Was good to sleep as that’s what we were there for.

The pool was nice

The property didn’t have aircon, cooking facilities. These weren’t stated in the ad. Owners said if we wanted those we had to select filters. Inside the property these were available but were considered as faulty and not council approved. Also we were not allowed visitors. One night when we returned we had to park down the road as they had visitors who took the parking spaces that were available for us to use. Kitchen bench was always covered in ants. Couch had a big hole in the middle underneath the cushions making it uncomfortable to sit on. I felt like we were discriminated from our tattoos. We just needed a place to sleep and the owners said there’s a lot of things they couldn’t have due to council approval. In this case this property shouldn’t be rented out until council approval. Also ad says 1 bedroom apartment. It’s a pool house in the back yard of owners property.

Good place for an overnight stay.

The pool was very much appreciated. The location was perfect for my needs. It was quiet but easy to find. The accommodation was big enough for one person.

The bed was a little small and the air conditioning wasn't working.

Clean and spacious pool house near the river - a good place to stay!

The gorgeous pool is the best part of this rental! Within walking distance of the river and parks, this spacious pool house had no fuss-tiled floors, two clean single beds and a good-sized fridge with a freezer. The owners were friendly and kind, even when I locked myself out.

No washing machine or fry pan. The cooking was a microwave and/or cold prep only.

Superb

I enjoyed the location, it is quite but not remote, with 2 sets of shops and amenities close. There is easy and quick access to the highway system. The apartment is large and airy. The hosts are welcoming and i really enjoyed my short stay.

Unfortunately for me i arrived in the middle of winter and i felt the cold. A heater is supplied, but I had to keep it running all the time. There are extra blankets for the bed and i slept well, but during the day it annoys me to keep the heater running. In 4 weeks time this won't be an issue.

Bed was good, location was good. the area is fairly spacious though. the host is friendly . i was not looking for a airbnd style and did not realised booking.com has one.

it is winter and the living room do not comes with air conditioner or heater. a very small heat blower was given and it could not even warm my leg needless to say the room and still have to juggle btw the living and the bedroom. in the summer i assume it will be hot and stuffy as the living room air con is not working and the bedroom do not have any air con. Tthe cooker was spoiled , parking is at main road and the route to the house behind the main building is not user friendly to luggage. during a wet winter, the room is cold without the heater. so it is very bad when you need to move from the main road to the building during a raining day .

Suited us for the 3 nights

The beds were very comfortable. It’s a quiet location in a leafy suburb

The property was fairly bare. No rugs on the floor or a tablecloth on the table. Also the cleanliness left to be desired. A bit difficult to carry your luggage around since the appartement is in the backyard. Landlady very friendly and accommodation very reasonable priced

It's in a beautiful residential area

I arrived late due to plane trouble, but they welcomed me without complaining. It's in a beautiful residential area, so every house was nice. I lived in a small country, so I was happy just by walking. thank you

There are buses, but I recommend renting a car.

Location was excellent for what we required. Relaxing vista over the pool. Fan provided as aircon was broken

Lounge extremely uncomfortable. Had to be careful when using electrical devices, as they would trip. This needs to be fixed. Even though we knew the aircon was not functioning, to have this working would have made the whole stay far more pleasant.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was just what I needed! I was grateful the host alerted me about no air

The host was gracious and welcoming. The room was very clean. The essential items of a kettle and crockery were available. Body wash and dish detergent were available. The linen was good quality and useful.

No cooking facilities. No aircon. The front door doesn’t have a fly screen, it would be helpful to have the door open to allow the rooms to cool. Door stops would be useful, to allow the breeze in, without the door banging on the walls or equipment. A flannel/ wash cloth would be beneficial. There are only fluorescent lights. A lamp in each room would make more pleasant lighting in the evening, rather than the fluorescent lights.

Fantastic place for stays in the cooler months

This place is located in the back garden of a residential home located in a leafy neighbourhood. It's private, with nice lawns surrounding it. It's spacious, with a very nice and spacious livingroom/breakfast bar - ideal for relaxing or for working at the table. The hosts were very friendly and accomodating with checkin and checkout.

For this time of year, the apartment would benefit from airconditioning. A pedestal fan was provided, and helped somewhat.

The inside of the accommodation was neat, clean and comfortable, as advertised.

The outside area was not neat and cared for as in the picture. Host contacted us 4 days before our arrival to tell us the pool was leaking and couldn't be used. No extras we're offered to compensate. We couldn't connect to the wi-fi on arrival - essential for letting family know we'd arrived safely. After mentioning this to the host, they did sort the wi-fi out, and we had a comfortable stay.

The property was in a great location and included everything to make our short stay comfortable. it was clean, had great facilities, comfortable beds and the hosts were lovely and incredibly hospitable and accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that wasn’t so great was that the aircon and stove top didn’t work. BUT, the hosts told us beforehand so we were aware when we booked our stay and they supplied a great fan which made our stay more comfortable. we did not mind at all as we were aware and the hosts provided alternative items to meet our needs, which was greatly appreciated.

host was very friendly in general the place was nice to stay at just needs a few more comforts of home

it was nice and roomy

water temp was on low we had to boost it up. vacuum needed to be cleaned out as it was blocked we did that and they need to fix the appliances that are out of order and if that means it will cost a bit more to stay there then so be it but having it all tiled makes it very cold and we had to have the oil heater on all night to warm it up which in the long term will cost more in power than having some carpet rug down.

Disgraceful, stay away..

Nothing, we had no a/c and no cooking facilities absolutely disgraceful during 40+ degree days.

Very disappointing. It did not meet my expectations of the definition of an apartment.

Comfortable beds and location.

No cooking facilities or utensils. Stove disconnected and I believe was out of order and looked like it had been for some time. No complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk. No air conditioning No hairdryer or tissues provided. No toaster. TV had an indoor aerial so limited viewing.

Very friendly hosts (and neighbours. The place may be basic, but it's really comfortable. The lovely pool looked so inviting but the weather was a little cool in the mornings, and we were usually out with family for the day. The roses are beautiful. The microwave is good too. We had our own transport so I'm not sure how convenient this is to public transport. I expect it would be good as it's so close to town.

The only cooking option is a microwave but it works well. I recommend bringing your own tea, coffee ànd sweeteners so they're fresh.

Did not have breakfast. Location required the guest to have their own transport. Minimal bus service. This should be mentioned on website. Hosts were very welcoming and kind.

Superb

Hospitality was fantastic owners were very helpful in extending the stay due to quarantine requirements. They even provided some home cooked meals that were delicious. Owners allowed for late checkout on last day due to last minute flight changes.

Air conditioning and cooking facilities were not operational however a small heater was provided

Pleasant location if you have a car. Staff member was very welcoming and kind. However the facilities could be better for the cost value. The air-conditioning does not work and there was only one small fan standing which did not keep the living room cool on a hot weather. Thus, bedroom was also hot. The light near the kitchen was also not working. The floors are all tiles with no carpets or summer rugs for those who don't wear shoes/slippers indoors. Flooring was also uneven. The property was more like a hostel. If there will be improvement on these areas, the property will be more suitable for accommodation. Thank you

Hot break, no pool, as advertised, ready 2 use!

The host.

The pool was not ready 2 use. The flat was so hot. The outside fridge was not working hardly at all.the bar fridge, in the flat has no door attached, + so small. The fan was not adequate. we were Disappointed with our trip from Mandurah 2 Dalkeith. The walk from the road was uneven + seems like a long way, in the heat. We took alot of stuff,.so it was hard.
