GREAT location for winter fun or summer getaways!!
We provide wireless internet (wifi) for your convenience, gas heat for winter warmth, and central air conditioning to keep cool in the summer!
We are the only properties in the Mt.Villas that provide air conditioning and a FULL bathroom in the loft bedroom for your comfort and convenience!
Keypad lock entry system - no need to worry about who has the key! Push button entrance for easy contact - free check in.
Our 5 bedroom 4 full bath Villas townhouse sleeps 15 in beds and offers top notch comfortable rental accommodations with all the amenities of home! No pull out sleep sofas! No sharing a double or full size bed either! Bedding is either a queen or twin size bed for sleeping comfort.
This townhouse has a first floor bedroom and full bath for anyone wanting to limit steps.
We also have another great 4 level Mt. Villas townhouse right next door - a 4 BR, (sleeps 12), VRBO 792168. For really big groups, family reunions, golf outings, etc.., reserve BOTH!
Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Linens, towels and starter paper supplies are included. Other supplies we include: liquid dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
For Summer rentals:
Great outdoor space with picnic table and outdoor seating. Free use of the Mt. Villas heated outdoor pool and we are steps away from the Seven Springs Highlands golf course club house. The pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 9am to 9pm. Come enjoy the mountains, take a hike, play a round of golf, go white water rafting and come back and enjoy a swim in the pool! The use of the Mt. Villas pool is included when you stay in our townhouse - no charge to use! Our tot lot by the pool is available year round.
The Mt. Villa properties are conveniently located less than a mile from the Seven Springs main gate in the Seven Springs Mountain Villa community at the Seven Springs Highlands golf course and outdoor pool.
We are always updating and replacing kitchen pots and pans, glassware, new tv's, new bedding, etc...
SHUTTLE SERVICE - The shuttle is wonderful and is FREE and runs year round! No need to drive to the resort. For winter months, the shuttle runs continuously every 10 - 15 minutes on the weekends and is on call during the week.
Shuttle continuous run information for weekends and holidays - subject to change :
December 26 - January 1 - continuously runs 24/7
January 2 - March 1 : Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm
Monday - Thursday - or any other time during the year - the shuttle is on call - shuttle number is provided in your check in email. If the week is busy, the shuttle may run continuously.
Once you are parked and settled, hop on the FREE shuttle to the lodge, slopes, spa, shops, etc... no driving until you are ready to go home.
Please Note: Some activities at the resort require a fee to use or participate. Please check with 7 Springs for current ski, tubing, golf or other use or admission fees.
Due to previous out-of-control fires by renters, the Mt.Villas HOA insurance policy prohibits renters from using the fireplace, fire pits or charcoal and gas grills.
No pets and no smoking in the townhouse. No glitter or spray paint projects. No hair dye or hair coloring products in the condo or on the deck. Security deposit will be forfeited and extra cleaning fees will be charged for failure to comply.
Guests must be 25 years of age and provide copy of valid government ID/drivers license and must sign our license agreement to complete your reservation. Your ID address must match the address you provide for the license agreement. Third party rentals are not permitted.
Two night minimum for non holiday weekends. Three night minimum for most holiday weekends.
REQUIREMENTS to complete your reservation:
*Guest must sign and return the license agreement and provide drivers license within 48 hours of receipt of agreement.
*A few days prior to arrival, a map of the Mt. Villas, the code to the keypad, check in / check out information, etc... will be provided.

Had such a great weekend with friends. The house accommodated us perfectly! We had plenty of room and all of the beds make it so nice for large groups. This is the second time I've got to stay here and I would definitely stay again! The shuttle picking us up at the door was definitely a major convenience. My friends and I are already looking forward to next ski season to have another trip!

Very nice property, clean, good location and free transportation to Seven Springs Lodge. The bonus was the beautiful, heated pool a short walk up the hill, which we enjoyed immensely. Nice deck with wooded view, but bring bug spray. Nice large table for group dining, beds very comfortable and enough bathrooms for 15 women. Would definitely rent again. Owner was very nice and accommodating and supplied good info about the area.

It was a great house with easy access to slopes
The house was clean and fully equipped with plenty of bathrooms. The easy transportation to and from the resort using the shuttle was the cherry on top! Highly recommend staying here.

This property worked well for our family of 14. We were planning to ski most of the holiday weekend, but rain and fog stopped that from happening. The house was clean upon arrival and worked fairly well for 4 families. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes which was helpful since we cooked all our meals in. There could have been more dish towels and dishcloths in the kitchen but we got by. The variation of heat and cold was our biggest problem. We seemed to have cold drafts in many areas, but we were too warm in other rooms. I would recommend this property for families, but perhaps more in the summer months. The property was very close to the golf course, but not really close to skiing. We would stay here again especially in the summer months. Thanks for sharing your home. jan

Our family of 13 enjoyed the townhouse for our recent ski weekend. The shuttle was very convenient. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen was very well equipped. Townhouse was as listed. Donna was easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay.

Great accommodations!
The villa accommodated our family very well. It was well maintained - the updated kitchen included high-end appliances and all of the glassware/cookware that one could ever need! The location was great--there is a private outdoor pool available for villa residents, and the shuttle to the Resort was readily available. Our family had a wonderful time - we hope to return next summer! (And Donna was wonderful to work with!)

We had a great stay. The shuttle to and from the resort is one of the great amenities of this property. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are enough beds to accommodate a large family. We would love to stay here again.

Cozy Condo
Our family had a terrific stay in this condo. As you can tell from the photos, updates haven't been made in many years; however the property is in immaculate shape. No rust, cobwebs or yucky traffic anywhere. That was very comforting since we had little ones that would be wandering all over. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and you felt "mountainlike nostalgia" all throughout. The condo is spacious and our family never felt cramped. The kitchen was amazing and had EVERYTHING you'd ever need. Waffle maker, awesome utensils, PLENTY of dishes. Pots to die for that were easy to clean and dish settings for 20+, pyrex for baking and casseroles. You name it! The shuttle service was also fantastic. Although its vague to get an idea of how often it runs, it really does run regularly. We missed two shuttles while looking out the kitchen window trying to call for it to come!! We'd definitely stay again and soon. Donna was wonderful and make sure to read all instructions, you'll understand why the place is so great!

This property is remarkably well kept! Donna was so pleasant to work with! We will definitely be back!! The property with well-stocked and quite comfortable for our three family group. Also very convenient! The shuttle to the slopes and the lodge at seven springs truly does run every 15

large condo is good for families
We've been staying at various Seven Springs condos for the past 4 years. This condo has a new kitchen with lots of dishes, serving utensils etc, and is very well organized. The only minor drawback was the lack of teflon pans for things like eggs. There are 5 bedrooms and the condo sleeps a lot of people, and is great for large families with children. The second floor hall bathroom was very small and outdated, and there were paper bathmats in the bathrooms, although there were plenty of towels. There are bunk beds in two of the bedrooms. The 2nd floor bunk bed ladder came off the bunk bed, so make sure you check that, and if there is something wrong with it, contact the owner immediately. We found that the bedding was not particularly comfortable. The layout of these condos is such that the upstairs (particularly the loft) is very warm, while the living room area is cold, but that is a design flaw for all the condos in this area. I would recommend this condo for large groups, but make sure to contact the owner right away if anything is wrong with the condo when you arrive.

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway for our group! Donna was extremely accommodating throughout booking and our whole stay and the place had everything we needed and more! Definitely will be staying here again!
