THE FUN STUFF:
This Mountain home is more than just a Condo, or a room for the night. Our Mountain Home is located slope side in the Stoneridge community on Boomerang trail, double the ski/in out days of most homes on the mountain. Our Guests find our Home to be warm, cozy, and inviting, and steps away from skiable terrain. In addition to our location on Boomerang, we are directly in front of Goosebumps, so you can sit in the living room and watch the adventure seekers pick their line down one of the only expert slopes in the State. If you are familiar with Seven Springs you already know our location is fabulous. The exterior photos are actually of our building, not just some stock footage photo.

For Summer rentals we are in a great location. Our home is located at the top of the mountain, which has amazing views, along with a great mountain breeze.

We have 2 balconies, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, or your nightcap.

The outdoor pool is less than 100 yards away, and has ample parking if you choose to drive.

Seven Springs offers a FREE shuttle service between our home and the Main Lodge, Adventure Center, Golf Course, and Sporting Clays, so you are never far away from the action.

We have customized our home to be very accommodating to outdoor enthusiasts, who are seeking adrenaline during the day and comfort at the same time.

When the snow is not on the ground, you can take advantage of everything our home and location has to offer:

-We are located about a mile from the Sporting Clays, which has a great restraunt, and hosts corporate events most of the year.

Our mountain home includes 3 Bedrooms, 1 Master Suite with a King Size Bed (one of the only homes in Stoneridge with a king size bed), 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, and the 3rd bedroom is set up to sleep 4 (1 Set of bunks, and a day bed with a trundle).

Common Area includes a kitchen, dining, and living room space. The sofa folds out into a queen size bed. We have also included a pub table near the windows to enjoy breakfast and the awesome views.

The Master bedroom, features a private entrance, King bed, floor to ceiling windows, private balcony, and HD TV with TIVO (DVR).

The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed, large window with mountain view and HD TV.

The 3rd Bedroom, is perfect for Kids, and Ski Bums alike, features a Bunk Bed set (twin on top, and Full Futon on bottom), along with a twin daybed with a trundle bed. The 3rd bedroom also includes an HD TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refridge-Ice Maker, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, and other necessities to make you feel at home!

Outdoor and common Areas: Please note in accordance with Vrbo's policy on surveillance devices at a property. We reserve the right to use surveillance cameras, on the exterior of the property, in areas that would be considered public spaces. These devices consist of a Video Doorbell (Ring or Equivalent) and cameras positioned on both balconies (potential Points of entrance). These devices are for security concerns only.

It's a well-appointed, spacious condo with a great mountaintop view. We drove down to the pool/hot tub a couple times, where you can meet some other guests. We also drove down to the main hotel/resort area to enjoy some amenities. We walked once and drove once up to Lake Tahoe which was awesome. One day we went to Laurel Hill State Park which was also cool. We would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at stone ridge condos at seven springs resort! It was a last minute trip, great location, beautiful area. The condo is in excellent condition, clean and plenty of room. We had 6 of us that stayed, 2 adults and 4 teens. Just a quick drive or walk to get to the pool and tennis courts/basketball courts. We were able to watch the 4th fireworks from the balcony, it’s a quick 5 min drive down to the resort for all kinds of activities and some great restaurants. Check in and out were easy and the owner is really easy to communicate with and left easy instructions on how to use everything in the condo. We had a great time and are hoping to return during the winter months!

We had a great stay even though the weather didn't give us any snow for skiing. The condo and the amenities were great so we had plenty of things to do. The entire family, especially our kids appreciated all the USB ports throughout the house. Thank you to Ron for our great stay.

We had a great weekend stay at this property! Ski in/ski out, the location is awesome! The condo is well equipped and very well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again. The host was exceptional. Very attentive and polite. Hope to come back next year!

The property, location and owner exceeded our expectations. The decor had a cozy, modern ski theme that was thoughtfully carried throughout the home. The amenities provided everything we needed for preparing meals and family entertainment after dinner. If you are an all day skier, the location is convenient for you to grab lunch, take a short break and be right back on the slopes. The owner was very detail oriented with his communications and quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a perfect ski getaway!

We had a great time - the location and view were fantastic. Kids already are asking to go back next year. Bonus - we had 8 inches of fresh snow and weather stayed cold enough to make snow the entire long weekend.

