Le Jardin is an exclusive gated community in the heart of The Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Our vacation home at 155 Le Jardin is an end unit with pleasant views overlooking a New Orleans Style courtyard. This south facing unit provides plenty of shade on the outdoor balconies . The condo is newly renovated and professionally designed with all new furniture, mattresses, luxury linens and fine art.
You will enter the condo from the first floor veranda which has a wrought iron dining table for six and a Charbroil electric grill for cooking out. The spacious living area includes a roomy sectional sofa with a full pullout bed for additional guest and comfortable lounge chairs. There is a 60 inch smart TV and free Cox high speed internet. Guest also have access to the 1st floor beach closet containing 6 chairs, umbrellas, shade tent and beach toys. The large round dining table has seating for eight plus seating at the bar. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances such as a Viking range, Subzero refrigerator, wine refrigerator and microwave. Also available is a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. All the cook ware you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal is provided.
The second floor master bedroom has a king size bed, 48 inch smart tv and a large closet. The en suite bathroom has double vanities and a soaker tub. The second floor also has a bunk room with a full over full bunkbed and twin pull out trundle. The bedrooms open onto a joining covered balcony with comfortable outdoor wooden furniture. Additionally, the second floor has a separate full bath and laundry.
The third floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, double sided fireplace and walk in closet. The luxurious four piece master bath is outfitted with white Carrera marble and an enormous jetted soaker tub. There is a private balcony with lounge chairs and a comfortable seating area with a partial bay view.
Amenities include private garage parking, neighborhood pool and hot tub, and fitness facilities.
Le Jardin is steps away from all of the activities of Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous fine and casual dining options, live entertainment, bars, festivals, and upscale shopping. The area is very kid friendly with an arcade, ropes coarse, zip line, playground and carousel. Fishing piers, walking trails and bike paths are abundant. This location is walking distance to the tennis center and marina where boats, jet skies, kayaks and paddle boards are available for rental. The beautiful private beach is a short ride away via car or FREE Sandtram provided with this rental.
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre premier resort that has three public championship golf courses, a tennis center, workout center, shops and over 30 restaurants.

Loved the townhome and being right there for resturants and all the enmities at Baytowne Wharf and Sandestin. Had a few travel issues with another company. Was able to get this property booked to help resolve our issues and spoke directly to the property owner, to which he was a tremendous help. Will not hesitate to stay here again

My husband, mother, 5 children and I loved our stay at this property! Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Location is perfect to experience all the fun Baytowne Wharf has to offer as well as easy access to the beach. My 4 year old told me “this place is so beautiful” every time we entered the condo. Would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone!

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Very well stocked and maintained. We had a little difficulty finding where to park and location of unit but once we had that down, everything was perfect. Loved having the shops and restaurants at our fingertips. Would definitely stay again!

This trip was everything we expected and more. We had an easy check-in process and the home had things that we brought with us and the home already had. The owners were easy to speak with and easygoing about things that I asked about. Surroundings with dinner, games, and fun activities kept us all busy. This by far was the best vacation for our family and this home was a major part why. Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were so close to all the shops, activities and restaurants of the baytowne wharf. The pool was very close and we ate several nights at the pool using the grill. The house was decently clean and had pretty much all we needed throughout the week. All the beds were great and we loved hanging in the living room together when we needed a break from the sun. We went during spring break so the beaches were very crowded at the resort but still a lot of fun. We never used the shuttle we felt like parking was easier near the beach and then we didn’t need to wait for the shuttle on either end. There were a lot of stairs which didn’t bother us at all but I think would be a problem for some people. The outdoor furniture could have used some cushions but we made do and really enjoyed our time here. The gated courtyard was nice and private and even though you were so close to the wharf the noise didn’t travel here and it felt really safe to let our children roam around the courtyard looking for lizards and other wild life. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the middle of Baytown. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Pretty neighborhood with brick walkways, fountains, and nice landscaping. Townhouse is nicely decorated. Great appliances in kitchen. Love the front porch for coffee in the morning.

The property was beautiful. It had everything we needed (except the beach umbrellas). Literally everything else was perfect. The host was amazing any question I had they answered quickly. We enjoyed our stay in Baytowne Wharf. The townhome was great, in a perfect location for the area, and it was comfortable. We would stay again. A few things worth noting: - The beach on the tram route was terrible. It was super crowded. It's worth driving to a quieter beach or state park versus the convenience of the tram. Also check out Crab Island. Also, the tram was a PITA and a golf cart would have been easier. - Baytowne Wharf is very convenient (practically outside the front door) with a lot of restaurants, stores, and kid activities, but also ridiculously expensive. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area too. - If you have mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. Due to the high ceilings, it's a hike to the 2nd and 3rd floors. If you don't mind that, there's a lot of privacy on each floor which is a bonus. - Keep in mind the owners are not local. The coffee maker was broken upon arrival and they didn't have anyone that could replace it and suggested we pick one up to be reimbursed. The owner was super nice when he called me, but worth noting. - We couldn't find any welcome book, check-out instructions, area recommendations, etc. that you would normally find in a VRBO. Agree with some of the other comments that the directions/parking instructions could have been better. It's actually not complicated once you figure it out. - Directly adjacent to a Publix, and a bunch of upscale stores and restaurants. Very convenient. This was our first trip to the Emerald Coast and we loved it.

Check in was very simple. The property was amazing. Comfortably slept 6 of us. The owner was very responsive and quick to help. The location is perfect. You’re close to all the restaurants, shops, walking areas, and pool but in your own secluded Area that is quiet and relaxing. You are a few steps away from the shuttle to the beach. I’d highly recommend staying here. We had the greatest time. Our group plans to go back again very soon to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This townhouse was beautiful and so close to everything! We had been to Baytowne before and plan to return again. The pool was so nice! We had some issues with the codes but the owners were super helpful and very responsive. We took full advantage of the tram to the beach and enjoyed all the nightly live entertainment just steps away from our front door. Perfect vacation spot for families. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Five ladies stayed at this property to celebrate a 50th milestone birthday. The finishes were top notch throughout. Very comfortable and safe location. There’s lots of stairs but worth the trip to get to well appointed bedrooms. Location is perfect distance to entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Did not use tram but saw it running regularly. Very easy to get in touch with hosts when needed. Overall rating for this property is a five! Looking forward to a future stay

This home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our summer trip. My kids said it was "bougie", but we just appreciated the luxury, the comfort, and the location. It was so easy to get to the beach and walking around the wharf and the whole resort was very easy. The owner parking was very appreciated because the Baytown Wharf area is really popular, so we would have had a hard time finding parking. We went on long walks every day and it's extremely safe. Everything in the home was clean and organized, although there is so much to do in Destin that we were not in the home that much. Thanks for a great stay and hope we get to visit again!
