Adorable cottage in Easton's Point. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 (plus full sleep sofa in living room). 4 guests allowed to book, but you may have up to two guests sometime during your stay. Meticulously maintained, hardwood floors, granite counters, updated bathroom. Decorated in a beach theme. Located in desirable Easton's Point, easy walk , 1/10 of a mile to entrance of first beach (Easton beach), Cliff Walk, Norman Bird Sanctuary, Second Beach (Sachuest), Third Beach, and Newport Vineyards. One mile to Newport center and to mansions. Perfect family or couples get away. Covered porch with rockers, cozy living room with large flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. The location of this cottage is ideal especially during July 4 week when it can be tough to park at the beaches. We found the beds very comfortable and also enjoyed sitting on the peaceful front porch. This cottage had everything we needed. Hope to stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely cottage. It exceeded all of our expectations. The cottage itself is extremely comfortable and is conveniently located. We enjoyed many excellent meals, highlights being breakfasts at YiaYia’s Cafe (in the Sea Breeze Inn) and dinner at The White Horse Tavern. Visiting the mansions was great fun, as was a day trip to the Mystic Seaport Museum. All in all, it’s been a great trip and we’re very thankful to our hosts for their responsiveness and kindness.

This was one of my best relaxing stays ever in Newport! The cottage was just enough space and had all the amenities you needed. The porch with rocking chairs, the little table to have breakfast and tea in the morning, the spacious fridge with all needed appliances so I could bring over fruit and snacks. Chuck and Debbie welcomed us with a note and wine bottle and loads of recommendations. I’m a Newport regular but still loved that attention to detail and ensuring I was comfortable. Check in was a breeze and so easy to get in and check out. Parking spot included was a huge perk as well as the location. I wanted to be close to sachuest beach as it’s my go to and it was a 2 min drive down the street. Loved loved loved my stay, will be staying here every summer to come :) thanks Chuck and Debbie!!!

We couldn’t ask for better hosts than Debbie and Chuck. From our very first correspondence with them, asking about their property, to final questions we had the days leading up to our arrival, their responses were prompt, cordial and extremely helpful. The property itself was incredibly clean and well stocked with the essentials needed for a home away from home. The pictures in the listing are accurate, but they don’t do justice to what we saw when we first walked in. It is an absolutely gorgeous home. The information packet they provided (more like a book!) gives details on everything you would need to know about the property itself, as well as awesome suggestions for places to dine and things to do in the area. My husband and I took my parents here to celebrate their 60th birthdays, and we had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect, and the recommendations and help provided by the host was very appreciated. Incredibly responsive. We have been to Newport many times and love the area, and this cottage provided another memorable weekend for us. Would love to return - thanks for sharing your lovely cottage with us!

We really enjoyed every aspect of this property. The location was great (everything was less than 5 miles away it seemed). It was very clean, quiet. We even had a little bunny that would visit us a few times a day. Our host was excellent giving us suggestions and making the check in process so easy. When I go back to Newport (and I will!) this is where I will want to stay. Thank you!

A cozy cottage that was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was a nice size for 2 but may feel small for 4 adults. Quiet location but close to many restaurants and easy ride to downtown Newport. Enjoyed the porch and side yard in the afternoon sun. Would stay again!

This is a wonderful Cottage! The two bedrooms are very good in size and the kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you would need. The front porch has lots of room for great conversation with coffee or a glass of wine! The location to beaches, restaurants & shopping is perfect! Fast responses from the owners on any questions we had!! We highly recommend this Cottage if you're in the Newport area!!

Was worried that the cottage was too small but it ended up being very cozy and comfortable for all of us and had everything we needed. Loved the porch and the grasses and Rose of Sharon bushes that lended wonderful privacy to the cottage. The location can't be beat and the walk to First Beach was easy. Would highly recommend.

The hosts have thought of everything. Cottage features an amazing porch and side yard, so you can enjoy some together time, or sit in the sun with a good book on your own. Location is close to the beach and near town, as well. Thoroughly enjoyed!

We enjoyed our stay and location but were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness especially in the kitchen and bathroom and supplies in kitchen were minimal. Mold on the refrigerator and freezer, stains in the bathroom shower which really needs re-grouting, we told the host and sent him pictures at the beginning of our stay. He said he'd contact his cleaner but no one came or cleaned. The listing said "meticulously maintained" which was not accurate. Oh well, we still had a great vacation with friends in the area.

Charming cottage, fantastic location -- the perfect spot for a much needed getaway. The owners were super proactive about providing information on area restaurants, beaches and fun excursions. We followed many of their recommendations and were not disappointed. We very much appreciated the pristine condition of the house and the lush and lovely landscaping. Lovely property- close to everything. It was an easy walk to 1st beach and some great dinning options. Chuck was easy to reach - beautiful home- we will definitely be back. This was our first time using VRBO and Chuck and Debbie set the bar incredibly high!

What a lovely place! It's just the right size for a couple or even for a couple of couples. And a dog or two. The location is perfect both for daytrips and for quick outings. Downtown Newport with restaurants and vistas is minutes away. Local beaches are within walking distance. The cottage is well cared for and is extremely comfortable. The hosts are responsive and easy to communicate with. A perfect choice for self-sufficient relaxed guests.

Advantages are definitely location, location, location! Convenient to cliff walk, Bellevue shopping and restaurants and wonderful Beach1. Sweet tiny cottage, good for 2 adults and a baby. The petite Bathroom could use updating. Porch was delightful.

The cottage is situated perfectly to get to beaches, the Cliff Walk and the Newport mansions as well as the Thames Street area very easily. We brought bikes and reached most destinations easily this way! The cottage itself was cozy and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our visit very much.

We loved the location of the cottage- 5 minute walk to the beach and although on a busy road, it is quiet and set back and there was a perfect neighborhood to walk our dog. We loved the outdoor area for relaxing after the beach or in the evening sipping drinks. Chuck was easy to communicate with from the beginning, there is attention to every detail, and prompt responses to questions before and during our stay.

We had a great time at the Sea Breeze Cottage. Chuck and Debbie were wonderful hosts. The cottage is small, but well appointed and we were very comfortable. We loved the rocking chairs on the porch and eating in the side yard. First beach is less than five minutes on foot, Second Beach is less than 10. Second Beach is definitely less crowded. Local restaurants are great and everyone was using COVID precautions. If traveling with children, you should note that there are no sidewalks when walking to the beach, and the walk feels a bit precarious as cars do speed down Purgatory Rd. Also, it didn’t really matter for us, but there are no TV sets in the bedrooms.

Chuck and Debbie are very kind and communicative They were quick to respond to any questions and the material they provided was very helpful. The cottage is very cute but a little cramped for more than 2 people. The porch is wonderful and provides a great space for enjoying breeze and sunshine My main complaint is noise - from neighbors due to proximity of properties and main street which is quite busy.
