About this house rental

Aspen, Colorado. Prime corner location in Aspen's West End - Walk to ski lift and town. 4500 SF, private home is turnkey equipped and is rented direct from owner. Our home offers a great corner location in Aspen's desirable 'West End' with an easy ten minute walk to downtown core, the base of Aspen Ski Mountain, and less than a 5 minute walk to Main Street free shuttle that can quickly get you to any of the other three ski mountains - all of which are no more than a 15 minute drive.

This 'Aspen home rental' is 3 blocks from the Music tent and just 6 blocks to Aspen 'central core'. A rental car is not necessary. This rental house is perfect for those searching for Aspen house rentals, vrbo aspen, Aspen vacation rentals, or Aspen home rentals on vrbo. Our returning guests frequently refer to our property as 'my Aspen rental'. We consider this the ultimate and best compliment we could receive.

The main floor offers a fully-stocked kitchen with all new appliances and with plenty of china for entertaining.

New AC throughout home

Large dining room with seating for 10.

The living room has a stacked-stone fireplace with 50' flat panel television.

Also on main floor are powder room, laundry/mud room with brand new washer and dryer.

BBQ and dining table for 8 and 54' gas, stone firepit with seating for another 8 persons. Hammock in front yard.

There are two bedrooms on this floor; a second master, with private bath, double shower and double vanity.

The second bedroom is a Queen w/ private bath.

The upper floor Master bedroom has a King bed, flat panel tv, built in closets, and views of Ajax Mountain. The master bath has steam shower, double vanity & separate tub.

All of these bathrooms are new with limestone and upscale fixtures. The bedrooms all have down duvet covers with Anachini Italian linens. Anachini towels in all bathrooms. There are plenty of pillows and extra blankets for your use.

If you are a smaller group you can just stay on the top two levels, but if you need more sleeping spaces there is a 1500 sf basement.

In the basement:

Large suite with Queen bed and a sofa sleeper and TV. There is also a small kitchenette in this bedroom w/ fridge, sink and coffee maker.

A 5th bedroom with two twin beds.

These two bedrooms share a larger bath with double vanity and shower.

Also on this level we just completed an additional 800 sf media room with 65' television, billiard table and game table. Poker set, board games, Play Station (Dance Dance, Guitar Hero) and videos provided.

This Aspen rental is comfortably furnished throughout. Six TVs with DVD/Cable/HBO, wireless internet, printer/fax/copier. Anachini robes in master suite. Extra towels for summertime concerts. There are a couple of bikes that you're welcome to use.

We enjoyed our stay in Aspen at this beautiful West End home. Walkable to town and ski shuttles. Well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. It was everything we needed.

The property was great for three families to stay. One couple was downstairs, another couple and their child used the two bedrooms on the main floor, and a third couple used the upstairs bedroom. Location was excellent and walked into town or on a path every day. It was also nice having the bikes available. Thank you!

There is something to do for every age in Aspen in the summer! And this house provided ample indoor/outdoor space for 8 people. The audio/visual technology was terrific and easy to use. There were six bicycles provided. The kitchen was beautifully stocked. The decor was comfortable, stylish and not cluttered. A fantastic location for all!

Great location in the west end, with just a short walk to Aspen Ajax mountain and shopping, Snowmass village bus stop, etc We have rented vacation homes in Aspen for over 10 years and this one is by far our favorite. Views of Aspen mountain. 4-5 bedrooms with a family room and a game room downstairs for the kids.

We stayed a whole week in this luxury Aspen Vacation rentals house near Aspen downtown core..... The 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bath rooms were more than enough for both families and our kids. It had a small theater room and play room with a card table and pool table, and the jacuzzi in the back yard was also perfect for house.

Very well thought out home, with plenty of space. We stayed for 5 nights pre-Christmas 2014. Has everything a family (we have 5, with teenagers) needs. Not opulent or fancy, by Aspen standards at least, but was never lacking for comforts. Steam shower in master, plenty of sleeping space, great family room with pool table, hot tub, kitchen extremely well stocked and owners quite accommodating and friendly. Location is good; bit of a hike to town on a cold night, but would normally be fine. We would definitely do it again.

