Cozy single level three bedroom home, with a large yard and back patio that's perfect for outdoor entertaining. We are located in the heart of beautiful Manzanita, just five blocks to our seven mile long beach! Two short blocks to the main street featuring restaurants, wine shops, stores, library, coffee shops, and more. We are just two blocks to a liquor and grocery store. Manzanita Links is a 9 hole golf course just minutes from the house as well as a tennis court and playground.

The home is fully furnished including all linens, bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, microwave and coffee maker. WiFI, Cable TV and DVD player are included. We have some games, puzzles, and beach toys available for your use. All you need to bring is your beach towels.

The Master bedroom has queen bed and private bath with tiled shower and skylight. A second bath features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has queen bed and the third bedroom a full sized bed. The living room features a queen sofa sleeper.

On the back patio we have a dining set with seating for 6 and some Adirondack chairs. The yard is not fully fenced in, but the back yard feels secluded.

There was so much dog hair and cobwebs that there is no way it is cleaned on a weekly basis. The grill was filthy. One broken burner and a broken chair. The toilet was broken when we got there, but the guy did come out and fix that right away. When we complained about how strong the pet smell was and amount of pet hair, they dropped off a vacuum in case we wanted to take care of it ourselves. Did not offer to refund our cleaning fee. We are usually pretty understanding, but when it is that dirty, and they say they did not clean the floors because they didn’t have a vacuum, that doesn’t cut it.

The house was perfect for our stay. Just the right amount of space for adults and a baby. Our family hosted siblings in other rentals for dinner and the backyard comfortably accommodated the early evening BBQ. All we needed at the house was provided. We will be back

We enjoyed our Manzanita Beach vacation. The home was well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed our walks through town and the beach was great. Dogs everywhere! Our daughter's pup had a wonderful time. What a cute town center with everything we needed within easy walking distance. Would definitely come back to Manzanita Beach.

Wonderful house, good location with a short walk to the beach and the main road in Manzanita for entertainment. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Comfortable beds and cozy common areas. We really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is they need to have their cleaning service clean the cobwebs/insects from the skylights and windows. Other than that, it was fantastic.

We really enjoyed starting our summer vacation with a getaway to Manzanita. This sweet yellow house was a beach charmer and the owners went above and beyond to supply so much ahead of time. We especially loved the short walk to the beach w/ the sand toys from the shed and spending time in the lovely backyard. It was a wonderful place to stay!

My son, his wife and my grandson stayed in this home for a week! It was nothing short of heaven in every way! Even when the beach was fairly windy and cool, we were warm and comfy in a fair-sized backyard sitting outside! The kitchen has everything one could possibly need and the quality top notch! A pleasure to cook and serve! The home is light and bright and we all loved that about it. The housekeeper had the home well cleaned and ready for company! I timed the walk to the beach: 9 minutes! And I’m over 70 😉👍✨ Loved such a relaxing time with my family: a vacation we all needed and enjoyed immensely! Thank you!

We immediately felt at home in this cozy beach house. My husband and I came with our 2 adult children and the kitchen was fully stocked for meals at home and the location is close enough to fabulous downtown Manzanita. We would definitely stay in this lovely home again.

Normally we stay in Cannon Beach, but this trip we wanted to switch up things! We are happy that we did, and the dogs loved the ability to have a back yard to relax in. Though it isn’t fully fenced in, they were (mostly) good playing in the back. The house was fully stocked with all cook ware. The check in was simple, and the check out was also. Because we had dogs we ran the vacuum before we left and swept up! We would love to stay again in the future!

Check in/check out was smooth, enjoyed easy communication with the owner prior to visit, good location for walking to beach and town amenities. It was great to not get in our car the whole weekend! Lodging was comfortable, well-supplied with condiments/basics as well as decent offering of kitchen supplies/utensils for cooking and baking. Appreciated dog friendly lodging, was clean even though dogs allowed. Would definitely rent again.

This place is great! It’s in a great location (near beach, grocery store and restaurants). We had everything we needed to both cook meals and BBQ (I had the rest of my family plus pups over for the BBQ and there was enough room for all of us to relax and eat all the food). It also has a great setup. My blind dog was able to navigate really well after the first couple hours of bumping around, and my other dog was at home almost instantaneously. The weather was also ridiculously more warm in the backyard than closer to the beach. The app said 68, the actual feel was closer to 80. Loved it all!

Very clean and comfortable property, located close to the main part of Manzanita and a nice walk to the beach. The house was a central location for our other family members staying elsewhere in Manzanita and we never felt cramped. We had our grandson's 3rd birthday party at the house. Highly recommend.

About a half mile from beach so bring a wagon for the little ones. Appliances were a little worn but overall very comfortable.

Nice well furnished place. Some work to do laundry, dishes. Check in/out times are a bit restrictive (4pm/10am). Hidden fees doubled the advertised price

We stayed for one week and everything was great. Close to town for shopping & not far from the beach. Great low tide & found a few sand dollars. Everything you could need was stocked in the house, lots of towels which I love! Having a washer & dryer was a lifesaver.

Bright and sunny and comfortable. Good size kitchen and well appointed. Yard not completely fenced in, but a nice yard. Convenient to shops, cafes and groceries, and the beach. Everything you’d want.

Enjoyed our stay. Very pet friendly. Communication from owner awesome. The house was exactly as described. Just not a fan of cleaning requests prior to departure. Feel fees should adequately cover those requests. But this rental wasn’t out of the ordinary.

One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The open concept is perfect for a family and you cannot beat the location. Quiet neighborhood but walking distance to town. The house has everything you need and we would absolutely stay here again if we are visiting the area!

The home was in excellent shape when I arrived. Check-in instructions were very clear and simple. I didn't notice the short step down into the dining room and nearly did a face-plant, so be careful there!!! Outside table and the back yard was very nice, too. It took some experimenting to get the TV and cable on, and the channel list wasn't up to date and there was no way to know which channels were available or not. The numbers go up to 400+ and it take a long time to go thru them 1 by 1 only to find that that channel isn't subscribed to. Kitchen has all the utensils, dishes, and pots and pans you could possibly need, and a few spices, etc. too. The street in front is a little busy but you can't hear any traffic inside. House is very convenient to a grocery store and the downtown area. Just a short drive to the beach, where on the days I was there had plenty of parking. My daughter says that isn't always the case! Owner was responsive to messages and very pleasant to work with. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again when visiting my daughter who lives in Manzanita.

Property fit perfect for us. Two couples stayed and one couple was elderly so the house was really nice as there were no stairs to get in and out of the house. House was also a short walk to grocery store, restaurants and ocean.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was well stocked and we had everything we need. Just a block to the grocery store and a few blocks to the restaurants. Owner was very responsive to all my questions while booking.
