Excellent location. Close to train station, restaurants, grocery. And the playground downstairs saved our days by helping burn out my two boys energy. The room is clean and spacious. Very new and stylish. Love it!!

Everything is amazing. The only little thing is the shower room has a open design so the water is everywhere after the shower.

Very enjoyable.

Original listing showed it had a washing machine, which was one reason we chose that place, but booking confirmation did not show a washing machine, which we did not notice and in fact there was no washing machine. We felt this was a problem with Booking.com rather than the establishment itself.

Very good

Great location. Playground across the street and next to train station. Large apartment. Very clean and modern. Well stocked for things like disherwasher powder, toilet paper etc. A washing machine would make it even better.

Comfy cute unit in a great location!

Loved that it gave us a break from hotel-hopping and just feel like we were home and be able to prep warm meals ☺️ Location was amazing! Migros and Coop were near, everything was actually!

No AC but they did have electric fans and gave us instructions on how to get air flowing.

Exceptional

this place is really the best if you want to explore Lucerne . it’s just in the centre and just next to the main railway station still it’s absolutely private and quite all the time.The apartment is very very well done and maintained beautifully. staff is very helpful. 2 min walk to the restaurants around and 5 min to the Lucerne Lake. it’s just beautiful!

Superb, excellent, surely recommend!

My stay was great and the apartment awesome! Great location, super comfortable and clean and lovely support in my check-in and flexibility for the early check-out. I'll for sure stay there again if I can come back to Lucerne soon.

Excellent location and close to train station. Highly recommend this apartments.

Excellent location. Very close to train station, boat and bus stations. Apartment had everything we needed for cooking. Close to grocery stores as well. Neighborhood was very nice safe and family friendly. I would highly recommend this apartments to anyone who wants to stay in Luzern and visit Mt Titlis, Mt Pilatus etc.

I wish there was laundry in the apartments. Elevator is little small so had to take luggage in two attempts which is only a minor inconvenience.

We had an amazing stay and will come back to this place over and over again.

It was near everything - supermarket, stores, train station, tour bus meet-up points. It was also very clean. The hosts welcomed us with a big smile which made us feel good.

It had no a/c which made the stay in the afternoons a bit uncomfortable even with portable fans but i still gave it 10 out of 10 overall. If you are comfortable leaving the windows open especially at night then you should be fine.

It was a great stay. Highly recommend.

The location was fabulous. Right near the train station. Could leave the apartment 10 minutes before the train was to depart and not be rushed. The apartment itself was great. The people working at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. When we return to Luzern, we will book this apartment again. It is a great value.

The only negative was the noise from the street/park at night. Also, some of the city workers started picking up trash at 6:30 in the morning. Sleeping with the windows opened meant you could hear the noise. Didn't bother me, easy to turn over and go back to sleep. Might want to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

The apartment is centrally located on walking distance to the Chapel bridge and shops. The rooms were big and clean, with very thought our details. They have very accommodating hosts/team. Kudos to Christian who was very patient with us as we checked in late.

A comfortable apartment in a great location.

The apartment was in a great location. We were close to the main train station, a five minute walk. We were close to supermarkets under the station and the tourist office. The apartment had everything we needed. There was good wifi and the tv had streaming services. We would go back to the apartment.

The bathroom was small but we soon adjusted to it. The facilities on booking.com indicated that there was a washing machine. Which turned out to be not the case. But the reception staff and the owner were kind enough to have our laundry done.

Luzern Apartment

Location - close to railway station, Alstadt old town. The surrounding area had lots of cafes, bars and shops. Apartment was right across the road from the Hotel Central Luzern. A good size - very well presented - secure and safe. Lift in building. Good facilities, clean and comfortable. 4th floor 1 bedroom apartment (no washing machine or dishwasher though) Mature solo traveller - 1 month stay. Highly recommended for solo travellers or couple. Nice bar - Max - just around corner.

The only criticism would be - bed could do with a couple of softer pillows (maybe a couple of spares available in the cupboard) Other than that nothing else.

Perfect - tastefully furnished apartment which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Sybille who took us to the apartment, showed us around, and even provided a map of Lucerne, highlighting where the key attractions and restaurants were.

Superb

Lovely large apartment, very clean, thoughtful to provide tea bags (though would suggest also adding English Breakfast and Earl Grey into the mix) and dishwasher tablets. Kitchen very well stocked.

Lighting not good at all. Apartment quite dark and even with lights on (especially in the bedroom) it was dull. If brighter lights installed I’d rate the apartment a 10.

Great Apartment in heart of Lucerne

Great property , just at the heart of Lucerne , the poetry had everything and more an apartment should have , ample space for two.

Being in downtown, nights were a bit noisy, and the weekend we spend had late night parties around, apart from that it was perfect for us

Fabulous place to be, especially for couples who visit swiss!

We loved the place, in the heart of Luzern we were able to access everywhere we needed, as well we were able to arrive to train station in a minute or two. This gave us the advantage of sleeping more time! They were super helpful to us, for any queries as well!

The place only it did require a dishwasher, other than that was super amazing place to be!

it was a very nice and comfortable stay

1. the location was very good, 5 minute walk to the central station's main entrance and the main local bus terminal and most of the food eateries, 10 minute walk to old town where most of the attractions are. 2. the staff was very very courteous and helpful. 3. there was a very nice kids park right next to the apartment. 4. the apartment was quite lively and was very spacious for a family of 4. and everything like fixtures, crockery, furniture, appliances, etc. was quite new and were not worn out 5. there was an elevator which was quite helpful for moving luggage.

1. There was a church right next to the apartment where they used to ring the bells every hour as it is customary in Switzerland and they were very loud, and used to go on for quite a long time. 2. There was no air conditioner available for cooling the apartment which used to get a bit hot during the day time. 3. There was no cleaning service available and the towels were also not changed during the whole length of stay (3 nights) 4. The water used to come out on the toilet floor while taking shower which used to create a mess
