Magnificent waterfront home with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Private, 270-degrees of water frontage on stunning waterway, just minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach, located in a quiet and desirable cul-de-sac in charming Wilton Manors. The Watergarden Villa offers water views from the master suite, dining room, living room, and two guest bedrooms. With the pool deck, hot tub and patio area having a southern exposure, the sun rises and sets from any vantage of the home. Relaxation here is guaranteed... relax in the hammock under the palm trees while overlooking the water; enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards from the private dock; play in the pool; grill outside on the deck which features a large dining table; soak in the hot tub; or simply sit in the Adirondack chairs on the dock watching the palm trees sway.
The Watergarden Villa is as stunning and relaxing inside as it is outside. The entire home is newly decorated with comfortable and contemporary furnishings, and features new appliances. The very large kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry and features an extra-long bar counter which overlooks the expansive living room with wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water.
Each of the bedrooms is very spacious and all of the bathrooms are updated. The master bedroom has its own bathroom at one end of the house. The other three bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house with two full bathrooms. There is also a half bath in the laundry room in the hallway behind the kitchen.

Very quiet neighborhood, spacious layout plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out. Close to drive to restaurants, beaches, and other local attractions. Loved using the paddle boards and kayaks. Few issues that arose always had quick responses.

We (6 adults) stayed at the property in June for a birthday trip. We had a really great time and the place was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was dirty the whole time and after unfortunately after several texts and a phone call with the property manager, the pool was never cleaned during the duration of our 5 day stay. There was a skimmer so we could get some of the debris out ourselves but we had to swim around the large dirt gathered on the bottom our entire stay. The bedrooms and living area/kitchen are very spacious and the outside deck/lounge area was amazing. The paver patio around the pool is falling apart, so watch your step! We had more than a few stubbed toes during our stay. The front door handle is very finicky as well and two of the burners on the stove top don’t work well. But a grill is provided and was very useful during our stay. The location is great to be secluded during your trip but close enough for a five minute Uber to the restaurants/bars. We also walked back several times. We got a lot of use from the paddle boars provided as well. The place definitely could use some updates both inside and out, but overall we had a great time.

This house was amazing. The pool and paddle boards have built in activities for a group with slightly different schedules. The layout was open and made it feel like we could be in the same main area with cooking meals at the house. The check in was simple, and the property manager was prompt with information and communication.
One of the best VRBO houses we have had with location and the actual house.

Wanted to find a place with a pool in Wilton Manors for my son’s wedding which was Memorial Day weekend. Previously living in the area, I know holiday weekends are crazy. I saw Waterview & immediately knew I wanted to stay there!
The pictures show a great view, but the view was spectacular! The pool, hot tub & outside space was so comfortable & relaxing, that we spent as much time out there as possible. The home is located on a long cul de sac in a very peaceful neighborhood, but close to everything! The house was spacious & beautiful. The most well equipped home we’ve stayed in. I wish we had the time to paddle board or bike. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. Rich was very communicative. I highly recommend this home & will be back in the future. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Booking process and check in fine.
When we arrived we had to call manager to change all bed linen in property,which he did within a few hours.
I will not go into detail on the state of the bed linen.
But took many photos to substantiate our concerns.
As this was a fact finding trip for us,we pu up with the other problems.
Microwave unusable due to the roof of microwave being completely rusted out.
French doors leading to pool had to be locked with wooden pole in the bottom glide rail.There were more issues but we put up with them.
The property needs a general refurbishment to bring it up to standard.

Our family of 6 adults loved this property with its open floor plan, and all the windows off the back of the house which made for amazing views of the patio and canal!
The wrap around dock is very nice, and made for fun fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding!
The location of the property is excellent with everything being just a short drive to access.
We had one issue during our stay, but it was quickly addressed by the property manager Rich.
If you want a beautiful place to stay that’s close to everything in Ft Lauderdale, this is the place for you! We will definitely stay here again!

Home was very comfortable with amazing views! Had everything you could ask for available... bikes, kayak, paddleboards, beach chairs and lots of towels! We had one issue and it was addressed quickly by the management company so not worth mentioning. Location is ealking distance to fun places to go. .will stay again!!! Thank you!

We are seasoned travellers and were thrilled with how well this spot covered the bases; awesome pool and views onto canals, open floor plan w isolated master BR, stunning open kitchen/bar. The enormous TV in Family room was perfect locale for watching Super Bowl. Very comfortable beds, furniture and all, quiet and neat as a pin. 6 stars.

