Our home is located 3 blocks from marina and the Bay, short drive to Fire Island National Seashore and Smith Point Ocean Beach. It is newly renovated, with central air, 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept kitchen and dining room, living room, Netflix, WiFi, fenced backyard, patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ and outdoor ping-pong table. It provides great space for family and friends, (pets are considered) to hang out, and relax; it is good starting point for exploring many local attractions:

Everything about our stay at Les & Ewa's home was perfect. The house is beautiful, clean, and contained everything we needed and more. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for our toddler and two small dogs. Moreover, it is literally 10 minutes away from a great beach and close to an assortment of different places to visit. Communication was great and they made it easy. We really hope they will let us come back next year!

This house is perfectly located near beaches and other attractions. The house was super clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and grilling with the family and the ping pong table was a hit! We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again.

I highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a spacious and extremely comfortable place to enjoy being close to the beach. The house was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. So very glad I was able to enjoy a week this May. Will definitely be looking for a return visit.

My advice to the host: hire a photographer! This property was wayyyy more beautiful in person than it was in the listing! We had the best time and felt at home.
Only con was that there was pet hair around the house and on the furniture!

Perfect Stay!
I love this place, and have stayed here for several months over the past few years as I traveled for work. Immaculate yet cozy, with a well-appointed and modern kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, the bathrooms equipped with all of the modern conveniences. My dogs loved the large, safe fenced-in yard, and I loved driving them down to the beach (a two minute drive) for a walk each night. I look forward to staying here again!

Spacious, clean and new
We loved this house. I stayed here with my husband, our two kids, and our dog. This house is spacious, clean, and new. The yard is great. The beach is very close by, and this house is exactly the place you want to be after a day of fun in the sand. The owners were extremely responsive and they even mailed us a few items we left at the house. We definitely want to return next summer.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house
We are a family of 5 - Dad, Mum and three boys. The house was perfect for a getaway and actually looks better than it does in the photos. The house combines large communal areas for family gatherings, while also including a few nooks for whenever any of us needed a bit of "me" time. It was clean, there were plentiful linens, and the kitchen was really well stocked. The neighborhood was safe with Smith Point beaches nearby. Les was super communicative even though we had everything we needed. This was a lovely house and we'd definitely consider going back for another stay.

Perfect South Shore Getaway
I thoroughly enjoyed the two and a half weeks that I stayed at this immaculate house. I particularly appreciated the secure yard for my dogs and the well-appointed kitchen. The beach is just a 90 second drive down the road, and I loved walking my dogs there every day.

Perfect south shore getaway.
I love this place, and am always telling people that I would live there if I could. The house is immaculate, with a large, well-tended backyard that my dogs enjoy. A clean propane BBQ grill, awesome bathrooms, incredible kitchen. I love its close proximity to the beach, which is just a 60 second drive away. I have stayed here for several months at this point and will gladly do so again.

CLEAN and nice
My mom couldn't stop raving about how cute and clean this house was. We had such a nice stay and Les was a pleasure. It's nicely decorated, has a great yard, 3 good sized rooms, 3 bathrooms, fantastic stocked kitchen. They had everything we needed and more. We felt like we were at home, not at a rental property! I HIGHLY recommend this place and hope it's available the next time I'm in town.

Lovely house
We stayed from August 24 to August 28 in the Mastic Beach house. It is a great spot to explore the sites of Long Island. Each morning we drove to the beach to walk. We prefer to vacation in homes instead of hotels so we have stayed in many VRBO rentals. Les’s house was the cleanest and best equipped of any place we have stayed. Everything is updated and bright and cheery. We appreciated Les meeting us at check in to tell us about the house and the Mastic Beach area. Thanks for a great stay!

A lovely base for exploring the local area
We are a family of 5 - mum dad and 3 boys. This was a lovely, clean, well-equipped house perfect to use as a comfortable base for exploring long island. We had the use of everything in the kitchen which included spices, basic foods like sugar, salt and so on. We had use also of basics like tin foil and cling film which were handy. Our children loved the large safe backyard and the ping pong table. We all watched netflix in the evening after returning from our day trips out. Our host was very amicable and answered all our questions and provided maps and info on the local area for our stay. He had lots of games and books for us to read and even let me keep one on our departure as I was half way through it - thanks. A lovely relaxing stay.

Bright, Spacious Beach Getaway
Immaculate, bright, spacious house with large, private yard. Close to Smith Point Beach. Quiet neighborhood, ideal for strolling. We walked to the marina to see beautiful views of the bay, and we enjoyed wooded trails through the nearby Floyd Estate.
Accommodating hosts graciously provided everything we could need to enjoy the nearby beach as well as their beautiful yard. We had a lovely, relaxing stay.

Ewa and Les are the best... very perdonable and take care of all the little things others don’t when renting a house... sheets, towels, toiletries, etc... all at there and it makes traveling so much easier!

Beautiful home, great backyard, proximity to Smith Point

Kids loved to play ping pong every day and the big yard lends itself well to outdoor activities. We spent time at Smith Point Beach and really appreciated having beach chairs and towels for our use. We stayed at Les and Ewa gorgeous home for an extra long 4th of July Weekend. Our College aged daughter was filming a movie in Setauket about the Culper Spy Ring. We met so many warm wonderful people on set that we felt like a locals at the Port Jefferson 4th of July Parade! There were Fireworks to be seen from our back yard and for miles at Smith Point County Park. Les greeted us at the house. He is a great ambassador for the area, and he personally renovated their beautiful beach home. We would definitely stay with there again. Thank you for your hospitality!!!