Host was great, attentive and proactive to make sure we had all we needed and well informed coming in. He is very organized and the place was great. Has everything we needed. Ski in/ski out is super important to me and this place did not disappoint. You do have to walk down some stairs, but then you are right on a nice trail, easy green to make your way down to the lift. Thanks for a great place, would definitely go back.

My family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed for two night and really enjoyed the place. It's right on the Boomerang ski slope - which unfortunately was closed because it was early-season, but the shuttle to the main lodge was quick and easy and picked us up steps from the ski lockers. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped and well-cared for, fully stocked with the essentials, including towels, toiletries and and a selection of pillows. The switches for the gas line and fireplace are a little quirky but a snap to use with the videos Ron provided. Speaking of which, Ron was super-responsive and helpful, and had lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Overall excellent experience.

Condo was very nice. Great location, beautiful view, very high tech with lots of custom lighting, Extremely comfortable and very clean. Especially enjoyed the sporting equipment in the locker and access to tennis courts, Pickleball, pools and hot tub. Great and fast communication when I had questions. Highly recommend.

Stayed for an extended long weekend in the summer. Property was clean, roomy for a family of 4, and the owner was very responsive/helpful! My kids loved the views, the balcony, the pool, the resort, and the bunk bed room. Golf course was close and great for myself.Our stay was amazing!

This condo was very clean, comfortable, and convenient! It had everything we needed for a great ski weekend. We could walk right out on the slope, or right out to the shuttle stop. We would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the host was great. Detailed property instructions and info about the resort were very helpful. Everything in the home was labeled which made it so easy. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed watching the activity on the slope. The ski lockers made it easy to store equipment. We also ordered groceries ahead of time and had them delivered to the property. Our family would rent this property again. We had fun!

Communication was clear and proactive, checkin seamless. Condo was clean and having the ski locker was convenient for our group. The access to the slope out back was easy for the “green” skier in our group. Having the games, conveniences from home (TP, paper towels, shampoos and other extras) made us focus on fun!

We do a girls trip every year to seven spring and this year decided to stay in the villages. This property is a gem! Everyone has so much space! The decor and view are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and you have everything you would need for your stay! Ron is an absolute joy to work with! His communication is like none other. He answered all my questions and responded to my texts whenever I needed him or had questions. If your considering staying here, just book it! You won’t be disappointed!

My family of 5 adults stayed here for the long 4th of July weekend. The condo was beautiful and just perfect for us. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view. We spent one day relaxing by the nearby pool. The next day we took the short drive to ohiopyle and spent the day white water rafting. In the evening we headed down to the resort to try our hand at axe throwing, then went back to the condo to enjoy the fireworks display. The condo was very well stocked! We didn’t need to pack soap, shampoo, or even a hair dryer! And there were even some games for us to play! Ron was wonderful and answered immediately if we had a question. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Ron!

The owner has truly tried to think of everything you will need. This is both in the instructions and the actual condo. Everything is labeled in the units. Everything is new and updated. The ease of having our own code to get in and out of the house is outstanding. And the ski lockers have the same code to access games/sports equipment to play with was very nice. Owner was super responsive with any questions that we had. We stayed for the summer and would stay again for skiing if we ever choose to go to 7 springs for the winter.

We have stayed in numerous homes at Seven Springs, this is by far the nicest! A few steps from the parking lot but the views make up for it! Touches we loved! Well appointed, clean, clean, clean! Towels, bedding, even shampoo and soap. The best way the describe the decor is “rustic modern”, even the window shades are motorised! This home has a gas range! We have never had that in any other home we have stayed in at Seven Springs.

We loved every single aspect of this rental experience. The rental process is seamless and the owner is quick to respond with any questions we had. The rental details provided are exact and easy to follow. The condo is super clean and the decor and furnishings are incredible. The beds are all very comfortable. We loved the location. And the views are amazing. It’s fun watching the skiers from the two porches overlooking the trail and entrance to the slopes. The atmosphere is great. This is definitely a 4-season location. We all definitely plan on coming back soon. If you’re thinking of renting, this is the perfect spot for you!!

Snow was falling from check in and checkout at this wonderful ski in/ski out property making it an amazing winter weekend. Ron is great to book through making the entire experience seamless. The property has everything you need. It is clean, cozy yet spacious with beautiful decor. We are returning guests looking forward to staying again next ski season. The property’s amazing views would be lovely during the spring, summer and fall months as well.
