The home faces west for great afternoon sunlight while most Park City homes are in the cold shade. The house is perched on the mountainside and, though it’s in a residential area, it is both private and quiet. Please note, Park City is a mountain town and the home is built on the side of the mountain. It’s not flat:). Many people comment that they weren’t prepared for the hills – just know the house has many stairs and the whole town is at elevation and VERY HILLY. This is what makes it so beautiful and charming!
Our home provides plenty of parking, but you can also manage without a car. You can walk to most everything: restaurants, spa, library, parks and cafes. In addition, The Park City Old Town Transit Center is a 5-10 minute walk and provides shuttles to all resorts and all around Park City.
Features:
• Private stairs and short walk from Old town Main Street (less than 5 minutes). Note – stairs are not always accessible in the winter months. When they are not accessible, you would walk down Ontario Ave.
• High-speed Wireless Internet
• 4 HDTV's
• Slate and hardwood floors throughout
• Lodge mud room with benches and gear hangers
• Ceiling fans. The house does not have air conditioning. We do not list it, but people sometimes assume it. With the fresh mountain air, you don’t need it! At its warmest, the house can be managed by keeping skylights open in top floor, along with windows in the lower floors for adequate air flow. In addition, even on the hottest days (in the 80’s), the evenings cool almost immediately. This is common for these historic mountain homes – and it’s totally manageable. Regular fans are also provided in the home, if needed.
Come and visit BEAUTIFUL Park City - you will LOVE it, no matter the season!
Note: we do not host wedding parties.

Excellent location, perfect for a group. The garage was extra helpful for storing bikes or gear. You can bike or walk to most of the trails, shuttles or resorts around Park City from here. Has everything you could want for a summer retreat.

Family from 4 generations enjoyed outdoors with hiking and scenic views.

Super nice home with more amenities than what ive rented previously. From kitchen ware, etc to pool table and poker chips the home was well provisioned. The location was a short walk to main street which we enjoyed daily. Four legit bedrooms with one having a robust bunk bed. The mattress in the loft of the foyer is suitable for a teen or ypunger.

Our family, including 8 adults and 4 kids, had a wonderful time in this beautiful Park City house. The location was excellent and we really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and grill, but most of all, we loved the gorgeous views from the balconies! We all felt much healthier after walking many flights of stairs while there (it was exactly as described) and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to be close to downtown Park City!

The location can't be beat! The home is lovely and provided space for our large family meals as well as quiet spaces for small conversations. The host was helpful and available for questions.

Ideal Park City location for multiple activities in the area. Weddings, golf, nightlife, walking, you name it. Just a short walk up from historic Main Street with shops, restaurants and bars. Clean, plenty of room, loaded with toys and great views overlooking the city. Would definitely stay again.

Great living space, lots of options for sleeping, excellent location. Loved it, would stay here again

Our stay (group of eleven) at the ski lodge was wonderful. The host was communicative about the check in process and what to expect. The kitchen is stock well for bulk cooking needs, just check spices before shopping. The walk to town is very easy and you are close to public transit. If renting a car, 4 wheel is necessary during snow months the parking spot are tight so unload and then park. Overall wonderful stay.

Very nice property but lots of stairs

Had a great time staying here, host was super responsive and helpful, place was clean, well equipped, good location for main Street.
Should really think of this as a 4 bedroom place - there are additional couches, etc. but the loft bed is a stretch. We had young kids so it wasn't really an issue but could be harder with a group of adults.
Location is very close to main Street but quite a walk to the town lift up and down multiple stair cases and across a body road - it would be pretty difficult to make that walk with all of your ski gear.
Overall, really happy with our stay.

Plan to drive to the ski area or utilize the free ride service provided by the municipality. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked/dined in for every meal. Pool table was a bonus for our group. Hot tub offered a nice view of the village from the deck.

Great home for a family with lots of room to spread out. Host was available for any concerns and questions. Location was perfect for the non skiers that wanted to walk to Main Street. The pool table, hot tub, sauna, steam shower and jacuzzi tub were what set this property apart from the others. Can’t wait to return

Enjoyed our stay in Park city in this home. Short walk to everything including shuttle to ski lifts. Few thinks in the home didn’t work quite right upon arrival , but owner sent someone over right away to address and fix. Home had plenty of space for the eight of us and great layout for the kitchen , dining room and living room

My husband and I stayed with our grown sons and their significant others for a family wedding. Everything was perfect - the number of rooms and bathrooms on each floor. The outdoor space and the hot tub. The easy access to downtown Park City. We could walk out the door, down the stairs and be in the middle of the action. We enjoyed it so much we’d like to try it in the winter as well. This is the perfect stay for a large group.

Great place to stay. Close to the top of Main Street via staircase out of the back of the house. Home had lots of room for family to spread out and enjoy the amenities (pool table, hot tub, sauna, decks off of 2 levels).

This was a nice rental for our family group of 8. The rental had enough space for all of us to spread out when needed, and it also had large living room and dining room space when we all wanted to be together. We appreciated the central location - it truly is a very easy walk to the main street area. Also, we loved the deck in the mornings and evenings - not sure how you could find a rental with a better view. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Several members of our group enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay. It is important to pay attention to the description of the rental - there are a lot of steps. So, this rental should only be rented by people who are able to do that type of exercise. During the day, we appreciated the available fans as the week we were there was very warm. But, everyone slept comfortably at night due to the numerous windows and very comfortable evening temperatures.

Staying at Carmen’s house in Park City was so fun! We loved having the back staircase to use for walks into town and we enjoyed many meals out on the patio watching the sunsets. We are so appreciative to find places that are pet friendly, thank you Carmen!

Our large family really enjoyed our week. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. Hot tub and outdoor decks were great, and being basically a block from town was a great bonus!

This house was awesome for a large group. There was plenty of space, the location is amazing and right off Main Street in Park City. The owner was very open and helpful when we were looking for additional towels, and a friend may have left her necklace there and she reached out to the cleaners to look out for it. Overall great experience!

Great location for a large family ski vacation. Close to downtown for easy drop off and pick-up when shopping and dinning.
The home has one level up and two levels from the main entry which is very good to be able to hang out in a large group and also be able to find some space for peace and quiet.

House was great! Good views from the balcony. The hill to/from the house was a little steep and icy but that was warned multiple times in the description and with discussion with the owner. Nice kitchen. Comfortably fit our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Even had another 7 adults over one night for dinner and it was great. Excellent communication with the host regarding ongoing snow maintenance. Would recommend for family groups or multiple families.

Property was as advertised. Plenty of space, amenities, close to town. Family really enjoyed it!

We had a tremendous time. The location was perfect for the 8 of us. Even though we didn’t end up using the hot tub or sauna it was nice to have. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 cooks in our group. The views off the decks were amazing. Highly recommend. Carmen was quick to respond for anything we needed. Thanks for an amazing trip!!

The cleaning crew did a terrible job with the prior guests but our host had the situation taken care of promptly and removed the cleaning fee. Overall we loved the property and location. The amenities were great and multilevel made it easy to find quiet spaces even with a big group. Excellent access to main street and the ski lodges.
5.0 / 5.0
Everything was as advertised. The place was clean. Within walking distance to downtown and bus stop. It is on top of a hill which is my only negative thing. Other than that, everything was great and Carmen was an awesome host. May stay again in the future!

The house was gorgeous and offered great amenities including a sauna, hot tub, area for all the ski gear, and an open kitchen.
