About this house rental

This tastefully appointed patio home offers comfort and privacy with expansive views of Fonts Point , mountains & the award winning Fazio golf course.

The master bedroom has a king size bed & separate TV. Please note that the televisions are "Smart TVs" with wifi for streaming. But there is no local television service (cable or satellite), but both are connected to Amazon and Netflix.

The en suite bathroom has a large tub & separate shower. Second bedroom is in a private hallway away from the great-room, with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have access to a separate fully enclosed patio, which is great for letting the dogs out or just relaxing in complete privacy. Large picture windows in the great-room look out onto the mountains and golf course. The patio fronts onto the golf course, but is shielded from direct view of golfers by shrubbery & a small rise. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes & utensils. Outdoor BBQ, table & chairs provided for outdoor dining. There is also a fire pit.

Currently the garage for this property is not available. Parking is across the street in a lot.

The Santa Fe community has 2 large swimming pools and spas with plenty of space to lounge by the pool.

Great place that offers privacy facing the golf course. See birds and wildlife and lots lots of stars. Prime location for the slot canyon hike and seeing the metal sculptures.

Was not clean when we checked in, we cleaned it ourselves,towels were on the floor, both beds un made, , house needs a deep clean , dust, broken blinds , slider doors filthy, oven was filthy , cobwebs all over outside furniture, one toilet broken , place is run down ,they gave us our cleaning deposit back, they were going to refund more but we have not seen a refund yet,it should be taken off the market until they clean and repair, I have lots of photos of these problems!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Town house was clean and as advertised. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool facilities very close by. Patio was pleasant for meals and socializing. Nice view of golf course and the mountains (Fonts Point) would definitely stay here again.

Located in Ram's Hill, a gated community with excellent landscaping. Walkways are close by and the golf course with its dark green fairways and greens is a fun feature. We enjoyed catching the low angle sun in both patios and I think our dog enjoyed staying here as well.

Beautiful property in the Santa Fe development of Rams Hills just a few miles from Borrego Springs downtown. Back patio looks out onto the golf course. Nice restaurant & bar located in Rams Hill. Lap pool, regular pool & spa just a few steps away from the house.

The wheels on the screen doors can be replaced for about one nights rent. The doors replaced for about three nights rent. Please do that if you care. Both showerheads need to be replaced as I mentioned two years ago I’d. I would suggest treating your clients as you would if you lived in the home.

The property was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio most mornings. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and plenty of dressers for our things. Likewise the master bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed cooking our meals and just relaxing for the holidays.

We had such a good time here! We both needed a break from every-day life, and this was a great place to just relax and decompress. We spent one day just reading and looking at the view. The furnishings are comfortable and attractive. Nice layout. The guest bedroom and bathroom could be closed off for privacy if we had brought another couple. The restaurant at Rams Hill is very nice. We also enjoyed the Red Ocotillo just off Christmas Circle. The pools are wonderful. We'll go back.

Difficult contacting homeowner though her husband came by to help me when TV went out.Owner kindly had had local channels downloaded for me ahead- so I could watch news and the Olympics. No garage door opener!! Worst was the washing machine-water level was always about 8” despite size of load- and no explanation booklet!! Comfortable beds- but bottom sheets didn’t seem to fit tight. Best was it was dog friendly! Which is why I rented it.

What a View!

Patio view is 5-star. Sunrise over the greens and an abundance of stas at night. We personally enjoyed the patio for grilling, chilling and socializing around the fire pit. The house had a great layout with master and guest bed & bath rooms on opposite ends for ultimate privacy. Kitchen had Everything you could need for cooking plus enough plates, etc. to serve six. The decor is lovely. Kitchen and bath cabinets feel dated but we’re still in good shape and did not warrant a reduction in our 5-star review. We’d definitely stay again.

Lovely setting, views, walks. Property is as advertised - clean and well-stocked, well furnished. Lots of comfy chairs and lights (!) for reading - a rarity in rentals. Great outdoor areas. Communication with owner was good. Will definitely return!

This trip was for a Mother's Week getaway with my mom who likes to write poetry. This house appealed to me in the description/photos because of the view towards Fonts Point and Borrego Mountain. I thought it would be an inspirational vista for her to sit on the back patio and ponder. It did not disappoint and my mom was thrilled. She is still talking about it weeks later. The home is welcoming, very well laid out, clean, and well-provisioned. It is obvious the owners put effort into the artwork and the furniture. It was a wonderful visit and I intend to bring my family next time. Thank you to the owners!
