Very clean / great location / nice view of the mountains / within 10 minutes of anywhere in Park City / excellent tv / one mile from downtown / 2 blocks from the grocery store one block from Starbuck’s / very quiet at night. We’ve been staying here the last 12 summers … and it’s been perfect for us!

We enjoyed staying at All Seasons and would stay there again. Communication ahead of time was excellent and everything is very clear. There’s a code to get in and instructions for everything else were great. Unit is exactly as promised and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, towels to use for the pool, soaps and shampoo included were a nice add. The ski locker is 50 feet from the bus stop and all of the buses that go by go to Park City base which is the next stop. We never waited more than 5 minutes and the ride is only a couple of minutes to the slopes. The stop for downtown park city is very short walk and the ride there is very short as well. We skied back everyday by just crossing the road and skiing across the field behind the building. Convenient location to drive in and out of and was plenty of parking underground. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing and is large. Highly recommend.

This place was exactly what I expected and better. Harlan was a very accommodating host! Answered all my questions and then some. Would definitely book here again. Be careful when using the washer/dryer combo in the condo. Use it for only your undergarments and lite loads. Full size washer/dryer on each floor. All of the convenience of home! Access to buses were right out front! Park City knows how to get people around. Very friendly bus drivers. Grocery store were a block away. Can’t wait to return!!

Wonderful location a short walk from Park City Resort base and grocery store. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent bed set-up in bedrooms with two good sized bathrooms. The hot tub was a must after a day of skiing. Perfect place for a convenient ski vacation stay.

We had an amazing vacation. The accommodations and location could not be beat. Easy bus access, walk to mountain village and ski back, easy walk to groceries etc.. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful with questions throughout the stay. Would definitely look forward to staying here again!

Our group had a great time here. The amenities (hot tub, in unit washing machine) and the short walk to the slopes were extremely convenient. Harlan was also very helpful in providing us tips for getting around the resort and recommending lifts.

Our third time staying at All Seasons and first time w/ Harlan. Best appointed one we've been in: best stocked kitchen (both utensils, plates and general supplies); best tv with cable and very handy having a washer dryer in the apartment. Harlan’s property is conveniently situated near several ski lifts and rental shops. It made it super easy to get rentals upon arrival, store them in the locker in the building, and take a short walk to the lifts. Though First Time is the closest lift, we often walked another 20 yds to Three Kings lift to avoid the lines. The house itself is spacious and well maintained. Of all the rentals we have stayed in, it was probably one of the better stocked with things you might need (ziplocks, foil, seasonings, soap/shampoo). The fireplace cranks out heat too! Harlan was very communicative throughout. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to PCMR

The location of the property is ideal. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk. PC Mountain Resort is right up the street. The condominium complex is on the 17th hole of PC Municipal Golf Course. Starbucks is 5 minutes away. Downtown is a 20 minute walk. Bus stop is a minute away / all busses are free - makes going downtown easy. Very, very clean condo. We’ve stayed at the condo 10+ summers. It’s perfect! Kitchen has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Second bedroom sleeps 4. Front room has nice tv. We look forward to coming back next year!

The title says it all. If you're looking for a wonderful property in an amazing location with a great property manager, this is your place. My kids loved the outdoor hot tub after a full day of skiing (which was so close). The property managers were super responsive even after an unexpected glitch that was fixed before we showed up. It was great.

We had a great time in Park City!! Snow fall was incredible. The unit was just as described. Perfect size for our family of 5. Harlan answered any questions we had within minutes. Bus stops right outside the property in order to get to base of mountain. We figured out how to ski back to the condo by walking through a small parking lot, crossing a street and then clicking back in and skiing to the back side of the condo near the hot pool. My only complaint was we didn't find the master bedroom mattress very comfortable. It provided very little back support.

We were walking distance to the Lodge area which was easy access to lifts in the Mountain Village area. Or if you didn't want to walk, bus picked up right in front of resort. The underground parking was a blessing with all the extra snow this week too! Loved this place- would come back.

Condo was clean and in the PERFECT location. Well taken care of and had most everything we needed. Underground parking and bus stop right out front are amazing amenities. In condo washer/dryer is not the easiest to use because it is so small and it is REALLY loud. With 5 kids, we did a lot of laundry, so we were happy to learn that laundry facilities are just steps away and only cost $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Bring quarters because none of the local grocery stores (Fresh Market, Walgreens, etc...) will give you quarters. My only suggestion would be to have another set of towels (16 instead of 8 - essentially 2 for each person). My girls have really long hair and some people take 2 showers a day making it really hard to have a dry towel for every shower. I had to dry towels in the laundry room more than once, which was a bummer. If we head back to Park City next year, which is very likely, we would not hesitate to rent again from Harlan. Probably the most patient host I've ever rented from on VRBO.

Harlan and Anne let us transfer our reservation for three years during COVID as my professional meeting was repeatedly rescheduled. Unbelievable customer service, kindness, and flexibility has been our experience twice with Harlan. Excellent 2 bedroom/2 bath one bus stop away from PC. Quiet, clean, and every amenity has been considered and provided. We strongly recommend this rental; it is truly special.

The condo is well appointed in every respect, and it is located right at the bus stop, last on the route closest to base. We were literally walking to the lifts a minute after being picked up. Main St with its shops and restaurants is maybe a 1/2 mile away. We will definitely stay here again our next trip to Park City!

We had a great time staying in Park City during Sundance Film Festival. The location of this condo is perfect for skiing at Park City or getting on the bus to Deer Valley. The bus stop is directly in front of the condo building, it is the greatest location for going into town, to go shopping and dining. The condo is clean and comfortable, I can't think of anything that needs to be changed. I have to say also that the owner went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and was extremely helpful!!

This was a great condo, in a great location! It was wonderful to be able to essentially ski in at the end of the day. Also had great views of the slope so we could see skiers coming down the hill. Will definitely stay here again. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

This was a great place for our family of 5 to enjoy a weeklong ski vacation. The cozy condo is well appointed with comfortable furniture perfect for relaxing after the slopes or on a recovery day. Couldn’t ask for a better location - a stone’s throw from a bus stop to carry you up the hill in the morning, and skiable in the evening!

We love staying at this property. It’s secure and close to Park City Mountain Resort. We were able to walk from our condo to the park and bypass the traffic. There’s also a heated pool that we enjoyed. A perfect way to relax after a day on the mountains. It’s very conveniently located to eateries and grocery stores. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed ourselves both times.

Our family stayed in this condo for Spring Break and we could not have been happier. The owner was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond as we tried to get information on flights, dinner reservations, airport transportation and ski school. The condo is: beautiful, spacious, close to the mtn, buses, and a few stores. We will rent again when we come back to Park City.

Overall, we had an excellent stay in Park City. The location of the condo was great and the condo was well stocked. Our only complaint was that the bed and pillows in the owner’s suite were not comfortable for us. This might just be personal preference, so it was not serious enough to affect our overall rating of the condo. Thanks for a great stay!
