Location....Staff.... Fellow Travelers at hotel....
Room not what Booking.com presented. More like a storage room converted to a room with a make shift bathroom...no hot water, asked 2x.... no closet/light fixtures-bare bulbs.... comfortable bed

Attention to detail...plants and beyond and a sincerely caring staff..
Sink for kitchen...and coffee mugs..

For the price, a basic, comfortable, clean, quiet place to stay on quiet street and with a small inner garden area outside our door and window. Walking distance to everything--market, beach, restaurants, banks, etc.
warm shower- not hot. small room. minimum kitchen. 1 key for 2 people.

The bed is huge and comfortable. AC works great. The place is very clean.
The staff didn't explain about how to use the electric key, what sort of facilities we could use or if there was extra charge for dogs. On booking I read there was no extra charge but they wanted to charge 100 more pesos for the extra dog. Our neighbors had some leaks in their rooms so they had to move, although that didn't happen in our room.

All staff were very helpful, could be reached in the phone at all times, they were fast fixing aircon, blender that broke down. Spanish language is helpful here.
Very close to center and a delicious vegan/but also non vegan restaurant.
Place also is wheelchair accessible.

Bed was comfortable and room cleaned daily.
Internet did not work the 5 nights we were there. No hot water, no where to put clothes, towels pilled covering my body after drying off from cold shower. Just one room light and overpriced small room.
