Nothing
The room was very small any space at all. No space for the luggage. Fornitures was broken. Dirty and old bathroom. The drainer of the shower was clocked. Receptionist was really rude with a bad attitude.

Great location, very easy access, parking nearby.
Very close to center of this lovely seaside town, full of history.
Very hospitable host (the owner) which made our stay delightful.
Perhaps an outside space to have breakfast?

Jewel of a boutique hotel; smart, lovely decoration with driftwood gives relaxed beach house feeling; pleasant, sympathetic host and personnel; great location; our whole experience has a je ne sais quoi which makes it hard to put into words but it was gen

the wifi was okay, but the room was very disappointing, and very small with a very poor bathroom,
the bathroom, and the price of the breakfast which we refused to have. The price of the hotel was too high for the facilitys we had. All the security we had to provide on arrival.

Comfortable and attractive rooms. Hotel was very helpful in regards to parking.
4pm is late for a check in and room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in. They did however do a quick turnaround of the room whilst we waited.

Our charming and knowledgeable hostess and her kind staff ensured that we had a memorable stay in the delightful hotel Neptune. The room was comfortable and airy. The breakfasts were superb, and the location of the hotel - just off the centre towards the little Rhone - was tranquil and perfect.
If our stay had been longer, we would have liked it better.

Grea quite hotel away from noisy city center but close enough to walk there for dinner or shoping. To reach the beaches use the car is necessary, but then you cen go to different beaches every day.
Everything was just perdect, recommend this location for short trip or long stay.

The room was decorated nicely and appropriately for location. The two people who we met on arrival seemed like they wanted to welcome us. Especially the very sweet non-English speaking young lady.
Disorganized for breakfast times and check-in. (Not just me, I could tel other French-soaking guests were also down in the lobby looking for information. )
No clear instructions on what time breakfast started. Would like have had the chance to make requests for food ahead of time and let them know my order and to let them know what time I would be arriving for the meal. However, after that, they did give me a sheet for check off for that day, but then didn’t give me another one for the following morning. (I didn’t mind waiting, but it might have helped them too).
Extra cost for pet was not shared until arrival. I would have gone elsewhere had I known, as there were other options that listed pets allowed which didn’t incur the cost and they clearly shared that upfront.
I think the breakfast cost was too much for what we received, but it was the right amount of food. Also, no variation from day 1 to day 2 breakfast, thus if staying for several days that would be so boring.

The décor was lovely inside but not outside.
We booked a room with a bathroom and found we had to share a toilet with strangers on our floor! We would never have done this normally and in the time of COVID this is positively dangerous. We paid an amount that would not normally hint at such a defect.
The room description was deceptive, listing a private bathroom as a feature.
No one was at the hotel when we arrived at 4.30. We phoned the number left at reception and it went through to message bank. We kept on calling every 30 mins. After an hour and a half (6pm) the owner eventually answered the phone and did not apologise. Told us where to find the key and our room number and that was it.
We had bikes and had especially asked for somewhere to store them which was not provided so we had to leave them outside and hope they would not be stolen.
At no point did we see any staff. We could not understand how a hotel could be managed with such a slack attitude as was displayed by this hotel.
We want a refund for our terrible experience.

We got a friendly welcome and our room - though small - was pleasant, bright and tastefully decorated. Good bathroom. Secure parking (though cost extra and space limited). The location is really excellent, in a peaceful street just minutes from church, shops, restaurants, bars - in one direction you easily reach the sandy beach, in the other a walk along the marsh land.
Surprised there was no WiFi. It would also have been nice to have some private outside space and a comfortable communal sitting area inside, especially if staying for a while.
