About this apartment rental
Taking extra care of our guests with focused sanitizing and including hand sanitizer & spray for your convenience during your stay. This is a lovely, two bedroom, ground floor condominium located in the highly desired Madeira Beach Yacht Club. It is just across the road to the beautiful powdery white sands of Gulf Beach. This gem's repeat renter history is a strong indication of customer regards.
The air-conditioned condo is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two single twin beds. You'll also find the couch as a sleeper sofa. Our fully equipped condo also has another fold away bed conveniently tucked in the masterbdrm closet. The perfect location of this unit is equally close to both heated swimming pools & just across the road to Archibald park beach. Winn Dixie Supermarket, brand new CVS drugstore, U.S. Post Office, Library and plenty of restaurants are in easy walking distance. Directly across the street, We also have incredible New R.O.C. park tennis, basketball, sports & event field, and paved walkways that edge Boca Ciega Bay. Perfect for early morning & evening strolls & sunset views.
Restaurants such as Bubba Gump’s & Sloppy Joe’s only 1 mile away at John’s Pass Boardwalk & shops where you’ll find a full service Hubbards Marina, shops and eateries. Have a sunset, dolphin or dinner cruise or deep sea fishing.
The club has 2 heated pools, fitness center, complete with Saunas & Jacuzzi and is a gated community. Recently updated Bullard room!Great fishing from the 3 piers. The condo is ground floor with a screened patio with its own Gas Grill nearby.

I rented here for the month of April and it was a terrific stay! It is in a great location! A very short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and the grocery store. A short drive to several nearby towns with lots of other dining, shopping and beach options. The property is located on the inter coastal with lovely views. The pool was a nice break from the beach. Lots of sidewalks within the property made navigation easy. It is security gated which gave a sense of safety. Condo was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils making cooking at home easy. One downfall was not a great view from the lanai but a few steps out fixed that. I would definitely recommend this place for your next visit to Madeira beach!

The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is an excellent location. Easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bars, restaurants. The condo could be nicer with a bit of updating. Furniture is worn, feels like you're sitting on the floor. Dishwasher needs a cleaning, refrigerator has trouble closing. Appears that a thorough cleaning is warranted.

This was our 3rd time staying here. Its like a home away from home.
Tina is always a wonderful host to work with. She made sure to keep in touch with us during Hurricane Idalia making sure we were safe.
We will definitely be coming back again and again!

We loved staying here and would definitely do it again! We thought the condo was great for our family and really appreciated all the extra stuff (sand toys, towels, beach caddy, cooler, etc). Having a kitchen and laundry made everything easy. The location was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, store and more. The pool was very close as well as the park and courts across the street. Tina was responsive before and during our stay. We would recommend this condo!

Pools were excellent and the property was very well maintained. The condo unit was dirty and dark. The beds were terrible and ugly. One of the poorest condos we have ever stayed in.

The facility is a little dated but has the essentials. Actually a garbage can in every room and replacement of light bulbs would help. We had a wonderful time. The living room furniture is a little broken down and the master bed is too firm but the price was right. A short walk to the beach. Lovely area and low key in August. The larger pool was nice. Perfect for a family of 4.

Not so great New Year 2020/2021
This property is not exactly as described or reviewed. I heavily rely on reviews when I am booking a property for the many vacations I take a year so I will be honest and try not to sound harsh.
The positives are:
Tina is very prompt and friendly.
The couch and chase lounge in the living room are very comfortable for seating.
There were plenty of linens and some supplies to get you started.
Plenty of silverware, glasses and dishes.
There are three docks to fish from with cleaning stations.
The negatives:
The people that live there and apparently part of the Homeowners association are RUDE and nosey. Whatever you do- don't back into a parking space or you will get a ticket.
DO NOT attempt to use the gas grill. Rats live in it and scared the crap out of my husband and myself. I should have realized they could be in there when we saw them all over the property in the evening.(I realize this isn't her fault)
The unit needs some repairs and things need to be replenished.
There is only one spatula in the unit.
There was only one frying pan and only a couple pots.
The fridge seal does not work properly and doesn't open or close well.
The ice trays were broken.
You need to really play with the front door handle to get the unit to lock.
The master bedroom needs better lighting and a more comfortable mattress. The tile floor would have been softer. (we left a day early just so we could stay in a hotel and get one good night of sleep during our vacation) We tried the twin beds as well. For kids they may be fine but for an adult...not so much.
The dishwasher doesn't properly clean the dishes hence you need to rewash what you put in there or just don't use it.
The hose in the bathroom needs to be cleaned regularly. I cleaned it three times while I was there and still couldn't get it entirely clean yet the grime would flake when you were in the shower.
The bathroom fan doesn't work well but that's because it doesn't look like its been cleaned in years.
The "short walk" to the beach involves crossing 2 busy streets and passing by a couple of bars that are a bit rowdy.
The TV remote in the master bedroom doesn't work so you have to use the one from the other room.
There was only one beach chair for use and it was rusted and didn't work well.
We go to Florida every year for at least two weeks for Christmas and New Years. We have rented numerous properties from Clearwater to Venice beach and we will not be staying at anything located in this complex again.

I can't say enough about your attention to every detail. Every step of the way, you provided us everything we needed to make our stay, so perfect.
On our first night, we arrived very late. We were able to check in effortlessly. We were exhausted, but so over the moon, when we opened the door, everything was better than we could ever imagined.
We slept like babies. We couldn't stop talking about how blessed we were.
Everyday as we left early in the morning (for my medical treatments), we felt such peace. Coming back to the condo at night, knowing we had this place to retreat to.
We also loved the tranquil pool, the park, and all the beautiful jems, Maderia Beach had to offer.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Tina's maderia beach yacht club. Great location to stores and a short walk to the beach. The pools were fantastic and my boys enjoyed the basketball courts. We will defintely return. Thank you Tina for allowing us to stay!

Fantastic Owner and Experience
With the craziness of Covid-19 and the state of Florida shutting down rentals there was a time we were uncertain about our plans for vacation but Tina was extraordinarily kind and understanding with us. We asked for a beach cart and she had one delivered while we were on site. If you’re flying in you shouldn’t need anything except your clothes and food as she has everything you could need: abundant linens, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space to stretch out for everyone. We would certainly rent any of her properties again.