We had a lovely week at this property which was exceptionally clean on arrival. The back garden / pool and decking area are just lovely and we spent a lot of time outside. There is lots of extra "stuff" at the property to enhance the stay and we used the bikes and the kayak. Would recommend!

The location of the home was great. It’s a very quiet and safe area. The home is bigger than I thought it would be. It’s almost as if there were two wings to the house. The kitchen is huge. The hot tub was too small compared to the size of the house. The pool was warm and nice sized.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had a party of 8 and this home felt big enough to not feel in each other's back pocket, but not so big as to feel like we never saw each other. The kitchen and living room area is great for cooking and visiting. All the bedrooms are big and spacious, and there are 3 big bathrooms, that no one will ever be waiting. The house has 2 water heaters and 2 furnaces, so you wont run out of hot water, and you don't need to be freezed out if some like it cool and some like it warmer. The pool area and backyard are what sold us from the website, but to actually see it in person is way better than the pictures. At first we were not so impressed, when driving through the neighboorhoods to get to the home thinking we would see some amazingly beautiful yards, but soon found out that most of the residents spend all their time and money in their back yards. They have plenty of paddleboards and kayaks, and when going on a morning water tour of the neighboord, you will be blown away by all of the stunning homes. We could have spent all of our time on the parade of home water edition. The pool is actually fairly deep, so all you tall people won't feel like your in a 3 foot pool. We loved the pool and the deck area. There are plenty of pool toys and floaties, that you wont need to bring your own. The hot tub is nice, but could be just a smidge hotter to be able to loosen up those tired muscles after having fun all day. The home itself is beautiful.

This property is outstanding. The floorplan, space, and provided amenities (bikes, kayak, stand up paddlboards, beach gear, grill) were so awesome. The pool, spa, and dock are the best. Location of the property is great. Beautiful neighborhood with great landscaping.
The actual house is fantastic. HUGE kitchen, open spaces, and the sweeping views of the intercoastal were so serene and stunning.
Cant wait to come back.

The location and views from the house were amazing! Close to everything but far enough from the crowds to be quiet and peaceful. The property was well-maintained and stocked with all the essentials and then some. The dock made paddle boarding and kayaking easy and enjoyable. Ducks and iguanas were very entertaining. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed for a week with 3 couples. Lots of room for all of us to spread out and each of us had our own bathroom. Kitchen facilities are great with all new appliances and nice grill for evening BBQs.
The pool was great and got lots of use, plenty of pool toys available (floats etc) for us to use. We availed of the kayak and paddle boards which adds to the experience of being directly on the intercoastal waterway. Hot tub in the evenings was a bonus.
Property is located fairly close to amenities such as Publix, Whole Foods and gas stations. Only 10-12 minutes drive to Lauderale by the Sea and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Los Olas Boulevard. Would recommend this property.

Location is everything! My friends and I had a BLAST! We loved watching the kayakers, boats and paddle boarders go past the house! We stayed outside everyday for hours and hours. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't watch TV all week but the house has many tvs to chose from. We kayaked, parasailed, snorkeled and went up in a Cessna plane! Ft Lauderdale is very close by. You should book this house!

I had some trouble with the washing machine and had to babysit it a bit, but all in all fantastic vacation in my hometown.

I stayed here for 5 1/2 weeks and although the pictures are completely accurate they didn't prepare me for how peaceful and relaxing sitting on the dock before and after dinner would be.
Rich provided all the information that was needed and got back to me right away when I had a question or two.
Highly recommend staying here.

It was our third Thanksgiving staying at this property and we are already booked for next year! It is in a GREAT location in a beautiful neighborhood. We always use the paddle boards and kayak! The intercostal waters provide plenty of fun. Overall great place with plenty of room inside and out! Pool is great my only complaint is the hot tub needs to be updated. Already looking forward to next year!!

We were excited for our stay based on the pictures and descriptions provided, but they didn’t do this property justice! The views were amazing as well as the property itself. Easy access to most anything and the owner provided everything to really enjoy yourself-kayak, paddle boards , fishing equipment…. Rooms were large and comfortable with beautiful views of the water. Quiet area. My wife loved the heated pool. We will definitely return in the future. Best property we have stayed at by far.

My friends and I got together for a reunion / golf outting in the area. Ulimately, we spent most of the day playing golf but when we came back to the house we enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the pool and enjoying the view. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. The one thing i would say is that it is a very residential / family area. So if your being loud or like to party this is probably not the place