What can I say that others haven't already raved about? My sister referred me to this rental for a weekend trip w/some friends after her wonderful ski weekend w/her family. This house is in the perfect location and is gorgeous! Perfect rustic charm w/every modern amenity you could want! We just stayed over the holiday weekend and we all agreed to make it a yearly ritual to come back during a different season just so we can experience and enjoy it "year" round. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Aspen. The owner is fantastic as many others have said and reminded me so much of my sister I accidentally called her sis! Perfect location, perfect house for virtually any group. We hated to leave. Thanks again but we'll be back! Soon!

A perfect location in Aspen. Easy walk / bike-ride to town, parks, river and bus stop. Backyard with BBQ, spa and fire-pit. Very quiet location. Plenty of space, very well furnished. Stayed with adult siblings and teens, all had a great time.

I hesitate to review this home because there's a big part of me that would like to keep it a secret. It was perfect for our family of nine: three couples, two teenage boys and a single adult. Everyone had their own room (and bath) and the boys shared the basement suite with their parents (and the pool table, and the poker table and the games)! The kitchen was perfect for cooking and was never crowded even when we all hung out in there. We just visited (August) so we used the jacuzzi, the hammock, the fire pit and the grill constantly. There's so much to do in Aspen and this house is an easy walk to all of it whether it's downtown, the gondola or the music tent. The linens, beds, towels, and amenities make the living and sleeping part of the stay feel luxurious. The home itself is both comfortable and elegant. Clearly a well loved place - and the owners could not be more kind or more accommodating. They clearly love Aspen and they love their home and I do too! Can't wait to return.

WOW! What a great house and an excellent location. This house was fantastic for my entire family. There are several parks just a couple blocks away which the kids loved. We could walk to the town it was so close. The house is furnished with all quality items, from the furniture to the sheets and towels and appliances. It is clean and well maitained. I highly recomend this house, in fact I'm going to probally stay there again. The other fantastic thing about this house was dealing with the owner, she was great! Couldn't be more accomodating, helpful and friendly.

Just returned from spending a week in this beautiful home in Aspen with eight of my friends. The accomodations along with the location were outstanding. Being able to walk to town or walk to the free shuttle bus made this trip extremely enjoyable.We have been coming out West to ski for the past ten years and this home by far exceeds all the other accomodations we have had.Working with the owner on renting this home was most enjoyable. Her knowledge of Aspen along with recommendations on where to eat were most helpful. We all hope to return to Aspen to rent this home again in the near future.

If you ever visit Aspen with a group of family or friends, I would recommend, without reservation, renting this property. The house is VERY roomy and is a beautiful five minute walk to the Aspen core(assuming you don't want to take the neigborhood shuttle bus). The house has something for everyone: young kids, teens and adults. Additionally, the beds are very comfortable. Having looked for a rental house for several years for my group, I was please to come across this property. Most importantly, it is very well priced; espcially considering its quality and location. Finally, the owners are very nice and easy to work with!

This is a perfect property for a ski vacation in Aspen. Lots of space to spread out and plenty of areas to socialize. We rented two houses within a couple blocks of each other and this house was perfect for our large, extended group. Well appointed and very comfortable for several couples or a few families to enjoy this in town home in Aspen. An easy walk into town, or back from town with a couple of hearty meals just a few blocks away. We took the shuttle each day to Ajax and Snowmass and it was a piece of cake. This is a superior way to experience Aspen the town, Aspen nightlife and all the ski areas!

This is a spectacular house. It is walking distance from town which makes it very convenient for dinner and shopping. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are new and clean! Nothing worst then an old bathroom!!! The house is very easy to live in and has that cozy winter home feeling. I would definitely go back. Great house for several families with children. This is a wonderful house to stay if you like top quality and beautiful furnishings and great access to the town of Aspen. The owners are very thoughtful and have appointed the home with everything you could want or need. The outdoor hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of skiing. The shuttle bus to town and the transportation center are only a block away. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have a large group to accommodate.
