The owners Dan and Suzi were great to rent from. House was fully stocked. Enjoyed the bikes and canoe. Only negative was ocean was a bit rougher than we are used to. Great for surfers, boogie borders!

My family enjoyed the July 4th week in Dan and Suzi's home. Dan and Suzi were very accommodating and communicated with us prior to our stay and through out the week. Even texted me mid-week to make sure everything was going well.
The home had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, the porch has a great view of the lake and we enjoyed that area all together (that was probably our favorite room), our grown children loved that we could all go for a bike ride (there were enough for our group of 7 adults to go grab some ice cream). It was a quite area close enough to walk to point pleasant but far enough not to be in all the action.
We were concerned about having one indoor shower and one outside shower being an issue but it was not.
We were all sad to leave and really enjoyed our time. We have even requested to rent again next year!
Thank you Dan and Suzi!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Dan and Susan were responsive when there was an issue with internet connectivity, even though they were out of the country. Everything was as advertised and the access to the Association private beach was the icing on the cake.
The family is hoping we can spend another vacation there next summer.

We spent a wonderful week at the home of Suzi and Dan Passarella. The house is located in a lovely, well-maintained neighborhood, only a few blocks from a private beach. When I say private, I mean private. It is only open to the residents of the immediate neighborhood which prevents overcrowding and a lot of noisy party-goers. Dan and Suzi provide beach chairs and umbrellas and there is an outside shower to wash off the sand when you return from the beach. There are also bikes and even a canoe! The house is large and well-equipped for families with a comfy front porch that overlooks the Lake of the Lilies. There are numerous books and games for entertainment, including toys, puzzles and books for toddlers. The kitchen is very well-equipped for those of you who like to cook, including a crock pot, blender, and food processor. While the downstairs has air-conditioning, the 2nd floor does not. It is cooled with an attic fan and individual fans which work well only when the temperatures are moderately cool at night. Overall, I would highly recommend this home for rental.

Location can’t be beat. 5 minute walk to the beach. 12 minutes to the boardwalk. Plenty of parking. Beach is fantastic and house was clean and comfortable. Dan and Susan were very accommodating and made the rental process a breeze. We enjoyed the front porch and watching th fireworks.

We loved our time at this house! It was an oasis with a short walk to a private beach and just across the road from a lake with a bird sanctuary. We enjoyed jogging and taking our dog for walks around the lake. Bikes were at the house for us which we also used daily to explore the charming neighborhood. Restaurants were within walking distance which was another bonus. The hosts were very accommodating and their suggestions were fantastic!

We can't say enough good things about this home. Suzi and Dan communicated clearly and regularly leading up to our two week August rental of their lovely home, and were available for any questions during our stay. Just a block away from the beach and an easy 15 min. walk to the boardwalk, this four bedroom home was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Favorite gathering space in this rental was the screened in porch overlooking the lake filled with swans, geese, ducks and herons. A game closet and full library of kids dvd's offered rainy day activities.
The house was clean and comfortable! Would recommend this home highly!

Loved it! Well kept big house overlooking the lake. Wonderful screened in front porch and afternoon sun made for good napping, reading and family time. We paddled the canoe on the lake...canoe came with the house ...and saw the swans up close. Short walk to beach made for easy back and forth for lunch and bio-breaks. Very quiet neighborhood and yet close enough so we walked to the the boardwalk rides and food. Biked to downtown shops...bike came with, too! Met the owners....nice people...and they even allowed our small dog! I've rented all over....not much nicer, esp at the price. We plan to do it again....

We had a lovely family reunion of 3 siblings and 2 grandmothers. We thank Dan & Susan for being accommodating hosts with their comfortable home located only one block from a private beach. Wii, X-box, and Netflix provide ample entertainment. Lovely community with short walk to boardwalk area as well. We loved the lake across the road and the use of the canoe.

We had a great, and very cool weather, week. So sad to be back home, but glad we got so much into one week- and I am sure we brought some sand home with us. Highlights: boogie boarding, watching the kite surfers, fishing & canoeing in lake, boardwalk rides, Surf Taco dinner on the beach, riding bikes everywhere, sleeping with the windows open, playing board games, antiquing downtown, and reading on the front porch. Until next year... Bye PPB.
