About this apartment rental

Guests are sure to enjoy a quiet stay in this fully furnished, one bedroom, one bath, a living room with TV/cable and WiFi connectivity and selected streaming services, washer/dryer and a garage equipped with a universal electric vehicle charger. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a futon-style sleeper in the living room to comfortably accommodate two more people (total of four). The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/oven and countertop appliances for preparing and cooking light/easy meals for people on-the-go. The garage can easily fit a compact to mid-sized (gas or electric) auto. The unit is situated near a park with (2) lighted tennis courts, playground, picnic areas, and walking/biking trails and paths. Our travelers can enjoy a spacious patio/backyard with an 11-ft wide gate and 22-ft long driveway wide enough to accommodate a small camper or pick-up truck like a RAM 1500.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as shopping at La Encantada, Tucson Mall and Tucson Premium Outlets, hiking at Catalina State Park, Sabino Canyon, and Pima Canyon, golfing at the Hilton El Conquistador, Oro Valley Community Center, and The Views. Depending on the time of year, Tucson boasts of the annual Gem Show which usually runs end of January through the first week of February. I booked this rental for my Father who was in Tucson for a funeral. The host reached out to us a couple days before and asked if there was anything he needed including any particular drinks or snacks that he may want. After learning about the reason for the trip the hosts offered their condolences and offered additional bed options in case we needed to make room for anyone else to stay. The hosts met my father upon his arrival were extremely friendly and gracious. My father couldn't stop talking about how nice, clean and well stocked the rental was and how nice and friendly the hosts were. 10/10 if ever in the need we will definitely be booking this rental again.

Jeannie and Lewis were there to greet us and show us our unit. They let us know they were available if we needed anything, but gave us space. Their place is IMMACULATE and had everything we needed for a great stay! This unit is SO clean, you would think nobody had every stayed there before! So many personal and kind touches. Fruit and water were available to us upon our arrival, along with coffee. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. I personally, would feel safe traveling alone. I just hope their place is available the next time we are in town. Thank you Jeannie, Lewis and Lexus for opening your home to us. We had an awesome vacation and hope to see you in the near future. You are truly kind souls!

Both Lewis and Jeanne met us at the door when we arrived, and did a walk through with us, which was super helpful. The place was immaculate, and very thoughtful touches every where. At first I was concerned when an earlier reviewer mentioned there was no stove, which i didn’t notice in the pictures, but they have since brought in portable cooktops, which was great. There is also a little air fryer and a big crock pot, and numerous other goodies. Shampoo and soap are provided and we made good use of the washer/dryer. It was very quiet at night, save for the occasional beautiful coyote chorus (!). Bed was comfy (super soft linens) and nice, big bathroom. Jeanne emphasized “this is your home” and it really felt like it. Two big comfy recliners! Snacks! AND she hand delivered the full crop of 4 lemons off their tree!! It felt more like we were family than guests, although they never intruded on our privacy. I would very happy to stay here again. Recommend without reservation.

I love staying at this location. It has become my Home Away from Home when I come to Tucson. Lewis and Jeannie are wonderful hosts and the property is absolutely perfect. It is so well maintained. As a woman traveling alone, I have never felt unsafe and it meets all my needs.

The unit is perfect size for one or two people. The owners are very nice and right next door if you need anything. The best feature is a private garage to keep your car cool. It was in the mid 90's even in October.

This is the nicest property I have ever stayed at. It was spotless and there was everything that I needed. Lou and Jeannie were absolutely phenomenal!! They greeted me when I arrived and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was so very comfortable and will return!! Area was very nice as well.

This is a great place to stay, especially for a woman traveling alone. This was my second time to stay there and it will always be where I stay when I travel to Tucson. I will plan my trips around their availability. I feel perfectly safe there. I love having a garage with access to the unit so I don't have to go outside if I come home after dark. Jeannie and Lou are fabulous hosts and have thought of anything and everything that anyone might need during their stay.

Lewis and Jeanne have thought of everything that can make a traveler feel at home. They have anticipated anything you might need. I felt very comfortable staying there and very safe. I wasn't sure I would since I was traveling alone for the first time in many years, and I certainly did. My only "complaint" was I didn't have enough time there to enjoy this lovely place. The patio was very inviting but I didn't have time to even try it out. There is also a nice table and chairs in the front that would be perfect in the mornings; again, no time. The attached garage is spacious and easy to get in and out of. Lewis and Jeanne give a great walk-through introduction to the space that explains everything you need to know. I know where I'll be going when I have to go back to Oro Valley! Oh, and when I went east instead of west to find it, they were nice enough to come lead me to it! I've never known a hotel to do something like that! They are the best!

The host has thought of everything. All we had to bring in was our food. The furniture is not great for lounging but then again we were gone most of the daytime hours. Great safe neighborhood and very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at many VRBO places across the country. This is hands down, my favorite!! I rented this place for my parents because we didn't have enough room for them. The owners were very accommodating to their needs. They messaged me ,prior to the arrival,wanting to know what they might like in the gift basket. They inquired if anyone had allergies to dogs, which my mom does. They went above and beyond to make my parents stay a positive one. My parents arrived early and the owners insisted the check in. SinceI was at work,I couldn't help my parents so the owners were so kind to have my parents follow them to a local restaurant! That is beyond kind! This is the cleanest and most organized VRBO! They should all be like this one! On top of being clean it is a super cute! My parents had a comfortable stay and this is a very safe area! I will be using this VRBO for any future visits from family and friends!

This newer unit is clean, comfortable, and private. Anything you could possibly need is included. The hosts are super kind and accommodating. Our 5 year old daughter was their first child guest, they bought a child size table and chairs to help make her feel at home. They even had a welcome basket for her! Scenic desert walking trails and park just behind the house. Close to food, shopping, and entertainment in the beautiful safe Oro Valley area of northern Tucson. Thanks again!

Good experience. New building. Very clean. Somewhat isolated. Need car to access any amenities. Furniture is limited. Living room has two (somewhat comfortable) club chairs and a futon (not comfortable at all).

The host couple were so helpful and ready to make their condo a quiet, restful place for others! If you should need them, they were there quickly. We spent 36 days there & they have made a home for travelers that is compact, well stocked in every area ! I would definitily return to their condo.!!! They were extra prepared for us to arrive and made our stay a very happy time! The unit had many useful newer kitchen items, well stocked linens, a convenient washer/dryer, a large shower and extra supplies for more than 2. You will enjoy the friendly hosts who only want to make your travels as happy and convenient as possible. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit to the Oro Valley area of Tucson!!!!

This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance attached to the main house in a new development. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with all you need. Even has a garage if so inclined to use it. Perfect location for my house search in Sun City Oro Valley. Would definitely stay there again. The owners are very friendly, quite and don't intrude. Give it a try!

Perfect for north Tucson visit

This place is immaculate! Perfect for 1-2 people. Everything is virtually brand new and very well stocked with almost anything you'd need to feel at home. It's like a one bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. The only full appliance that is doesn't have is a stove, but that didn't matter as the microwave works as a convection oven. It's quiet and very comfortable, with DirecTv! I stayed so that I could play golf at courses all around Oro Valley. Centrally located and easy to get around. And the landlords were delightful. They let me know that I could ask them about the accommodations and local amenities, but they left me alone to do my own "thing." I came and went as I pleased. I truly recommend this place, and I plan to return next year.
