains, waterfall and a picturesque lagoon pool. It is convenient to the clubhouse, fitness center and parking. And, yes, there is an elevator!!
IT'S QUIET HERE!
This condo is away from the street noises. It's QUIET here except for the sounds of the waterfall and the birds in the huge pine trees.
THIS IS A HUGE 1BR CONDO!!
885 sq. feet plus the patio! The floor plan is amazingly well designed. Many one bedroom condos are long rectangles with the living room in the front and the bedroom in the back. This floor plan is a double wide rectangular so your living room and bedroom are in front and both have sliding doors off the patio. The entire condo is light and bright! You'll appreciate the difference!
OPEN LIVING AND DINING AREAS WITH A/C
In the living room, you'll find high quality furniture, brand new carpet and an entertainment center with a CD player & radio plus a new 32' HDTV & DVD. Bring your favorite movies or watch a few classics that we keep at the condo for your use or rent them at several spots close by. Just in case you get tired of all that sunshine, there are plenty of books and games. Local phone service is included. And check this out - every condo has its own individual AC and heating units - VERY IMPORTANT!
Have more than 2 in your party? This condo has a wall bed which has a luxury queen mattress that is VERY comfortable! This is a top quality mattress!

There's nothing better than a King bed!! And, this King bed has an upscale, super comfy mattress! You'll enjoy a restful sleep every night! The bath in the Master Suite has a double sink vanity, tub and shower with an upscale, adjustable handheld showerhead. There are plenty of towels and a hairdryer. The walk-in closet is HUGE!

You'll also find a blender, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans plus wine and martini glasses!. There are also spices, kitchen towels, pot holders & place mats.

Directly below the condo on the ground floor are 3 gas BBQs. Yes, you'll be able to BBQ everyday here!
