We had a wonderful beach vacation in Indian Rocks Beach at Oceanside Condominiums! The condo was very spacious and comfortable for 7 adults and a teen, and it had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and of course, being able to walk out of the condo building onto the beach is fantastic. The two parking spaces were great for our two trucks. There are restaurants and shops nearby within a short walking distance, and we liked being so close to Clearwater Beach and all the other beach towns in the area. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Indian Rocks Beach!

Its always a pleasure to stay at Oceanside. This unit is one of two, 3bedroom units. It is the most spacious unit I have stayed in. Wonderful place for a large family.

I’ve stayed a lot of houses and condos and this is the 1st that literally has EVERYTHING; beach chairs, toys, iron, hair dryer, you name it! Lots of room too!

This property looks much better in person than the pics. Upgrades have definitely been made since this listing was posted. Very spacious, comfortable beds, and the host was easy to communicate with. We had 5 kids and 4 adults, but never felt overcrowded. Plenty of beach gear in the condo. Cooler, beach umbrellas, chairs, toys…. The gas grill was conveniently located next to the pool. Publix & WalMart are a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of local shops & restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely try to make a return trip.

This Condo was very spacious, clean, so much room, had towels, beach towels and all the beach stuff you needed. You have the beach, pool and hot tub. It had everything we needed for a family of 6. It was very convient location too.

We all loved our stay! The condo was very clean and well furnished. It is very spacious with a kitchen that has everything for meal prepping. It even had a pack n play and stroller for our little one. This condo is in a great location - right off the beach. So great to get to walk along the Gulf each day. We were able to walk to many restaurants, shops and even a coffee place. We are definitely going to stay here again!

Great Location and Very Clean Condo upon arriving. Beds are comfortable, Newer Washer and Dryer that will get the clothes clean. Plenty of clean good towels. We were there 3 weeks and had no issues. Hosts local and are awesome.

We enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint was the group above us was very loud (like woke us up at all hours and sounded like they were remodeling any time they were there, even at all hours of night) we recognize the owner has no control over this. Luckily they were only there part of our 10 day stay. The space is a great lay-out and gave us (3 generations) enough space to be together or apart when we needed. House was well stocked with everything needed to cook, clean up a spill, or relax at the beach. *Note* this condo is on road side and does not overlook the beach, the description states intercoastal view and is accurate. I didnt realize this when booking and thought we'd be able to watch sunset. On the plus side we didnt have afternoon sun baking us.

We did not need for anything - they even had beach towels ! Loved the spacious 3 bedroom with lots of kitchen/living area ! Balcony was nice especially at night it wasn’t hot from the sun. Pool and being steps from beach makes this ideal. Weather was gorgeous this time of year- also a few restaurants within walking distance is a plus !

Better than online pictures. Lots of room in the condo. Beach was great . The only thing was the dryer in the laundry room doesn’t dry clothes very well . May need to have someone look into that. But 5 star in my book . Thanks

My family and I have been visiting Indian Shores for many years. Each year we stayed in the same condo and thought it was the best one around. Well.....were we wrong. This year we needed a bigger condo and I decided to rent from George. We have found our new goto condo when visiting Indian Shores. The website pictures do not convey how large this condo is in size. It is massive and had plenty of room for the 8 people on our trip (all adults). There are two parking spots for this condo which is a major plus. It has a washer and dryer which in the unit which was very convenient. The condo is next to some stairs. We did not use the elevator even when bringing food into the condo. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. I do the vacation planning for my family. My wife said, "You outdid yourself this time." I would highly encourage any family who needs a place in Indian Shores to consider this condo.

We loved our time here. The condo was specious and had more than enough beds, pillows, blankets for all who stayed. There were beach chairs, sand toys and so many different things to play with while on the beach- we rarely made the pool! We would highly recommend to anyone with kids. The location was great, beach wonderful. The condo was very large and had plenty of room for 5 adults and one child. More light is needed in the the dining room. The kitchen needs more plates and silverware. Also more trash bags would be helpful. George was attentive to the disposal not working.

Second year coming to George’s place! We find it very spacious for our family! There r 11 of us and we all fit comfortably. It does lack kitchen items if you wanted to cook but other than that it’s a great spot! We would diffidently come back!

It is located on the beach in quaint Indian Rocks Beach and was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. This was our first family vacation to Florida as we have always gone to Myrtle beach, however we will definitely be coming back!!! The property was very nice actually more than we expected as far as fun beach stuff and options for sleeping arrangements as well. We even found yet another bed on the last night of our stay. This was most defiantly the best condo experience we have had even I have had as I have been vacationing in the area since I was a kid with my parents over the last 30+ years.

What a beautiful property! Our family consisted of Grandma and Grandpa, 5 grandkids ages 13, 11, 4, 4, and 1, and 4 adults. This space was wonderful for us. Very spacious, room for the kids to run around and we were above the parking garage, so we didn't have to worry about the kids disturbing those below us. Kitchen was wonderful, big, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc to cook all week long. (Probably could've used an additional beer fridge, but oh well. lol) Tons of sand toys, chairs, umbrellas. The pool was wonderful (heated) the jacuzzi was great as well. Easy access to the beach, the beach area wasn't crowded, plenty of room to play! Honestly, the only thing I would've changed would've been the view, I like facing the ocean, and this room faces the bay and the road, but we also enjoyed people watching and the beautiful sunrise from the patio. The place is very clean, easy to park, close enough to walk to a few great restaurants and CVS. Grocery stores are close by for a drive as well. Short drive to St Johns Pass too if you want more of a commercial setting. We enjoy the quietness of where we stayed. Will definitely book here again!

George's IRB condo was perfect for our family of 5 and could easily accommodate more. It was very spacious and open. Washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. Right on the beach and across from the intercoastal, my kids loved fishing all week. We had a small issue at the beginning of the week that George responded to and resolved quickly. We will definitely be going back. George was great!!

Wonderful first visit to Indian Rocks Beach

We had a great experience and stay at this property! Great location for easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, and beach access. Only a short drive to Adventure Island water park and Johns Pass village which were both fun for kids and adults! The condo was clean, full of all needed amenities including beach toys and chairs, and lots of space for even large families to relax and have fun. The condo owner was easy to get in touch with for any questions or concerns and made us feel comfortable during our stay. Future improvements for the complex would be an easier walkway to the beach and a larger pool area would be nice, but overall it was a great vacation and would recommend for others to visit this property and enjoy Indian Rocks Beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great. The condo was clean and spacious. We really appreciated the closet of beach toys/supplies and having the washer and dryer available. We watched sunrises from the covered balcony and sunsets from the beach. The kids loved ending their beach days in the heated pool. We just left this morning and the kids are already asking when we can go back! Thank you!
