A ground floor, 930 sq. ft., Ski-in/Walk out condominium, Timber Creek 103 is a 2 Bedroom Loft, 2 Bathroom unit that Sleeps 8 people! The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a Full Size Bathroom. There is a Double Bed in the second bedroom and 2 Bunk Beds in the loft. Downstairs there is a spacious Living Area complete with Free Wireless Internet, a Flat Screen TV/DVD player, Gas Fireplace and an additional Full Size Bathroom. The Full Size opens into the Dining Space and Living Room. Situated right on the Condo Access Ski Run, this residence is located in the Center Village and just a quick 3 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer lifts. Timber Creek #103 is ideal for larger groups or families looking for an affordable option right on the slopes of Copper Mountain. Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73898 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Great location between East & Central Village. Walk-out, ski-in. Cool, funky log cabin interior. Plenty of space. Corner unit downstairs just a few steps from the hot tub. Only issue- couldn't figure out how to turn the fireplace on (not that we really needed it).

If the bathrooms were updated, there would be no negative to this condo! There are fabric “curtains” that are the “doors” to the toilet/shower area and the tubs/showers could use updating. Other than the bathrooms, the unit is perfect and has plenty of space to gather and hang out. We particularly liked being able to ski right to it at the end of the day!

Well stocked kitchen. Cute decor. A bit small but ok for our group of 5 adults. Comfortable beds. Comfortable living room seating. Good location for ski in but some uphill walking to get to a lift if not taking the bus. Hot tub was hot and not crowded. Check in and out very easy. Had an issue with the fireplace but property manager very quickly fixed it and was very friendly.

This location CANNOT be beat! Our group of six was able to meet up, go our separate ways, and meet up again later because we were steps from the heart of Center Village. The big kids enjoyed the hot tub just outside our door. I would caution travelers with older people or small children, the stairs to the second floor bedrooms are narrow and steep. The sleeping area upstairs is small, so you can hear everyone breathing at night. Overall, for us, location was everything and you can't beat this!

The location was very convenient to the pool to the laundry to parking and to the slopes. We skied directly to the unit every day. The parking was kind of unique. We expected covered parking, but learned ours was not. It wasn’t a big deal. Just unexpected. The pictures correctly depict the unit but as you might expect, they make it look a bit roomier than it actually is. It worked great for our family of six and was nice that the beds were comfortable and no one needed to be on a sofa sleeper. Bring your own towels for the hot tub or plan to drive to the check-in area to swap linens. There was nice storage for clothing and the two master bedrooms were sizable. The bathrooms are definitely tight.

We had a great time, the house was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook some meals at home. Used the community grill for burgers one night. The hot tub was a great perk after a day of biking and hiking. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wasn't able to get on wi-fi and no support over the weekend. Not a huge deal on vacation. Space is small and dark downstairs. Upstairs does have plenty of bedding options. Would look for a place with a deck or some view next time.

This was my favorite place to stay at Copper Mountain. Plenty of space for us plus our 5 kids. Everyone had their own bunk bed, nice big table to eat at and plenty of space to hang out in the living room. Nice porch, hot tub area, clean laundry room right next door and unit was stocked with everything needed to stay a few days. Very quiet building with easy access to Copper Village on the walking path. Definitely would stay here again :)

We enjoyed your condo very much. It was beautiful! The only issue we had is the interior bedroom lights did not work, so the lighting was poor upstairs. We also didn’t realize all the bedrooms were upstairs. We should have asked, but maybe that is something you can add to your listing.

Perfect location. Easy access to everything. Overall great. Two negatives. Called maintenance on the not working gas fireplace the first day and it was never repaired, we were disappointed since that would have really completed the cabin in the woods ambiance. The other thing is that everything creaks when you move, the stairs, the floors and the beds. It is impossible to move about quietly. We ended up laughing about it, and nothing can be done as far as I know. We enjoyed our time and the criticism are minor compared to the overall character and location of this unit. I would stay there again - if the fireplace worked.

Overall quite satisfied. We were indeed able to ski back to the condo which is very nice for a lunch break or at the end of the day. Walking out was not fun but we found the two small lifts just beyond the hot tub area that allowed us to ski over to Super Bee. We had 6 in our party so we were a bit cramped moving around the unit but it was fine. The master bed was comfortable, the other beds were below average for comfort in my opinion. Check in was easy, we did not arrive until after hours but they made it easy for us. No washer/dryer in unit but they had units in the same building that were easy enough to use.

Love the bikes you made available to your renters. We used these first day to come down the slopes in the summer, but thought the rental bikes were a bit more adequate for the job needed coming down the mountain. To use just for pedaling through town is perfect. Wish there was a small pull along for our smaller child or a seat that attaches to the bike. But there are always ways that one can improve. Would also have liked a shredder in the kitchen, but the kitchen was well-equipped otherwise. Thank you for an effortless stay. Love the wood compliments. Not for the luxurious seeker, but definitely for the ones that want peace and proximity and necessity comfort. Will sleep a family of 10 if they like to be cozy with a privacy factor of about 60%, but can very well have two small families of 3. . We jeers just 6. 2 adults abs 4 kids but was perfect for us. One bathroom up stairs and one downstairs. Games, movies and fireplace we didn’t know how to turn on, was readily available to its guests. Loved it overall. Thank you.
