Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.
Sleeps: 8 in 4 bedrooms Beds: 1 x double bed, 1 x twin bed, 1 king size bed, 1 x bunk beds.
Accommodation Main sitting room: sea views. Ornamental fireplace, sofas and chairs, toy box, Smart TV. Second sitting room: decorative fireplace, two armchairs, two sofas. Kitchen: table and eight chairs, fridge freezer, dishwasher, range gas cooker, extractor fan, microwave. Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer, coat rack, Shower room: corner shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC, hand basin.
First floor: Bedroom 1: king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps. Sea view. Bedroom 2: twin beds, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps. Bathroom: Victorian style tiled walls and floor, large corner shower cubicle, traditional roll top bath, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail.
Second floor: Master bedroom: king sized bed, sofa, chest of drawers, hanging cupboard, bedside tables, lamps. Sea views. Bunk Room: bunk beds, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, hanging space. Bathroom: bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, handbasin, heated towel rail. Victorian style tiles on the walls and floor.
Entertainment: Smart TV. Outside: paved with mature shrubs and pergola, table and chairs. Shed for bicycles and beach paraphernalia. Parking: off street parking space in front of the garage (Garage belongs to the property but is used by owner for bicycle storage.) General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Central heating. No smoking. Pets: sorry, no pets. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
