Nice reasonably clean well appointed property near town. Updated furniture. Only complaint was abundance of fruit flies which were annoying so didn't cook in kitchen. Right on Pacific highway, but didn't hear the noise inside. Just getting in and out of driveway was a challenge. Beach was a short walk down the hill.

This is my second time to stay here. The house is wonderful. Great location specially if you want to be by Woods Cove best beach in Laguna. Close to restaurants. The only negative is getting in and out parking on PCH but if you have a helper guiding you out it’s fine. Tina is always accommodating to your wishes. Can’t wait to stay again!

This home is meticulously designed, decorated and cared for. Every possible thing you could want from a rental including excellent communication in every way. It was our first time to Laguna but when we return we will try to stay at this lovely rental again! It was also ideally situated!

This place is beautiful, it’s within short walking distance of great restaurants, beach is close, and quick uber rides to nearby attractions like Dana Point and Huntington Beach. We even took a ferry to Catalina Island for the day. The location of the property is right off the main highway which we were not expecting but you honestly do not hear any traffic. The separate AC unit upstairs has a hidden thermostat near the closet (we didn’t find right away and ended up sleeping in the lower room due to warm temps). We did have some ants in our bed downstairs which was upsetting but we were informed there is monthly orkin service and we didn’t see them elsewhere. Overall, very welcoming atmosphere and owner was extremely responsive!

We were three generations: grandparents, parent and 4-year-old grandson. It was great space for a family or two couples. The two ensuite bedrooms were generously-sized w/king beds; all rooms were perfect for gatherings, and the back patio area was the perfect size for us and guests. The property is well cared for.

Great Location!

This comfortable and upscale 2-story unit is located on the main road into downtown Laguna Beach. It has partial views of the ocean, with the best view in the upstairs master bedroom. A free trolley runs regularly along the coast (at least during the summer, when we visited). Nearby restaurants (Zanzibar, Splashes, etc.) and a general store (Pearl Street) are excellent. We were there for the Pageant of the Masters, a show that runs during the summer months (highly recommend). We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location and beautiful decor. Perfect for 2 couples. Downstairs has separate room with bathroom and opens to patio. Second room is a loft on the second floor with a beautiful bathroom with large soaking tub. Views of beach from top floor. Only improvement needed is the microwave door needs to be pushed in tight for it to heat appropriately. Would stay again

The front of the house doesn't do it justice. The inside is well designed. The 2-master bedrooms are very big and all the furnishings including the kitchen are great. The traffic noise from PCH is a little loud but, it's not bad because of the way they designed the house. This is a great place for 2-couples to share . Highly recommended!

We booked this property in Laguna to attend my niece’s wedding and wanted to make a quick vacay out of it. This was the perfect place to stay- beautiful, lovely modern furnishing and decorations, great kitchen, and awesome view! Woke up to the sight of the sparking ocean from the huge bedroom windows! We will definitely come back.

The photos do not do this gem justice! Super clean, private and great location made this stay simply wonderful. Steps from what felt like our private Beach, a short walk to amazing shopping and restaurants we could not have been happier. All communication with Tina was very easy and straightforward. The bedding, towels, kitchen wear was of high quality - everything was spotless! Highly recommend and look forward to our next visit!

We stayed there with our family of five (3 kids ranging from 7 - 11). The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with all the beach "toys" that we needed (including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels). The house is situated just blocks away from a stunning beach (Woods Cove) and great restaurants (our favorite was Maro). The owners were extremely hospitable, accommodating and communicative -- truly a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this house for families and get wait to visit again soon.

Great property with a very nice deck. Not too close to main beach so less crowds. Very comfortable beds and the Ocean view from the master bedroom is wonderful. Wine fridges are a nice touch. Exiting the driveway onto PCH takes a little getting used to. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely!

This place (Woods Cove) was absolutely lovely. As others have said, the pictures don’t do justice. Well appointed, spacious, bright and airy, comfortable bedding and one of the few places I’ve stayed that went above and beyond with perks and extra such as additional bedding, comforters, pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies and utensils, and a huge garage with a comfy sitting area in back next to a great washer and dryer. The upstairs bedroom is simply to die for. Windows all around that open to bring in the ocean breeze. What could be better? The bathroom is upscale and the shower and tub were high quality. Tina was very helpful with everything we needed and her response was mostly immediate. I accidentally broke her coffee carafe while cleaning it and her response was simply, “no problem, just check the going rate and venmo it to me.” So simple. Re: The driveway that so many other guests were complaining about: Living in a tight coastal community carries some hurdles and sometimes driveways can be tricky in traffic. I chose to back in, which takes more patience from the street, but while leaving it’s super easy. I wouldn’t want to try and back out without somebody out front monitoring the traffic openings. However, with that huge garage, it would be easy to pull in forward and then turn it around using part of the garage for the arc. It’s really not that difficult, unless you are trying to get in at rush hour.

Loved the home - hated the driveway as its a dangerous situation (we were warned) - could use more paper towels otherwise it was nicely left with necessary necessities one needs to cook up a meal i.e - salt, pepper, oil, etc.

This place is just lovely. We have been to Laguna many times and there are not many rentals like this place. The beds are very comfortable and it is nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Its close to some great restaurants and Woods Cove became our new favorite beach. Sunset is especially amazing down there! We all would recommend and hopefully we will be back next year.
