Welcome to our Town House Casablanca 38 in Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja!
Casablanca 38 is centrally located in the popular Oasis de Capistrano in Nerja, 50 km east of Malaga. (45 mins by car or bus)

Oasis de Capistrano, where the apartment is located has a grand beautiful tropical garden which leads many to return year after year.

Casablanca 38 is the largest and oldest property in Oasis de Capistrano, it is an old farmhouse built in a very rustic design with beamed ceilings and very thick stone walls and is build on two floors. The house is of a high standard and is very spacious and built in Spanish rustic style. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with sun protection and space for sun loungers in the smaller garden. Upstairs there is a sun terrace with sun loungers that have nice sea views and view over the Oasis de Capistrano's garden. Casablanca 38 is one of the more spectacular accommodation in the Oasis de Capistrano area.

The house is exactly as described and pictured. Stayed here with my husband and 3 adult children. It fit us perfectly. The view from the house was very nice. We really enjoyed eating all of our meals on the front deck. We also enjoyed the deck on the 2nd floor although it was very hot up there. The shared pool is also very nice feature of the home. It was a short walk to the beach although it is down a big hill, so you only want to do that 1x per day. The house was perfect to enjoy the beach, the town of Nerja and the surrounding towns. We visited a lot of towns which were all within 2 hrs or a bit more. Also lots of parking. I would say the only negative was it was a bit of a walk to the main town of Nerja but we did it every evening anyway. Also the walk home from the beach was tiring. We loved our stay there.

Very good, comfortable, great location quiet sertting , very private. It is an older villa with great character. It is however in need of maintenance to some of the electrical and plumbing fixtures. Would return.

Wonderful house. Great for a group of adults. Has all the essentials. Lots of steps though but we knew that. Convenient bus close by.

We were a party of 4 adults and very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was well equipped with everything required for a self catering stay and was within 15 minutes of the local beach and a short walk to a good restaurant/bar. The communal pool and gardens were beautiful. The only drawback was the access, with numerous steps to climb up/down to and from the property and a steep descent to the beach. Ok if you are fit and well but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Overall this a great spacious property on a lovely quiet urbanisation. It is relatively well equipped and was nice and clean. Owner was quick and responsive when we couldn't get the keys (although we were 30 mins early and just wanted to drop bags). If there was a few things to improve on it would be some new towels (ones left were threadbare) and some parts of the property could do with just a bit of TLC ie some touching up of paintwork outside but hardly any major issues.

Lovely good sized villa, spotlessly clean, well decorated, perfect for self catering with plenty of outside space! supermarket 10 minutes walk, beach 15 minutes walk. Beautiful scenery with sea views would definitely return to this property. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great Family Holiday

Great Family Holiday

Took 22 and 18 year old children on a grown up holiday in the beautiful town of Nerja. Accommodation met criteria of being away from the main centre but close to the beach (walking distance) with a pool in very close proximity. Our goal was to be able to offer the youngsters independence whilst allowing for time as a family. Fredrik's communication was excellent, details of the property, location, travel from Malaga airport were excellent including information about places to visit and a video showing the property details. Accommodation is spacious, spotlessly clean on arrival, with plenty of outside eating and relaxing areas including an upstairs sun terrace which is a great escape with fantastic views. Air conditioning was a bonus. Oasis de Capistrano and the property are beautifully maintained with fantastic views. To achieve this the location is on a hill which does bring with it a number of steps to navigate to the property and pool. A great location providing everything we needed for a break with some sightseeing, relaxing and exploring of the local caves, Granada, the local coast and kayaking.
