Located on the first floor [with elevator] of an 80's building, the apartment is set in one of the most noble and historically rich areas of Guimarães, close to the Old Guimarães Market [present Platform of Arts and Creativity] and therefore scarce. meters from Largo do Toural and Guimarães Historic Center [classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site].
Less than 5 min. walking distance you will find not only Largo da Oliveira and Praça de S. Tiago, as well as Toural Square, Vila Flor Cultural Center and the Arts and Creativity Platform [José de Guimarães International Arts Center] - main stages of the celebrations of the European Capital of Culture in 2012 - as well as D. Afonso Henriques.

It is a city whose roots date from the tenth century, making it one of the oldest in Portugal. Known as the "Cradle of Nationality", its Historic Center was classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 2001. In 2012 it was named European Capital of Culture and in 2013 European Capital of Sport.
In addition to its main attractions [Guimarães Castle, Palace of the Dukes of Bragança, Largo da Oliveira, S.
