The three of us wanted a short getaway and Mandeville was perfect! Situated in a small cul de sac thus we were away from

It was quiet, clean and super friendly staff…it was very cozy BnB

There wasn’t much to unlike and I didn’t have any negative views about the property…I wholly recommend the property to others for a relaxing stay.

Worth a visit!

The entire place has been designed with care and a funky sprit. We very much enjoyed the little details in the paintings, antiques, and furniture. The Indian food in the breakfast menu was good.

Breakfast is not served hot, especially toast, eggs and baked beans. The sausages were undercooked and cold. As more hotels and BnBs are moving towards being socially and environmentally responsible, it would be good to see Mandeville take steps to avoid plastic. Simple things like stopping the use of butter sachets and plastic water bottles would be an enormous contribution to Kokata and Planet Earth.

A beautiful B&B, with lovely decor and comfortable amenities.

The breakfast was nice, the staff very friendly, and most of all the place is beautiful, with lovely furnishing, art, retro touches!

The noise from the other rooms was loud. I could hear the TV shouting, people snoring, etc. Also the location is a little bit away from cafes and restaurants so not so central.

Good Stay But Can Be Made Better

A beautiful boutique home curated carefully keeping attention to details. I specially loved the wooden touches here and there throughout the house. The room itself is beautiful but somewhat smaller. Moving on to the food, they serve smacking delicious dishes. The fish chops were amazing and came with chips and dip.

After charging a good amount per day … they should keep the space sparkling clean. But on the contrary the corners were full of dust.

Room was spacious and comfortable, location is away from the main roads and traffic

Poor communication, room service was done only on request, and we weren't informed of this. The bedroom floor was not clean. A few minutes barefoot in the room turned the soles of our feet black and no bedroom slippers were provided. Bathroom mats were also not replaced after room service. Not worth the premium price, though rooms are spacious and comfortable.

cute and homey, with decent amenities

rooms are all adjoining so very little sound insulation or privacy, you will be one with yo ur neighbors’ posse. Wi-Fi is not secure enough to use a laptop.

Superb

The place was small but very clean. Breakfast was good but kitchen facilities were not available at all times. My booking was almost cancelled after 2 days of stay because some other party needed multiple rooms. However they sorted out the issue and continued my booking for the confirmed days fortunately.

I reached the property at 9pm in the night and after a whole day of travel the kitchen had closed and I had to make food arrangements from outside.

It's a boutique hotel that has a nice decor. Comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Just the shower water kept flooding out of the shower area. We informed the hotel of the same.

It is good. Eggs and saussages should also be offered in buffet mode. Coffe aor tea dispense would have been better.

Everything was simply great and well arranged. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, but still central. The breakfast was simple and tasty. I would stay here again.

Exceeded expectations!

Had a wonderful stay at The Mandeville, Nygel and team were very attentive of our needs from even before we reached there. All our requests were met with a smile, room service was exceptional. In terms of location, the property is at a slight distance from the airport but transport is readily available, and the mall/market is quite near. The rooms are very tastefully done, with an old world charm, the double bedroom is very spacious. Quite satisfied with the stay overall. Will definitely visit again!
