The serene, private rental retreat is perfect for families or couples traveling together, and it can comfortably sleep 10 (but with enough beds for 14 max). Our 3-story cabin is freshly painted and newly furnished. Within the Sky Valley resort, you'll have access to the clubhouse pool for ultimate relaxation. Or play a few rounds of golf in the world-class course located inside the resort!

:::LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!:::

Our cabin is located inside the Sky Valley Resort. It's also centrally located within many nearby waterfalls, overlooks, and hiking trails in the Sky Valley, Highlands, Dillard, and Clayton cities that are between 5-20 minute drives. A five-minute drive will take you the prefect zip lining spot at Highlands Aerial Park. And if wineries and distilleries are your thing, make sure to stop at 12 Spies Winery or the RM Rose Distillery for some fire whiskey! If you're interested in antiquing and great dining options, then Highlands is your go-to and it's a scenic 20-minute drive.

Main level (2nd floor): Master bedroom, full bath, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and balcony:

For your convenience and comfort, the master bedroom (which comes with a queen size bed) and a separate full bathroom are located on the main level (2nd floor). A guest bedroom with two full beds is located on the same floor. Each room has its own TV.

For a breath of fresh mountain air, step out onto the spacious, wrap-around loft balcony. Here you'll find plenty of space, seating options, and amenities, including a bistro table, stools, rocking chairs, and a grill. So grab your morning coffee, feast the afternoon away, or relax under the stars alongside the beautiful mountains.

The fully-equipped kitchen is great for whipping up your favorite dishes and also includes a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The open-concept living area offers floor-to-ceiling windows that enhance the picturesque views wherever you look. You won't get tired of this gorgeous scenery! To make you even cozier and more comfortable, the living room comes with its very own fireplace, so you can truly relax on a peaceful evening. The space opens into a quaint dining room as well.

Loft area(3rd level) with king size bed:

On the top level, you'll find a private loft for those in need of some extra quiet time for a good night's sleep. The king-size bed comfortably sleeps two and comes with its own 1/2 private bathroom. This is ideal for anyone who wants to take it easy away from the excitement of the main floor.

Basement (1st level): two guest bedrooms, family + entertainment room, and deck:

There's more cozy comfort to greet you as you explore the cabin. The finished basement has two bedrooms--one with two queen beds and one with a king-size bed--and a second full bath.

And there's more room for play and entertainment in the smartly appointed family room, which comes ready with a cushy love seat and sofa with pull-out queen size bed. So play a game of foosball while an electric fireplace in the room enhances the rustic atmosphere. Or, watch the game or latest movie on the 50-inch TV screen. For those looking to stay connected on their digital devices, the cabin is equipped with fast-speed Wi-Fi.
